Description

The invention relates to a device for wet treatment of a continuously moving, strand-like textile fabric web according to the preamble of claim 1.

A device of this type is already known from the applicant's EP-A-75650. Here, the transport elements assigned to the individual chambers are arranged with their axes of rotation transverse to the longitudinal direction of the chambers. The web of goods that passes through the individual chambers in the fleet space in the longitudinal direction of the chamber is conveyed back in the longitudinal direction of the chambers after exiting the fleet before it enters the adjacent chamber via a deflection.

In a device of this type, the web is in the fleet-free space of the chamber, i.e. H. during its movement from the point at which it leaves the fleet to the transporting reel near the other narrow side of the chamber, it is subjected to a certain tension which can undesirably lead to the formation and marking of folds in the web.

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a device of the type required in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that the tensile stress exerted on the web in the fleet-free space is substantially reduced and at the same time the space requirement of the device is considerably reduced.

This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.

By arranging the transport elements according to the invention in such a way that adjacent chambers are penetrated in the opposite direction by the web, a considerable reduction in the distances traveled by the web in the fleet-free space is achieved and thus a substantial reduction in the tensile stress exerted on the web. This significantly reduces the risk of wrinkles forming and marking in the web. With the novel web guide according to the invention, the previously usual return transport of the web in the fleet-free space to the entrance end of the chamber is also eliminated. This results in a significant reduction in space requirements and a compact, simple design.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims and are explained in connection with the description of an embodiment illustrated in the drawing.

In der Zeichnung zeigen

  • Figur 1 eine Aufsicht auf ein schematisch veranschaulichtes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ;
  • Figuren 1 und 3 Schnitte längs der Linien 11-11 bzw. 111-111 der Fig. 1.
Show in the drawing
  • Figure 1 is a plan view of a schematically illustrated embodiment of the device according to the invention;
  • Figures 1 and 3 sections along lines 11-11 and 111-111 of Fig. 1st

Fig. 2).The device for wet treatment, in particular for washing, of a continuously moving, strand-like textile fabric web 1 contains, in a trough-shaped container 2, a number of chambers 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and 3e, which have a rectangular plan (FIG. 1) and partially filled with liquor (fleet level 4, see FIG. 2).

Each chamber is assigned a pair of rollers, consisting of an upper roller 5 and a lower roller 6. The axes (e.g. 7, cf. FIG. 1) of these rollers 5, 6 run parallel to the longitudinal direction of the chambers 3 to 3e and lie approximately in the plane of the partition walls 8 between adjacent chambers.

As shown in Fig. 1, the successive pairs of rollers are arranged so that adjacent chambers are penetrated by the web 1 in the opposite direction. The arrows 9 indicate the movement of the web 1 through the individual chambers 3 to 3e. Since successive pairs of rollers are each arranged in the vicinity of opposite end faces of the chambers 3 to 3e, adjacent chambers are penetrated by the material web in the opposite direction. The web 1 forms a stack of goods in the fleet space of the individual chambers, as shown schematically in FIG. 2.

Of the two rollers 5, each pair of rollers, the upper roller 5 is expediently driven and the lower roller 6 loosely rotating, but adjustable in the vertical direction in such a way that the web 1 is conveyed when the roller 6 is placed upwards, but not when the roller 6 is placed downwards is transported further. The driven rollers 5 are suitably coupled in a suitable manner. The lower rollers 6 can be actuated by suitable control elements, preferably as a function of the fill level of the associated chambers, in such a way that the individual chambers are filled evenly.

Pfeil 14 in Fig. 3).The treatment liquor is expediently introduced into the chamber 3e (arrow 10) and then passes through the chambers 3d, 3c, 3b, 3a and 3 in succession (cf. arrows 11 to 16). The treatment liquor is expediently carried out in the vicinity of the rollers 5, 6, which serve both as transport elements and as squeeze rollers (cf. arrow 14 in FIG. 3).

The rollers 5, 6 can be interchangeable with other rollers of different lengths in order to be able to easily adapt the device to webs of different widths.

Additional devices for inflating tubular goods can also be provided in order to achieve an optimal treatment effect in the individual chambers during wet treatment.

It can be seen that in the device according to the invention, the web in the fleet-free Space only has to travel very short distances by conveying it directly from the fleet space of one chamber into the fleet space of the next chamber via the pair of rollers arranged between adjacent chambers. With the shortening of the distances to be covered by the web in the fleet-free space, there is at the same time a considerable reduction in the space requirement of the entire device.
