Abstract

Le dispositif comprend un certain nombre de rouleaux pourvus d'ajutages d'adhésif (20), ces rouleaux étant agencés pour la fabrication de sacs en papier multicouches de sorte qu'une pluralité de rouleaux d'étalage allongés dans le sens axial (E), pourvus d'un réseau d'ajutages s'étendant axialement à la périphérie, sont disposés en parallèle et adjacents entre eux pour réaliser des joints transversaux sur des bandes de papier qui composent les différentes couches. Sur la même ligne se trouve un rouleau d'encollage axialement court (C) dont la périphérie est pourvue d'un réseau circonférentiel d'ajutages d'adhésif produisant un joint en longueur pour la fabrication de tubes. En aval de la station de pliage des volets de fermeture de fond est disposé un ou plusieurs rouleaux d'encollage (A, A1) pour les volets de fermeture de fond, et en dernier, sur la ligne, se trouve un rouleau (D) produisant des joints adhésifs permettant le collage d'un volet de fond.

Claims (8)

1. Dispositif pour la fabrication de sacs multi- couches comprenant une pluralité de premiers rouleaux (E) allongés, rotatifs, disposés parallèlement et adjacents l'un à l'autre, transversalement au sens dans lequel s'étendent les nappes de papier, pour appliquer de l'adhésif sur lesdites nappes formant les différentes couches, suivis d'un deuxième rouleau (C) rotatif, court, pour appliquer une ligne longitudinale d'adhésif sur une surface de la nappe multi-couche, suivi d'un poste de pliage pour rabats de fermeture de fond, qui est suivi d'au moins un troisième rouleau (A, Ai) pour appliquer de l'adhésif et fermer les rabats de fond, caractérisé par le fait que les rouleaux, à ajutages (20), normalement fermés, sur leur circonférence, sont raccordés, par des passages d'alimentation en adhésif (19, 14, 18), à des moyens sous pression d'alimentation en adhésif, chaque ajutage possédant un moyen d'obturation (23) agencé pour s'ouvrir par action d'une pression extérieure exercée par la surface de nappe, quand les rouleaux (E, C, A, Ai) tournent, la périphérie des premiers rouleaux allongés (E) étant munie d'une rangée, s'étendant axialement, de tels ajutages (20), alors que la périphérie du second rouleau court (C) est munie d'une rangée circonférentielle d'ajutages (20).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, sur la même ligne axiale, est prévue au moins une paire de rouleaux d'encollage de rabat de fond (A, Ai), les rangées d'ajutages d'adhésif d'un rouleau (A) produisant un joint à dessin et l'autre rouleau (A1) produisant un joint droit.

Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le poste d'encollage des rabats de fond comprend deux paires de rouleaux (A, Ai; A, Ai), une paire pour chaque extrémité d'un sac, et, entre une des paires de rouleaux (A, A1) et le rouleau d'encollage de rabat de fond (D), est prévu un rouleau d'encollage de clapet de fermeture (B).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que, pour encoller les rabats de fond, sont prévues deux chaînes de production parallèles.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la périphérie dudit rouleau d'encollage axial court (C), des rouleaux d'encollage de rabats de fond (A, Ai) ainsi que dudit rouleau (D) d'encollage dudit rabat de fond, est pourvue d'une rangée d'ajutages d'adhésif d'étendant partiellement ou complètement autour d'eux.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins certains des rouleaux d'encollage des rabats de fond (A, A1, D) comprennent une rangée d'adjutages d'adhésif (20) sur le bord desdits rouleaux et, à cette rangée, sont raccordées une ou plusieurs rangées axiales d'ajutages (21).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que, pour commander les positions et longueurs des joints d'adhésif en mettant en action ou hors d'action des ajutages (20, 21), ces derniers sont munis de corps d'ajutage (21) et de coiffes d'ajutage (22) amovibles par rapport à leurs corps (21) et comportent un moyen d'obturation (26) pour maintenir fermé le passage d'adhésif quand on enlève la coiffe d'ajutage (22).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chaque rouleau d'enduction (10) est associé à une chambre de distribution - d'adhésif (14) dont la périphérie extérieure est délimitée par un manchon de bord fixe (17) et la périphérie intérieure par un noyau (15) tournant avec l'axe du rouleau (11), et ledit manchon (17) est associé à un tube (18) de fourniture d'adhésif et ladite chambre de distribution d'adhésif (14) est raccordée à chaque ajutage (20, 21) au moyen de tubes ou tuyaux (19) reliés audit noyau (15).
