Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufschrumpfen einer Folienhülle auf ein Paket, insbesondere mit einer Palette, mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen.The invention relates to a device for shrinking a film cover onto a package, in particular with a pallet, with the features listed in the preamble of claim 1.
Bei einer bekannten Vorrichtung dieser Art wird ein Hubantrieb zum Heben und Senken der Schrumpfhaube und gesondert hiervon eine Hubeinrichtung mit eigenem Antrieb zum Heben und Senken des Pakets verwendet. Diese separaten Antriebe verursachen wegen der Abstimmung der Bewegungen von Schrumpfhaube und Paket aufeinander einen erheblichen Steuerungs- und Kostenaufwand.In a known device of this type, a lifting drive is used to lift and lower the shrink hood and, separately from this, a lifting device with its own drive is used to lift and lower the package. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und nachstehend erläutert. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung im Schnitt quer zur Fördereinrichtung der Pakete,
- Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung in Seitenansicht mit in Ausgangsstellung befindlicher Schrumpfhaube,
- Fig. 3 die gleiche Seitenansicht mit abgesenkter Schrumpfhaube und angehobenem Paket in Endstellung für den Schrumpfvorgang.

Die Schrumpfhaube 1 besteht aus einem unten offenen Kasten, der innen mit nicht dargestellten Heizgeräten ausgestaltet ist und über Seile 3 an Seiltrommeln 4 heb- und senkbar aufgehängt ist. Die Seiltrommeln 4 sind auf einer im Gerüst 15 horizontal gelagerten, von einem Motor 16 angetriebenen Kelle 2 befestigt. Das zu umschrumpfende Paket 5 mit der lose darübergestülpten Schrumpf-Isolierhülle 6 wird mit einer Fördereinrichtung 7 unter den Bereich der Schrumpfhaube 1 gebracht, wobei in der Regel das Paket 5 auf einer Palette 8 steht. Zum Aufschrumpfen der Folienhülle 6 auf das Paket 5 wird die Schrumpfhaube 1 über das Paket 5 abgesenkt (Fig. 3), welches gleichzeitig von der Fördereinrichtung 7 soweit abgehoben wird, daß die untere Kante des Pakets 5 bzw. der Palette 8 frei steht und die Enden der Folienhülle 6 frei herabhängen. An der Antriebswelle 2 sind zum Heben und Senken des Pakets 5 außerhalb der Seiltrommeln 4 Kettenräder 17 befestigt, über die endlose Ketten 10 laufen. An den Ketten 10 ist ein das Paket bzw. die Palette unterfassender Hubrahmen 9 über lose Kettenräder 18 aufgehängt. Ein Glied jeder Kette 10 ist eine Feder 11, die in Ausgangsstellung, d.h. bei gehobener Haube 1 und abgesenktem Paket 5 gespannt sein kann. Ein weiteres Glied jeder endlosen Kette 10 ist eine unterhalb der Feder 11 befindliche Stange 12 mit daran verstellbar angebrachtem Anschlag 13. Die Stange 12 ist in einer als Gegenanschlag funktionierender Öse 14 geführt, welche am Rahmen 15 der Vorrichtung befestigt ist. Wird nun die Schrumpfhaube 1 mittels der Antriebswelle 2 über die Seiltrommeln 4 abgesenkt, so werden von der Welle 2 gleichzeitig die endlosen Ketten 10 in Umlauf gesetzt, und zwar so lange, bis deren Anschlag 13 auf den Gegenanschlag 14 trifft. Ab diesem Moment werden die endlosen Ketten 10 zum Flaschenzug und die Federn 11 gleichzeitig entspannt. Dadurch wird der Hubrahmen 9 mit dem Paket 5 an der Fördereinrichtung ab- und soweit angehoben, daß die Folienhülle 6 von der Unterkante des Pakets 5 bzw. der Palette frei herabhängt und eingeschrumpft werden kann. Zur Einstellung des Hubweges kann der Anschlag 13 an der Stange 12 verstellbar angebracht sein. Der Hub des Rahmens 9 wird von dem Abstand der Anschläge 13 und 14 in Ausgangsstellung bestimmt.
