Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Derartige Vorrichtungen sind in der unterschiedlichsten Ausgestaltung bekannt. Eine bekannte Vorrichtung ist mit sich kreuzenden Nuten versehen, denen der Unterdruck über eine zentrale, unter ihnen liegende Kammer durch eine Vielzahl von Bohrungen und Leitungen zugeführt wird. Wenn nun ein Werkstück bestimmter Abmessung, d.h. ein Werkstück, das nur einen Teil der gesamten Aufspannfläche bedeckt,durch Anlagen eines Unterdruckes festgehalten werden soll, so ist es erforderlich, die übrigen Nuten von der Unterdruckquelle zu trennen. Dieses geschieht durch Einlegen von Dichtungsschnüren aus Gummi oder dergl. im Randbereich des Werkstückes. Es ist also zur Anpassung an die Werkstückform jedesmal erforderlich, die Dichtungsschnüre entsprechend rundherum einzulegen, d.h. wenn sich die Werkstückform ändert, müssen die Dichtungsschnüre auch in andere Nuten versetzt werden.Such devices are known in a wide variety of configurations. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Nuten durch eine von einem festen Punkt ausgehende Spiralen gebildet. Praktisch ist also nur eine Nut vorhanden, die von dem festen Punkt, der häufig die geometrische Mitte darstellt, bis zu einem Endpunkt am Rande der Spannplatte verläuft. Wenn nun ein bestimmtes Werkstück aufgespannt werden soll, so muß nur noch innerhalb des Bereiches, d.h. der Projektion des Werkstückes, kurz vor dem Austritt der spiralförmigen Nut durch eine Gummidichtung aus einem elastischen Material, wie beispielsweise Moosgummi oder dergleichen für eine Abdichtung gesorgt werden. Es ist also nur noch ein "Pfropfen" zur Abdichtung erforderlich, der sehr einfach eingesetzt, entfernt und an einer anderen Stelle wieder eingesetzt werden kann.According to the invention, the grooves are formed by spirals starting from a fixed point.
