Description

The present invention relates to a technical barrier, of the type used to enclose land or a building, in particular when it comes to producing a security fence, according to the preamble of claim 1. It is known to make the fence using a barrier consisting of a succession of posts driven vertically into the ground, while horizontal rails connect the successive posts. Such a barrier of known type is generally content to play the role of a fence. On the other hand, when the user wishes to match his fence with various surveillance or security devices (electric projectors, remote control of a portal, installation of a telephone or an intercom, installation of motors or sensors detection, etc.), it is also required to dig or build gutters, trenches, etc. corresponding to additional work. It is clear that the final cost price of such an installation is high, including in particular a lot of labor.

  • dans des échancrures en arc de cercle qui occupent le sommet des montants pour ce qui est des lisses supérieures;
British fence 599,042 discloses a fence in which uprights are vertically connected by horizontal tubular rails. These heddles are tubes which remain open at their opposite ends. However their circular section obliges to house them:
  • in notches in an arc which occupy the top of the uprights with regard to the top rails;
  • in special fittings housed around the uprights, for the bottom rails.

Ce système connu présente plusieurs inconvénients, notamment:

  • a) le sommet des montants devient indisponible pour le montage d'autres accessoires, éclairages, signalisations, etc.;
  • b) il est impossible de faire courir des câbles ou analogues à l'intérieur des lisses inférieures, étant donné qu'à chaque jonction, leur communication est interrompue par le montant intéressé;
This known system has several drawbacks, in particular:
  • a) the top of the uprights becomes unavailable for mounting other accessories, lights, signs, etc .;
  • b) it is impossible to run cables or the like inside the bottom rails, since at each junction, their communication is interrupted by the amount concerned;
  • c) it is impossible to provide intermediate rails between the upper rails and the lower rails.

The object of the present invention is to avoid these drawbacks by providing a technical barrier which the user can, if desired, combine various security or remote control devices, without it being necessary to do so. undertake significant ancillary work.

A technical barrier according to the invention comprises the characteristics indicated in claim 1.

According to another characteristic of the invention, each stringer is constituted by a tube with a square or rectangular section, the lower horizontal face of which is extended by a tab capable of defining a space which remains free between the two opposite ends. of the two beams connected on the same upright.

According to another characteristic of the invention, each upright comprises, in the middle and above each support bracket, a lateral opening capable of passing an electric cable, a fastening screw, or any other member for placing in place of an accessory.

According to another characteristic of the invention, each vertical upright consists of a tube with a square or rectangular section.

Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, chaque montant vertical est constitué par un profilé, notamment par un fer à T ou un fer à U.According to another characteristic of the invention, each vertical upright is constituted by a profile, in particular by a T-iron or a U-iron.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the rails are grouped in pairs, namely an upper rail, and a lower rail, joined by grid elements, so that the assembly constitutes a panel capable of being put in place. by placing the four ends of the two rails on the four lateral brackets of two vertical uprights.

According to another characteristic of the invention, each lateral bracket has the shape of an angle iron terminated by a wing raised vertically upwards at a distance from the upright, each end of a stringer placed on this bracket, between the raised external wing. and the side opposite the upright.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the means for fixing on a bracket, the two opposite ends of two beams, are constituted by a flat jumper which covers the ends of the two beams, and whose central part is screwed at a distance in a tapped hole in the central part of the horizontal wing of the corresponding stem.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the means for fixing the opposite ends of two healds are constituted by a Z-section fitting, two wings of which cover the corresponding faces of the healds, while the third wing is screwed against the adjacent vertical face of the upright. In this case, provision is preferably made to connect end to end the vertical upper wing of the bracket and the wing located opposite on the Z-shaped fitting, so that a kind is made around the heddles box that masks their connection area, and houses cables or other accessories that pass through, especially if it is a junction with the interior space of the vent upright.

The barrier illustrated in the drawings comprises uprights or stakes 1, each of which is constituted by a tube with a square or rectangular section. Each upright 1 has on the side, two rigid sections 2, each of which defines a horizontal wing 3, terminated by a vertical wing 4 raised upwards. In the examples illustrated, each console 2 also comprises a vertical wing 5 directed downwards, which allows it to be screwed or welded against the vertical lateral face 6 of the upright 1. Thus, each console 2 illustrated in the drawings has a Z profile (fig. 3). Of course, for each console 2, we could be satisfied with an angle bracket 3, 4, the wing 3 then being directly welded to the lateral face 6.

