Description

The invention relates to a device for suctioning gaseous pollutants, in particular exhaust gases from internal combustion engines, with a stationary suction channel on which a suction truck with suction device is arranged to be movable and wherein the suction channel has closed top, rear and bottom walls as well as a releasable channel side wall.

Such a suction channel is known from DE-PS 29 28 519, which has link elements in a vertical side wall which interlock and are lifted by the suction goods in such a way that the side wall is only ever open in the area of the vacuum truck. A disadvantage of this device, referred to in the art as the backdrop suction channel, is that the individual link elements can tilt, which can lead to malfunctions. In addition, the production of a backdrop suction channel is relatively complex because of the large number of interlocking link elements.

A simpler suction channel is known from US-A-2 693 749, which shows a stationary channel formed by a tube. The tube is provided with a longitudinal slot at about 8 o'clock, which is normally closed by two sealing lips facing each other. If negative pressure is applied to the suction channel, the sealing lips are pulled against each other and close the suction channel. A suction truck is mounted on the stationary suction channel in such a way that it engages with a transition piece between the sealing lips and thus establishes a flow connection from a suction device to the suction channel. A disadvantage of this known suction channel is that two sealing lips are required, which wear out with increasing use and therefore have to be replaced.

From US-A-2 923 227 an exhaust gas suction channel is also already known, in which the suction channel, which is square in cross section, is closed on three sides, but has a longitudinal slot in its upper side, which is covered by a rubber sheet. Under the rubber web engages a suction trolley which in this way partially lifts the rubber web from the suction channel and thus establishes a flow connection from a suction device to the suction channel. However, this suction device is relatively complex, since a multiple deflection of the suction hose from bottom to top and back down into the suction channel and a complex mechanism for lifting the rubber sheet are required.

It is an object of the invention to avoid the disadvantages occurring in the prior art and to create a simpler exhaust gas suction channel.

To solve this problem, a device of the type mentioned above is used, which is characterized in that the channel side wall is inclined at below 30 ° to 60 °, preferably about 45 ° to the channel bottom wall, grids, grids, perforated plates or the like. is formed, which are covered on the outside by a pivotable lip, and that the suction car engages with a channel-side connector under the lip.

Instead of bars or gratings, other devices such as grids, nets, perforated plates or the like can also be used. use, provided that they only allow a flow passage from the suction vehicle to the suction channel and on the other hand form a support for the lip closing the side wall.

According to the invention, the suction vehicle is thus suspended laterally next to a stationary exhaust duct, expediently in a frame structure which has wheels on its upper side which run in rails provided for this purpose. The rails are to be fastened to a building ceiling in a manner known per se, for example on one or more main girders. The hose trolley has a suction device hanging vertically downwards on its underside and thus deflects the exhaust gas flow through 90 ° into the suction channel.

A further lip strip is preferably provided on the underside of the suction channel in the vicinity of the bottom wall of the channel, which seals the underside of the suction vehicle connector.

In a further embodiment, a connection piece which extends under the lip and which merges into a movable further suction channel is provided on the inclined channel side wall which can be closed by the lip mentioned. The further suction channel is located approximately at the level of the stationary suction channel and expediently runs at right angles thereto, although a different angular orientation is also possible. The movable suction duct is in turn expediently provided with an inclined duct side wall which is sealed by a lip. Now engages under the lip of the movable suction duct a movable suction vehicle of the aforementioned A rt, its suction can reach almost any point within a rectangle which is determined by the length of the stationary and movable suction channel described.

  • Figur 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Ausführungsbeispiels;
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to figures; show it:
  • Figure 1 is a side view of an embodiment;
  • Figure 2 is a front view of the embodiment of Figure 1; and
  • Figure 3 shows another embodiment with the second suction channel arranged at right angles to the main channel.

Die Hauptträger 2 sind üblicherweise in der Nähe der Decke einer Werkshalle montiert und tragen somit den stationären Saugkanal 22.FIG. 1 shows a suction channel 22 with a horizontal channel top wall 12 and a channel bottom wall 19 parallel thereto, which together with a channel rear wall 20 connecting the two walls form a closed box. Opposite the channel rear wall 20, a channel side wall 18 is formed by oblique bars 11, which preferably connect the channel bottom wall 19 with the passage upper wall 12 at an angle of 30 0 to 60 ° at 45 °. Instead of the grid bars 11, perforated plates, grids, screen plates or similar air-permeable devices can also be provided. Due to the inclined position of the lattice bars 11, the channel bottom wall 19 is wider than the channel top wall 12. The latter is fastened to the main beams 2 by means of stud bolts 21. The main beams 2 are usually mounted near the ceiling of a factory building and thus carry the stationary suction channel 22.

