Claims (5)

1. Heiz- oder Kochapparat (1), insbesondere vom Kohle- oder Holztyp, wie beispielsweise ein Ofen oder ein Herd, wobei der besagte Apparat (1) eine obere Platte (4) aufweist, aus der ein Rauchableitungsrohr (2) herausgeführt ist, und außerdem einen Deckel (3) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, die besagte obere Platte (4) zu bedecken und zu schützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) aus zwei Teilen (6, 7) besteht, die zu beiden Seiten des Ableitungsrohrs (2) angeordnet sind, wobei jeder der Teile (6, 7) mit einem Gelenk versehen ist, das einerseits eine seitliche Verschiebung (8) zuläßt, so daß die Teile (6, 7) bezüglich des Rohrs (2) verschoben werden können, und andererseits eine Drehung (10) zuläßt, so daß die Teile (6, 7) vertikal bezüglich der oberen Platte (4) angeordnet werden können, mit dem Ziel, entweder die obere Platte (4) vollständig zu bedecken, oder die zwei Teile (6, 7) des Deckels (3) hinter dem Rohr (2) vertikal anzuordnen, um eine nicht-diskontinuierliche, thermische Schutzwand zu bilden.
2. Heiz- oder Kochapparat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk des Deckels (3) mittels eines Schiebe/Dreh-Scharniers (11) verwirklicht ist, das neben und hinter jedem der Teile (6, 7) angeordnet ist, die den Deckel (3) bilden.

Heiz- oder Kochapparat gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (11) gebildet wird von einer Achse (12), die mit jedem der Teile (6, 7) des Deckels (3) fest verbunden ist, und von Lagern (13), die auf der oberen Platte (4) befestigt sind, wobei die besagten Lager (13) gestatten, jeden der Teile (6, 7) des Deckels (3) zu schwenken und in Richtung dieser Achse (12) zu verschieben, und der Abstand zwischen den äußersten Lagern kleiner als die Länge der Achse (12) ist.

Heiz- oder Kochapparat gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (11) gebildet wird von zwei Achsen (12), die mit der oberen Platte (4) fest verbunden sind, und von Lagern (13), die auf jedem der Teile (6, 7) des Deckels (3) befestigt sind, wobei die besagten Lager (13) um die Achse (12) geschwenkt werden können und längs dieser Achse (12) verschoben werden können, und der Abstand zwischen den äußersten Lagern kleiner als die Länge der Achse (12) ist.
5. Heiz- oder Kochapparat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material verwirklicht ist.
