Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
- known arrangements of this type for. B. according to DE-OS-2 802 078, there are several disadvantages.
- One of these disadvantages is the actuation of the rolling up and down of the blind relative to the blind frame. In the known arrangements, this is done with the aid of cables. These are complicated in construction and therefore expensive and prone to failure. They also require a corresponding amount of space. The ropes can break after a certain time, especially if they become damp due to the weather (direct penetration of water or foggy moisture). Rope cracks require a laborious and time-consuming repair.
- Another disadvantage of cables becoming damp is that the cables or corresponding straps lengthen due to the moisture.
- the object of the invention is to provide a roller shutter drive which is safe, robust and space-saving in construction, and which is easy and simple to operate.
- the ingress of moisture to the means of the roller blind movement and furthermore a harmful influence of moisture on these means should be avoided.
- the operation of these means should also be possible from the interior.
- Both the actuating rod and the transmission means between the lower deflection gear and the further deflection gear provided in the area of the roller blind shaft run essentially along the roller frame parts and therefore do not take up any additional space.
- the disadvantageous changes in length mentioned for cables are not applicable here. You can easily and precisely move the roller blind up or down to the desired position.
- the features of claim 2 include design options for power transmission from the lower to the upper deflection gear.
- the variant of the flexible shaft is recommended if there are no universal joint arrangements for the deflection gear.
- the features of claim 3 include two different execution options of the deflection gear.
- FIG. 2 shows a roof 1, a roof frame 2 fixedly attached to it, a window frame 4 with window 5 articulated on the roof frame 2 at 3 and a roller blind frame 6 with roller blind 7.
- the upper region of the window frame 4 in FIG. 2 is in the lateral longitudinal struts 8 of the roller frame 6 slidably guided.
- the roller blind frame 6 is articulated to the roof frame 2 in accordance with number 12.
- the same reference numbers as in FIG. 2 are used for the same parts. Only here the window 5 is articulated at 3 on the roof frame and the window frame 4 is divided into two halves 4 ', 4 ", which are articulated at 19.
- the one window frame side 4' carries the sliding guide of the window frame on the roller frame, indicated schematically by 10
- the other window frame part 4 " is connected on the one hand to the roof frame 2 at 11 and on the other hand to the roller frame 6 at 12 '.
- Fig. 1 shows the inevitable drive of the only indicated roller blind 7, which surrounds the roller blind shaft 9 pulled up.
- a deflection gear 13 leads from the roller blind shaft - this can be a universal joint - to a possibly flexible transmission shaft or transmission rod 14 and from there to a further deflection gear 15, which is located in the lower region (the term below refers to the position of the roller frame with the roof window arrangement closed overall) of the roller frame 6.
- Cardan joints can also be used for this reversing gear.
- connection 16 of the gear 15 located in the lower region protrudes toward the roof space and can be easily reached and actuated from there by means of an actuating rod 17.
- the rod 17 can be held on the lower cross member 6 'of the roller frame by means of spring holder 18.
- the actuating rod which is located in the lower region of the roller frame, can be reached when the window has been opened and, with the simultaneous movement of the roller frame, has been pivoted upwards somewhat (so-called external operation by a person inside the building).
- the running roller blind or roller shutter is preferably a so-called right-hand roller.
- a right-hand roller is a roller blind in which the roller blind rods are curved so that their convex curvature (outer curvature) is directed outwards. This considerably simplifies the winding and unwinding process.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. In known arrangements of this type, for. B. according to DE-OS-2 802 078, there are several disadvantages. One of these disadvantages is the actuation of the rolling up and down of the blind relative to the blind frame. Another disadvantage of cables becoming damp is that the cables or corresponding straps lengthen due to the moisture. This has the consequence that the self-contained, kinematic system, consisting of the roller blind and such endless ropes (see DE-OS-2,802 078), becomes correspondingly longer. However, this no longer fits the constant length of the roller blind frames and the other components of such an arrangement. This results in malfunctions or inconveniences when moving the blind into the closed position or in the open position. In addition, holes must be provided in the window frame or in the roof frame or in accordance with DE-OS-2 802 078 roof lead-through pipes for the entry and exit of the ropes, which allow the passage of weather moisture.
In contrast, the object of the invention is to provide a roller shutter drive which is safe, robust and space-saving in construction, and which is easy and simple to operate. The ingress of moisture to the means of the roller blind movement and furthermore a harmful influence of moisture on these means should be avoided. According to the preamble of claim 1, the operation of these means should also be possible from the interior.
The solution to this problem, starting from the preamble of claim 1, serve the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. This avoids the above-mentioned disadvantages of the known roller blind arrangements. The connection for the inevitable actuation of the roller blind in both directions (i.e. closing and opening) is located in the lower area of one of the longitudinal struts of the roller frame and thus at a location that is relatively low and therefore easily reached and operated by a person standing inside the roof space can also be done by people of small height. This means that operation can take place both when the window is closed and when it is partially open. Both the actuating rod and the transmission means between the lower deflection gear and the further deflection gear provided in the area of the roller blind shaft run essentially along the roller frame parts and therefore do not take up any additional space. The disadvantageous changes in length mentioned for cables are not applicable here. You can easily and precisely move the roller blind up or down to the desired position.
The features of

- Fig. 1: Eine Unteransicht eines Rollorahmens mit dem zwangsläufigen Antrieb.
- Fig. 1: A bottom view of a roller frame with the inevitable drive.
- 2 and 3: Arrangements of roller blind frames with window frames and roof frames, in which an inevitable drive according to FIG. 1 can be provided.
Der Rollorahmen 6 ist gemäß Ziffer 12 am Dachrahmen 2 angelenkt.2 and 3, in which the invention can be applied. FIG. 2 shows a roof 1, a
In the arrangement of FIG. 3 described below, the same reference numbers as in FIG. 2 are used for the same parts. Only here the
It can be seen that the roller blind can inevitably be driven in both directions of movement, namely from a point in the interior of the building from which even smaller people can reach the actuation. The running roller blind or roller shutter is preferably a so-called right-hand roller. A right-hand roller is a roller blind in which the roller blind rods are curved so that their convex curvature (outer curvature) is directed outwards. This considerably simplifies the winding and unwinding process.
