Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Luftdurchtritten für gedämmtes bzw. hinterlüftetes Mauerwerk aus einzelnen Mauersteinen mit zwischen den jeweils benachbarten Mauersteinen angeordneten. Fugen, wobei ein rohrartiges Vierkantelement als Fugenersatz mit öffnungen in der Wandungsebene des Mauerwerks einsetzbar ist.The invention relates to a device for forming air passages for insulated or ventilated masonry from individual bricks with arranged between the adjacent bricks. Durch diese bekannte Ausbildung gemäß DE-A-2 223 497 ist es bekannt, daß entsprechende Fugen im Mauerwerk zwischen den Mauersteinen durch ein Vierkantelement ausgefüllt werden. Hierbei werden die Probleme beseitigt, daß durch Mörtelreste diese Durchtritte sich zumindest zum Teil zusetzen und diese dann von Mörtelresten individuell durch Ausstemmen der Durchtritte befreit werden müssen, wobei Kanten der Mauersteine beschädigt werden und somit keine sauber ausgebildete Außenwandung erzielbar ist.Through this known design according to DE-A-2 223 497 it is known that corresponding joints in the masonry between the bricks are filled by a square element. Da keine Bindung zu den Stirnseiten der benachbarten Steine besteht, kommt es in der Praxis vor, daß das Vierkantelement sich auch noch nachträglich verschiebt und sogar beim Aufmauern der nächsten Steinschicht noch eine Verschiebung eintritt. Es ist somit beim Einsetzen und Ausrichten derartiger Vierkantelemente ein erheblicher Zeitaufwand erforderlich, der insbesondere durch die geringen Abmessungen noch erhöht wird. Somit wird der Zeitaufwand entsprechend der Herstellung einer angegebenen Stoßfuge als Luftdurchtritt aus Mörtel nicht herabgesetzt.With this arrangement, there is a defect that the square element can be used relatively laboriously and that the square element often tilts or is offset. Hierdurch tritt der Vorteil ein, daß das Vierkantelement über die Klemmlaschen zur Schaffung eines Luftdurchtritts auf einen Mauerstein vor dem eigentlichen Mauervorgang seitlich aufgesetzt wird und somit die entsprechende Fuge ersetzt. Es ist damit keine individuelle Ausrichtung mehr erforderlich und eine nachträgliche Verschiebung durch äußere Belastungen tritt nicht auf. Um einen Schutz für den Eintritt von Ungeziefer zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Außenöffnung des Vierkantelementes mit einem Abdecksieb versehen ist, das über gegenüberliegende, federnde Wangen in das Vierkantelement einsetzbar und über Halterungen einrastbar angeordnet ist. Es ist zwar nach der US-A-3 429 084 bekannt, Abdecksiebe einzusetzen, aber diese lassen sich durch Fremdeinwirkung leicht herausnehmen bzw. in den Lüftungsschlitz hineinstoßen, so daß sie dann keine Wirkung entfalten. Eine konkrete Ausführungsform besteht darin, daß die Wangen des Abdecksiebes nach außen weisende Haltenocken bzw.
