Die Erfindung betrifft eine Traggabel für insbesondere Hubstapler, mit Gabelschaft und Gabelzinken, wobei der Gabelschaft eine obere und eine untere Halteklaue mit sich gegenüberlieger den Nuten zum Über- und Untergreifen eines Gabelträgers aufweist, (siehe z. B. Ein ständiges Problem beim Einsatz von Hub- bzw. Gabelstaplern besteht in der Lärmbelästigung. Denn die auf dem Gabelträger mit ihren Halteklauen gleichsam aufgehängten Traggabeln neigen insbesondere in unbelastetem Zustand bei arbeitendem Hubgerüst oder bei Verfahren des Hubstaplers zum Klappern. Dieses Klappern resultiert im wesentlichen aus dem Bewegungsspiel zwischen Nut und Gabelträger der jeweils unteren Halteklaue, weil die Traggabeln mit den genuteten Halteklauen auf den Gabelträger aufgeschoben werden, folglich an der oberen Halteklaue gleichsam aufgehängt sind, während sich an der unteren Halteklaue zwangsläufig Bewegungsspiel einstellt. Zwar kennt man Schraubbefestigungen, um dieses Bewegungsspiel zu eliminieren und folglich ein Klappern der Traggabeln zu vermeiden, jedoch werden derartige Schraubbefestigungen nach dem Lösen zum Verstellen der Traggabeln auf dem Gabelträger erfahrungsgemäß nur selten wieder angezogen, häufig gehen sogar Schraubenteile verloren, so daß die Schraubbefestigungen alsbald funktionsuntüchtig werden. Im Ergebnis sind derartige Schraubbefestigungen kein geeignetes Lärmschutzmittel. - Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.A constant problem with the use of forklift trucks is the noise pollution. Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung bei einer gattungsgemäßen Traggabel dadurch, daß die obere und/oder untere Halteklaue einen gegen den Gabelträger wirksamen Stoßdämpfer aufweist. Nach einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Stoßdämpfer als Gummi- oder Kunststoffutter ausgebildet und mit diesem Gummi- oder Kunststoffutter zumindest die Nut der unteren Halteklaue ausgekleidet. - Durch diese Maßnahmen der Erfindung wird gleichsam automatisch das Bewegungsspiel zwischen der unteren Halteklaue und dem Gabelträger weitgehend reduziert, wird darüber hinaus zugleich ein Polstereffekt zwischen Halteklaue und Gabelträger derart erreicht, daß das Gummi-oder Kunststoffutter als Lärmschutzeinlage funktioniert. Folglich kann man bei Einsatz eines erfindungsgemäßen Gummi- oder Kunststoffutters durchaus noch ein geringfügiges Bewegungsspiel zwischen Halteklaue und Gabelträger in Kauf nehmen, wie es zum Verschieben der Traggabel auf dem Gabelträger erforderlich ist, ohne daß jedoch Lärmbelästigungen auftreten, weil das sonst störende Klappern zwischen Halteklaue und Gabelträger durch den Polstereffekt unterbunden wird.This object is achieved by the invention in the case of a generic fork in that the upper and / or lower holding claw has a shock absorber which is effective against the fork carrier. Auf diese Weise wird einerseits ein paßgerechtes Bauteil als Gummi-oder Kunststoffutter verwirklicht, läßt sich andererseits das Gummi- oder Kunststoffutter nach Verschleiß unschwer auswechseln. Das gilt insbesondere dann, wenn erfindungsgemäß das Gummi- oder Kunststoffutter als auswechselbares Bauteil mittels Rastsitz in die Nut der Halteklaue lösbar einklemmbar ist. Der Rastsitz läßt sich auf verschiedene Weise verwirklichen, regelmäßig wird man Rastsitznocken und entsprechende Rastsitzausnehmungen vorsehen. Hinzu kommt, daß das Gummi- oder Kunststoffutter aufgrund seiner Elastizität für die Verwirklichung einer Rastsitzverbindung besonders geeignet ist. Nach einer abgewandelten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß der Stoßdämpfer als mechanisch, pneumatisch oder hydraulisch arbeitende Zylinderkolbenanordnung ausgebildet ist, deren aus dem Zylinder vorkragende Kolbenstange eine gegen den Gabelträger arbeitende Spannbacke trägt. In diesem Fall wird mit Hilfe eines Stoßdämpfers also ein lösbarer Klemmsitz zwischen Halteklause