Claims (9)

1. Verfahren zum Aufkleben einer Schicht durchlässigen Materials (26) durch Verschmelzen auf einen aus miteinander verbundenen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) bestehenden Träger (20), der ein thermoplastisches Bestandteil aufweist, dessen Schmelztemperatur unter der der anderen Bestandteile liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man bei der Herstellung des Trägers (20) auf einer Seite (21) spezielle Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) mit einer Seele (24) und einem äußeren Teil (25) aus thermoplastischem Material vorsieht, dessen Schmelztemperatur unter der der Seele (25) und der der anderen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 2, 5, 8, 11) liegt, und daß diese Seite (21) soweit erhitzt wird, daß der äußere Teil (25) der speziellen Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) schmilzt, worauf die Schicht (26) auf diese Trägerseite (21) aufgebracht wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die speziellen Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) eine Seele (24) aus Polyester und einen äußeren Teil (25) in Form einer Polyamidhülle (6) besitzen, daß die anderen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', T. 8', 2. 5, 8, 11 ) aus Polyester sind und daß die die speziellen Fäden (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 12) aufweisende Seite (21) auf eine Temperatur nahe 200 °C vor dem Aufbringen der Schicht (26) erhitzt wird.
3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß der Träger (20) mit Schleifen oder Spiralen versehen ist, die als Mittel zur Verbindung (23) vor der Befestigung der Schicht (26) dienen.
4. Filz für eine Papiermaschine mit einem aus miteinander verbundenen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) bestehenden Träger (20), wobei auf dem Filz eine Schicht aus durchlässigem Material (26) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger auf der Seite (21), die mit der Schicht (26) verbunden ist, spezielle Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) mit einer Seele (24) und einem äußeren Teil (25) besitzt, wobei die Schicht (26) auf die Seite (21) über die äußeren Teile der speziellen Fäden aufgeklebt ist.
5. Filz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die speziellen Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) eine Seele (24) aus Polyester und einen äußeren Teil aus Polyamid besitzen und daß die anderen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 2, 5, 8, 11) aus Polyester sind.
6. Filz nach einem. der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 'die speziellen Fäden in Schußrichtung der Seite (21) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Filzes angeordnet sind.
7. Filz nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die speziellen Fäden in Kettrichtung des Trägers (20) und in Bewegungsrichtung des Filzes angeordnet sind.
8. Filtergewebe mit einem Träger (20), der aus miteinander verbundenen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) besteht. auf dem eine Schicht aus durchlässigem Material (26) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß der Träger auf der mit der Schicht (26) verbundenen Seite (21) spezielle Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) mit einer Seele (24) und einem äußeren Teil (25) besitzt, wobei die Schicht (26) auf die Seite (21) über die äußeren Teile der speziellen Fäden aufgeklebt ist.
9. Filtergewebe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die speziellen Fäden (1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12) eine Seele (24) aus Polyester und einen äußeren Teil aus Polyamid besitzen und daß die anderen Fäden (1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 2, 5, 8, 11) aus Polyester sind.