Cette dernière permet la fixation d'un cavalier plat 10 que traverse la tige filetée 8.In its central part, the horizontal wing 3 has an opening 7 which can receive the threaded rod 8 with a screw 9. The latter allows the fixing of a flat jumper 10 through which the threaded rod 8 passes.

Pour cet assemblage, deux solutions sont possibles:

  • ou bien le trou 7 de la console 2 est taraudé, pour que la tige filetée 8 vienne s'y visser directement;
For this assembly, two solutions are possible:
  • or else the hole 7 of the console 2 is tapped, so that the threaded rod 8 is screwed there directly;
  • or else the rod 8 passes freely inside the hole 7, beyond which it receives a nut 11.

The barrier illustrated in the drawings also includes horizontal rails such as 12, 13, 14, 15, each of which also consists of a metal tube with rectangular or square section. The lower horizontal face of each stringer such as 12 to 15 is extended by a horizontal tab 16 (FIGS. 2 to 4), intended to come to rest on the horizontal wing 3 of the corresponding console 2. Thus, when we place face to face, the ends of two heddles such as 12 and 13 (Figures 3 and 5), the hole 7 of the console 2 remains free between the two legs 16, while a space 17 is, also free between the two ends facing the two healds 12 and 13.

In the example illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, and 8, it has been assumed that the heddles are grouped in pairs, namely an upper heald 12 or 13, and a lower heald 14 or 15, joined together by elements of grid constituted here by welded vertical bars 18. Thus, each pair of heddles such as 12 and 14 constitutes with its vertical bars 18, a rigid panel that the operator can handle and place on the corresponding consoles 2.

Le fonctionnement est le suivant:The operation is as follows:

  • soit pour les faire courir le long et à l'intérieur de la barrière jusqu'à un poste d'utilisation qui peut être par exemple un portail électrique, ou un éclairage à distance;
When a user wishes to set up a barrier according to the invention, he begins by installing the vertical uprights 1. Then, he successively poses the composite panels such as 12, 14, 18, by simply placing the ends of the beams such as 12 and 14 on the brackets 2 of the uprights 1. Thus, on each console 2 is placed face to face the two opposite ends of two rails such as 12 and 13, or 14 and 15. Inside these rails, the user can then place wires or cables such as 19:
  • either to make them run along and inside the barrier to a use station which can be for example an electric gate, or a remote lighting;
  • either to make them penetrate inside the upright 1, through an opening 20 cut in the face 6 above each console 2, for example to define a loop 21 inside the upright 1, or else to supply power a device for use which can be mounted directly on the upright 1, or else located close to it.

Thanks to this arrangement, lighting devices, a remote control, a telephone, an intercom, detection or motorization devices, etc. can be supplied remotely, and without passing any cables outside the barrier. In particular, for safety installations, it is possible to include in the fence, at various points on the barrier, repeated shock detectors, capable of triggering an alarm in the event of an attempted crossing or break-in.

In the variant illustrated in FIGS. 2, 6 and 7, the means for fixing the ends opposite two healds such as 12 and 13, are constituted by a fitting 22, of Z section, of which two consecutive wings 23 and 24 come cover the corresponding faces of the heddles 12 and 13, while the third wing 25 has perforations 26, making it possible to screw it against the adjacent vertical face 6 of the upright 1. In this case, we see in FIG. 7 which is preferably provided to connect end to end the vertical upper wing 4 of the console 2, and the wing 23 located vis-à-vis on the fitting 22. Thus is produced around the rails 12 and 13, a sort of box (fig. 7), which hides their connection area.

For this, it is enough to place the jumper 10 directly on the legs opposite 16, and to block it at this location on the console 2.

In the variant illustrated in FIG. 8, the fixing of the assembly of FIG. 1, by screwing on the face 6 of the upright 1, two jumpers 27 each of which is placed astride two bars 18 consecutive: the reinforcement is thus reinforced, for example at mid-length or at third of the length of the bars 18 between the heddles 12 and 14.