und Gabelträger und folglich ein strammer, bewegungsfreier Sitz verwirklicht. Aufgrund der Nachgiebigkeit des Stoßdämfers steht dennoch im Bedarfsfall jenes Bewegungsspiel zur Verfügung, welches zum Verschieben der Traggabel auf dem Gabelträger erforderlich ist. Als mechanischer Stoßdämpfer kommt beispielsweise ein Reibungsdämpfer mit lediglich einer Druckstufe in Frage, jedoch sind auch Ein-oder Zweirohrdämpfer denkbar. Jedenfalls erfüllt nach Lehre der Erfindung ein solcher Stoßdämpfer zugleich die Funktion einer Spannvorrichtung. In besonders einfacher Ausführungsform gelingt das dann, wenn der Stoßdämpfer als in der Halteklaue geführter und von einer Druckfeder beaufschlagter Spannbolzen mit Spannbacke für den Gabelträger ausgebildet ist. Außerdem kann der Stoßdämpfer mit einer Rückstellvorrichtung ausgerüstet sein, z. Das gelingt entweder durch die Auskleidung mit einem Gummi- oder Kunststoffutter oder durch den Einsatz eines Stoßdämpfers mit Spannbacke, der also für ein gleichsam nachgiebiges Festspannen der Halteklauen auf dem Gabelträger sorgt, so daß jenes die Klappererscheinungen erzeugende Bewegungsspiel nach erfolgter Montage der Traggabel eliminiert wird, jedoch für die Montage und das Einstellen der Traggabel auf dem Geräteträger stets zur Verfügung steht. Claims (10)

1. A lifting form, particularly for a stacker truck, with forked shaft (1) and forked prong (2), in which the forked shaft possesses an upper and a lower holding claw (3a, 3b) with opposite grooves (4) to grip a fork support (5) above and below, characterised in that the upper and/or lower holding claw (3a and 3b) possesses a shock-absorber (6) acting against tbe fork support (5).
2. A lifting fork according to Claim 1, characterised in that the shock-absorber is constructed as a rubber or plastics lining (6a) and at least groove (4) of the lower holding claw (3b) is cladded by this rubber or plastics lining (6a).
3. A lifting fork according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the rubber or plastics lining (6a), at least in groove (4) of the lower holding jaw (3b) is vulcanised in position or sprayed on as a plastics coating.
4. A lifting fork according to Claim 1 or 2, cbaracterised in that the rubber or plastics lining (6a) is formed as a U-shaped component with a push-fit groove (7) for the fork support (5) corresponding to groove (4) of bolding claw (3b), the U-limb (8) facing the forked shaft (1) being vertically extended and possessing turned-in ends (9) gripping forked shaft (1) on both sides.
5. A lifting fork according to one of Claims 1, 2 or 4, characterised in that the rubber or plastics lining (6a), as a component, is attached to the corresponding holding claw (3b) by adhesive, e.g., is cemented into its groove (4).
6. A lifting fork according to one of Claims 1, 2 or 4, characterised in that the rubber or plastics lining (6a), as a component, can be squeezed by a notched seating into the groove (4) of the holding claw (3b) so that it is detachable.
7. A lifting fork according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the rubber or plastics lining (6a) is about 2 to 3 mm thick.
8. A lifting fork according to Claim 1, characterized in that the shock-absorber (6) is a mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically operable piston and cylinder device, the piston rod of which projects from the cylinder and carries a clamping jaw (11) acting against the fork support (5).
9. A lifting fork according to Claim 1, characterised in that the shock-absorber is formed as a clamping stud (13) supported in the holding claw (3b) and loaded by a compression spring (10) with a clamping jaw (11) for fork support (5).
10. A lifting fork according to one of Claims 1, 8 or 9, characterised in that shock-absorber (6) is provided with a retraction device, e.g., possesses a retraction lever (12) mounted on a swivel at the free end of the clamping stud.
