Claims (12)

1. Method for sewing the ends of the panty hose, characterized in that it successively comprises the steps of:
- separating the legs of the panty hose which is still on a machine (T) for producing the body, through sucking into two corresponding turning tubes (3) of the machine for sewing the ends (CP);
- holding the panty hose while stretching the belt (11) of its body, and transferring it on a first section (A1) of the machine for sewing the ends (CP) while turning the body on said tubes (3);
- turning the legs on said tubes (3) and positioning the two ends of the panty hose at the ends of the tubes;
- sewing said two ends;
- holding the panty hose with the sewed ends, while stretching the belt of its body, and transferring it on a second section (A2) of the machine for sewing the ends (CP) while redressing the body around two corresponding supporting tubes (31) in which the legs of the panty hose with the sewed ends are separately sucked;
- stiffing the opened perineal zone of the panty hose which is adapted to the inlay;
- making an aperture by cutting, if missing, in the stiffened perineal zone of the panty hose;
- orientating the panty hose respected to a transporting device which carries out the holding of the edges of said aperture through this aperture.
2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the separation of the legs is carried out by pneumatic sucking inside two contiguous tubes.
3. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding and the transfer of the panty hose are carried out with stretching of the body operating, through the open zone of the belt, an extension of the holding means in two orthogonal directions.
4. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the turning of the body is carried out through its introduction around said tubes while the suction of the legs is carried out in the same tubes.
5. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the transfer and the redressing of the body of the panty hose with the sewed ends are carried out through stretching of the body through the open aperture of the belt by means of an extension of the holding means in two orthogonal directions and a successive introduction of the body around two contiguous supporting tubes.
6. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the stiffening of the zone of the fabric around the aperture of the panty hose destinated to the inlay, is carried out by rotation of the same supporting tubes.
7. Device for sewing the ends of the panty hose according the method as described in claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises in combination:
- a first section constituted of: a first turret (A1) with a plurality of arms, horizontally oscillating with stopping in so many positions, wherein each arm comprises two corresponding turning tubes (3) for the separat sucking of the legs of the panty hose; a first device (B1) for holding and transporting from a machine (T) for producing the body to said first turret (A1), which comprises a movable carriage (22) with tongs and forks (5,6) for holding and stretching the belt of the body of the panty hose and for turning said body on said turning tubes (3); one or two cutting and sewing machines (8); a second device (B2), identical to the first device, for holding and transporting the panty hose from said first turret (A1) to a second section of the machine for sewing the ends (CP) while redressing its body on two corresponding supporting tubes of the second section;
- a second section constituted of: a second turret (A2) with a plurality of arms, horizontally oscillating with stopping in so many positions and in synchronism with each stopping of the first turret (A1); and with an arm aligned with a corresponding arm of the first turret, wherein each arm of the second turret further comprises said two supporting tubes (31).
8. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that said first turret (A1) preferably comprises six positions, wherein the first one for loading the panty hose, the second one for turning the legs and positioning the relative ends to sew, the third and the fourth one for separatly, but simultaneously, sewing the ends, the fifth one for unloading the panty hose, and the sixth one for working.
9. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that each arm of said first turret (A1) is constituted of two stationary, horizontal, contiguous tubes (3) provided with a pneumatic suction, and of two lateral, horizontal wings (30), loangitudinally transferring outwards of the turret.

Device according to claim 7, characterized in that said transporting devices (B1-B2) are also constituted of: a fixed structure (20), with bracket, carrying a rectilinear way (21) parallel and disposed above the tubes (3) of an arm of the first turret (A1) in relationship with two different positions and projecting beyond the aperture of the tubes (3); a carriage (22) reciprocatly movable on said way (21) and carrying two tongs (5) liable to horizontal excursion, transversally to the way (21) and with opposite direction, and provided with two superposed horizontal forks (6) liable to vertical excursion, concomitantly or independantly.
11. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that each arm of said second turret (A2) is constituted of two horizontal tubes (31), contiguous and with the free end provided with a transversal rod (32), directed toward the opposite tube, and that said tubes (31) are further pivotant around the longitudinal axis for the contact of a lever (33) fixed to the tubes, with the contour of a stationary concentric cam (34) of the turret (A2).
12. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that said second turret (A2) preferably comprises four positions, wherein the first one for loading the panty hose, the second one for the eventual formation of an aperture (13), if missing, in the panty hose.
