Claims (11)

1. Gate for the blocking up of a passage, consisting essentially of at least one support and of a member movable with respect to said support, said member being formed of a structure of upright bars (2) mutually connected to each other by way of a beam (1, 21), said beam comprising a number of through-holes (7, 23) in each of which a bar can be arranged, each of said bars being endowed with connecting means for attachment to the beam, characterized in that the support consists of at least one post (4), and a least one oblong element (6, 24) is arranged between each part for attachment (8) and pretensionedly fastened in such a way at the ends of the beam, that bowing under load of the beam in the vertical direction downwards is prohibited.
2. Gate according to claim 1, characterized in that each bar (2, 22) has at the same height a travers through-hole (7, 23) and that an oblong tensioning element (6, 24) serving as a connecting means is passed through all the bars (2, 22).
3. Gate according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that one of the parts for attachment (8) is drawn towards the front end of the beam, said part for attchment carrying a joint member (12) for the joint (3) which is to be fastened to the post (4).

7. Gate according to one of preceding claims, characterized in that the beam (21) has, at its outside, longitudinal ribs (39) for the mounting of additional elements such as plates or grips or the like.
8. Gate according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the beam (1, 21) has the shape of a box profile, the tensioning element (6, 24) being accommodated inside said box profile.
9. Gate according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the other part (14) for attachment is a locking element (42) provided vith a sliding guide for the outmost bar (2'), located at the end of the beam.
10. Gate according to claim 9, characterized in that the locking element (42) has a locking mechanism (48), whilst the bolt (47) can be introduced into the guide.
11. Gate system vith two gates, each according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking element (42) of one gate has a recess into which fits a clasp (44) of the locking element (42') of the other gate, a pin (50) provided at the outmost bar (2') of one of the gates being introduceable vertically into the recess rsp. clasp.
