Abstract

Selon le mode de construction, les ventilateurs ou les soufflantes sont disposés dans le boîtier ou à l'extérieur de celui-ci.Tubular heat exchanger for two gaseous media, serving for example for curtain attachment, in which are arranged, in a tubular housing (1), parallel to the axis of the housing, several metal separating plates (2) which are sprinkled in against the current. Built-in blowers or fans (5, 6) reinforce the replacement of gaseous media, the condensation water which forms being evacuated or brought back. Depending on the construction method, the fans or blowers are arranged in the housing or outside of it.

Description

Wärmetauscher für zwei gasförmige Medien Heat exchanger for two gaseous media
In the case of conventional heat exchangers for two gaseous media in living and office spaces, it was necessary due to the space required and the block-like design for optical reasons to usually set them up centrally and to guide the supply and exhaust air to the heat exchanger using hoses.
The invention consists in designing the heat exchanger in the form of a tubular housing which is easily adaptable and integrable, e.g. that the tubular housing consists of one or more profiles that serve as a curtain attachment; that a plurality of separating plates are arranged in a tubular housing parallel to the geometric axis of the housing; that the gaseous media in the heat exchanger are guided in countercurrent on different sides of the separating plates from one end to the other end of the tubular housing; that of the separating plates arranged between two directly one above the other, the existing channel for one of the two heat exchanger media, is closed at one end of each end of the tubular housing; that the housing is connected to at least one supply air and exhaust air opening per gaseous media stream; that the separating plates are preferably led up to the areas of the supply air or exhaust air openings; that the tubular housing preferably has a foam coating on the inside, which absorbs any condensation water that occurs and releases it to the countercurrent side; that the tubular housing is arranged at the front ends of the separating plates in the area of the supply air and exhaust air blowers or fans, or that the fan or the fans are arranged at one end of the supply air openings and exhaust air openings; that the tubular housing has several supply air and exhaust air openings when the partition plates are closed.
OMPI ~ " The main advantages are that this arrangement of the separating plate in relation to the supply and exhaust air openings means that no additional components are necessary for the air flow, with the additional benefit that the heat exchanger serves, for example, for fastening the curtain.
With the help of an attached heater, condensation water evaporation is promoted on the one hand and the low heat losses are compensated on the other hand.
An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing and is explained below, but it should not be limited to this possibility of its implementation.
It shows fig. the oblique view of the tubular heat exchanger with the blower or fans 6 arranged at one end of the supply air opening 8 and exhaust air opening 7. The tubular housing 1 with the internal partition plates 2 and their channels 3a, ie closed by the channel end 3.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch das rohrförmige Ge¬ häuse 1 mit den innen angeordneten Trennblechen 2, an dessen Enden Gebläse oder Ventilatoren 5 angeordnet sind.FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the tubular housing 1 with the separating plates 2 arranged on the inside, at the ends of which fans or fans 5 are arranged.
Die Fig.3 zeigt einen'Querschnitt durch das rohrförmige Gehäuse 1 mit dem Schaumbelag 9 und den angeordneten Trennblechen 2, deren Kanäle 3a abwechselnd zur Abluftöffnung 7 oder Zuluftöffnungen 8 ' offen oder geschlossen sind.3 shows a ' cross section through the tubular housing 1 with the foam covering 9 and the arranged separating plates 2, the channels 3a of which are alternately open or closed to the exhaust air opening 7 or supply air openings 8 ' .
