Zur Steuerung des Schneidmessers in tangentialer Richtung der wellenförmigen Kurve ist ein Kurbeltrieb vorgesehen, der seinen Antrieb von der Welle der Umlenkwalze ableitet und das Schneidmesser derart verdreht, daß dessen Schneide in Längsrichtung der elliptischen Schneidnut weist. Da bei der bekannten Vorrichtung die der Steuerung der Schneideinrichtung und des Schneidmessers dienende Umlenkwalze ihren Antrieb von dem intermittierenden Antrieb der Vorzugswalzen ableitet, müssen mit jedem Maschinentakt zusätzliche Massen beschleunigt und abgebremst werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß im Maschinengestell quer zur Vorschubrichtung der Schlauchfolienbahn ein Schlitten verschieblich geführt ist, der durch einen von einer ersten rotierenden Steuerkurve über ein Getriebe abgeleiteten Antrieb hin- und hergehend angetrieben ist, daß in dem Schlitten um eine zu der Schlauchfolienbahn senkrechte Achse ein die Bahnebene durchsetzendes Schneidmesser um seine Längsachse drehbar gelagert ist, dessen von einer zweiten rotierenden Steuerkurve abgeleiteter Drehantrieb dieses derart steuert, daß dessen Schneide in dem auf der Wellenkurve verlaufenden Schneidpunkt etwa tangential zur Wellenkurve steht. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung können die beiden Steuerkurven trotz des intermittierenden Bahnvorzugs kontinuierlich angetrieben werden, so daß ein taktweises Beschleunigen und Abbremsen der die Schneideinrichtung steuernden Einrichtungen entfällt. Weiterhin ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung eine einfache Formatverstellung durch eine Geschwindigkeitsänderung möglich. mit einer die Folienschlauchbahn in ihrem mittleren Bereich längs einer wellenförmigen Kurve in Halbschlauchbahnen trennenden, quer zur Laufrichtung der Folienschlauchbahn verfahrbaren Schneideinrichtung, deren Messer mit einer dieses tangential zur wellenförmigen Kurve ausrichtenden Steuereinrichtung versehen ist,
mit einer Umwegeinrichtung zum Verschieben der Halbschlsuchbahnen in Längsrichtung um eine halbe Breite der herzustellenden Beutel relativ zueinander und
mit einer Querschweißtrenneinrichtung, die mittig durch die Wellentäler der spiegelbildlich zueinander ausgerichteten Halbschlauchbahnen gleichzeitig von diesen paarweise die Beutel abschweißt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Maschinengestell quer zur Vorschubrichtung der Schlauchfolienbahn ein Schlitten verschieblich geführt ist, der durch einen von einer ersten rotierenden Steuerkurve über ein Getriebe abgeleiteten Antrieb hin- und hergehend angetrieben ist, und daß in dem Schlitten um eine zu der Schlauchfolienbahn senkrechte Achse ein die Schlauchebene durchsetzendes Schneidmesser um seine Längsachse drehbar gelagert ist, dessen von einer zweiten rotierenden Steuerkurve abgeleiteter Drehantrieb dieses derart steuert, daß dessen Schneide in dem auf der Wellenkurve verlaufenden Schneidpunkt etwa tangential zur Wellenkurve steht.1.