In the vicinity of the channel top wall 12, a lip 7 made of rubber or rubber is fastened to the suction channel 22 by means of a retaining strip 9 and screws 8, preferably under a flange 25 of the suction channel 22 which is aligned with the bars 11. The lip 7 extends over the entire length of the suction channel 22 and normally closes with its lower edge freely on the Lattice bars 11 resting on the channel side wall 18 of the suction channel 22. As a result, the lip 7 can be lifted off the lattice bars 11 and the channel side wall 18 can be opened in this way in the area in which the lip 7 is lifted off the lattice bars 11. For this purpose, a suction vehicle 1 with a connection piece 6, which has approximately the shape of a teardrop in the longitudinal direction of the suction channel 22 and gradually curves upwards, so that when the suction vehicle 1 moves along the suction channel 22, it initially only slightly removes the lip 7 from the bars 11 lifts off, while a maximum lifting of the lip 7 from the bars 11 and thus a maximum opening of the channel side wall 18 takes place in the central plane of the suction vehicle 1. The upper side of the connecting piece 6 is expediently inclined at an angle of approximately 10 ° to 30 ° to the horizontal so that the lip 7 does not have to be swung up excessively.

The suction vehicle 1 has a frame formed from cross members 13 and longitudinal members 14, which can be moved in rails 23 via struts 4 and running wheels 3. The rails 23 are mounted in a manner known per se, for example on the main supports 2.

Under the connector 6, another lip strip 15 is mounted in extension of the channel bottom wall 19 by a retaining strip 16 and screws 17, which seals the underside of the suction vehicle connector 6. For this purpose, the connection piece 6 of the hose carriage 1 has a gently curved transition section from its opening adjacent to the channel side wall 18 to the exhaust hose connection area 26.

Gleiche Teile wie in den Figuren 1 oder 3 sind jedoch mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.FIG. 2 shows a front view in the direction of arrow A on the device according to FIG. 1, the view from FIG Cross beams 13 and the longitudinal beams 14 formed frame of the hose carriage 1 can be seen. You can also see the gentle curvature of the connector 6, which gradually lifts the lip 7 from the channel side wall 18 to the maximum shown in FIG. FIG. 2 is only a schematic illustration of an exemplary embodiment, in which details have been omitted for reasons of clarity. The same parts as in Figures 1 or 3 are provided with the same reference numerals.

Figure 3 shows another embodiment with a stationary suction channel 22, the inclined channel side wall 18 can be closed in the aforementioned manner by a lip 7 made of rubber or plastic due to its own weight and the negative pressure. Lattice bars 11 again serve to hold the lip 7; however, sieve plates, perforated plates, grids or similar devices for holding the lip 7 can also be provided. The connecting piece 6 'is not angled in this embodiment by 90 ° downward, but is made approximately straight in a movable suction channel 22' continues, which is built up on the movability of the same as the stationary suction channel 22nd For moving the movable suction channel 22 'are known struts 4', which carry at their upper end wheels 3 'which run in rails 23'. The rails 23 'are attached to the ceiling of a workshop or to main girders 2 in the manner known and known per se. The sloping side wall of the movable suction channel 22 'is in turn covered by a lip 7, under which the suction car 1 (not recognizable in FIG. 3) engages with its connector 6 in the manner described in connection with FIG. The embodiment according to FIG. 3 has the advantage that the hose cart 1 can reach practically any point of a rectangle which is defined by the length of the stationary and movable suction channels 22 and 22 '.

It is pointed out that in another preferred embodiment, the connector 6 of the suction vehicle 1 is flattened in its shape in such a way that the lip 7 is only raised semi-elliptically by the suction vehicle. Compared to the drop-shaped lifting of the lip 7, the semi-elliptical lifting means no cross-sectional reduction for a suction pipe connected to the suction vehicle 1. In this embodiment, too, the lip wall and the suction car slide closely on one another.
