Claims (21)

1. Ventilationseinrichtung zum Einsatz in der Ventilation eines geneigten Dachraums, wobei die Ventilationseinrichtung ausgestaltet ist, um sich auf der oberen Fläche eines Dachbelages abzustützen und sich zu diesem quer zu erstrekken, und wobei die Ventilationseinrichtung aufweist
eine obere Wand (2) zur Stützung zumindest eines Teiles des Seitenrandes eines Firstbelages (20),
einen offenen Boden,
eine Vorderwand (3), die von der oberen Wand (2) herabhängt und eine langgestreckte Ventilationszone (6) bildet, die so angeordnet ist, daß sie sich längs des Dachbelages erstreckt, und die eine Vielzahl von Ventilationsöffnungen (7) eines Formats aufweist, daß das Eindringen großer Insekten in die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) und damit in den Dachraum (21) verhindert und doch einer ausreichenden Luftmenge hindurchzuströmen erlaubt ist,
eine von der oberen Wand (2) herabhängende und zu der Vorderwand (3) und dem offenen Boden beabstandete Schikane (8), um eine Reduzierung des Druckes von Winden, die in die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) durch die Ventilationsöffnungen (7) hindurchblasen, sowie das Niederschlagen von durch Wind durch den offenen Boden hindurch auf den Dachbelag getriebenem Wasser zu erreichen, und schließlich
eine Ventilationsöffnung (12) oberhalb des offenen Bodens und hinter der Schikane (8), um das Strömen von Luft von dem Dachraum (21) in die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) um die Schikane (8) herum und durch die Ventilationsöffnungen (7) hinaus zu ermöglichen.
2. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 1, worin die langgestreckte Ventilationszone die Form eines Gitters (6) hat, bei dem die Ventilationsöffnung (7) von länglicher Gestalt sind und sich quer zu der Richtung des Gitters erstrecken.
3. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Vorderwand (3) einen unteren Rand aufweist, der die allgemeine Form des Profils einer konturierten Dachpfanne hat, mit der in Verbindung die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) zu verwenden ist, oder worin der untere Rand (24) der Ventilationseinrichtung eben oder gerade ist zur Verwendung bei flachen oder ebenen Dachpfannen.
4. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und mit einer Rückwand (4), die von der oberen Wand (2) hinter der Schikane (8) herabhängt und mit dieser eine am Boden geöffnete rückwärtige Teilkammer (5b) bildet, mit der die Ventilationsöffnung (12) kommuniziert.
5. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 4, worin die rückwärtige Teilkammer (5b) ein größeres Format als das einer vorderseitigen Teilkammer (5a) hat, die durch die obere Wand (2), die Vorderwand (3) und die Schikane (8) gebildet ist.
6. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 4 oder 5, worin die Ventilationsöffnung (12) in der Rückwand (4) gelegen ist.
7. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 4 oder 5, worin die Ventilationsöffnung (12) in der oberen Wand (2) gelegen ist.
8. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 7, worin die Ventilationsöffnung (12) mit einer Haube oder Windkappe (13) versehen ist.
9. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 8, worin die Haube oder Windkappe (13) in die obere Wand (2) integriert ist und sich aufwärts und über die Ventilationsöffnung (12) ausdehnt.
10. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 9, worin die Rückwand (4) sich abwärts über eine größere Strecke als die Vorderwand (3) erstreckt, so daß sie sich gegen die Oberkante einer Dachpfanne der obersten Dachpfannenreihe anlegt, um die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder la) darauf festzuhalten.
11. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 10, worin die Rückwand (4) noch weiter verbreitert ist, um zu erlauben, die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) durch diese Verbreiterung hindurch an der obersten Dachlatte festzunageln und/oder zu ermöglichen, einen Luftstrom in die Ventilationseinrichtung von dem Raum zwischen Teerpappe (16a) und den Dachpfannen (17) zu unterbinden.
12. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in den Ansprüchen 3 und 4 oder einem der davon abhängigen Ansprüche, worin die untere Kante der Rückwand (4) eine Gestaltung aufweist, die im wesentlichen die gleiche ist wie die der unteren Kante der Vorderwand (3).
13. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, worin die obere Wand (2) in einem Winkel von ungefähr 90° in bezug auf die Vorderwand (3) angeordnet ist.
14. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, worin die obere Wand (2) eine Vielzahl von zueinander beabstandeten Anschlägen oder Vorsprüngen (14) aufweist, die entlang der Vorderkante der oberen Wand (2) angeordnet sind, um gegenüber der Möglichkeit zu schützen, daß die Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) durch starken Wind nach innen geblasen wird.
15. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, und mit Stützelementen (11), die sich wenn daraufgelegt, quer dazu und in Richtung einer Dachpfanne (17) erstrecken und die an der Ventilationseinrichtung (1 oder 1a) auf der oberen Fläche der Dachpfanne (17) angreifen und weiter stützen.

Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in den Ansprüchen 3 und 4 und einem der davon abhängigen Ansprüche, worin ein wesentlicher Teil der oberen Wand (2) unter einem Winkel von mehr als 90°, bezogen auf die Vorderwand (3), geneigt ist und sich aufwärts und rückwärts von der Vorderwand gegen die Rückwand (4) erstreckt.
17. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 16, worin ein wesentlicher Teil der oberen Wand (2) eine auswärts gebogene Gestalt aufweist.
18. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 16 oder 17, worin eine zusätzliche Schikane (8a) von der oberen Wand (2) an einer Stelle herabhängt, die sich hinter und beabstandet von der Schikane (8) befindet.
19. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 und hergestellt aus mindestens zwei länglichen Elementen, die miteinander in Lage gebracht oder befestigt werden können.
20. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 19 und die sich über mehrere Pfannenbreiten erstreckt.
21. Ventilationseinrichtung wie beansprucht in Anspruch 19 oder 20, worin die länglichen Elemente durch ineinandergreifende Vorsprünge und Öffnungen oder Rezesse miteinander befestigt sind.
