Abstract

A plastic drinking cup which is integrally connected with one or more elastic closures for the open ends of bottles and/or openings in the top walls of metallic or plastic cans. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform können in Kombination zur weiteren Abdichtung bzw. In diesem Zusammenhang sei erwähnt, dass die Anordnung der Verschlüsse 2 usw. bzw. 20 auch, wie schon anhand der Figuren 1 bis 5 beschrieben, ausgebildet und angeordnet sein können. So besteht die Möglichkeit, die in Fig. 10 gezeigte Kombination zweier Verschlüsse 2 und 20 beide innenseitig anzuordnen. Eine zweckmässige Ausführungsform würde darin bestehen, beide Verschlüsse 2 bzw. 20 so anzuordnen, dass in Schliess- bzw. Dichtstellung ein Teil des Flüssigkeitsbehältnisses (Flasche 5, Dose 21 ) vom Becher übergriffen wird. In diesem Falle wären die Verschlusselemente jeweils nach innen weisend im Becher 1 untergebracht. Dadurch ergeben sich günstigere Transportmöglichkeiten und es besteht auch praktisch nicht die Gefahr, dass der Becher 1 unbeabsichtigt durch Anstossen entfernt wird, da er in der vorerwähnten Stellung durch die Dose 21 bzw. die Flasche 5 seitlich abgestützt wird.The cup 1 can, as shown in FIG. 10, also have both a closure 2 for a bottle 5 indicated here in broken lines and a closure 20 for a can 21. Claims (13)

1. Drinking vessel made of plastic material, providing a cap-shaped closure (2, 20) for tight resealing of containers such as a bottle (5) or a can (21), whereby closure and drinking vessel are connected in one piece, the closure being arranged on the inside of the drinking vessel on the side opposite the underside of the bottom and clip-connectable with the container, characterized by the fact that the closure (2, 20) is designed as indentation on the inside bottom, gripping behind the reinforced rim of the container or such like and providing a seal.
2. Vessel according to Claim 1, characterized by closure (2) and vessel (1) being separable and preferably being connected by predetermined breaking points (11), material weaknesses (10), «webs», and such like.
3. Vessel according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized by closure (2) being arranged centrally on the bottom (4) of the vessel (1) and forming an integral part of it, and the closure (2) being connected with the remaining bottom part via a special liquid-proof predetermined breaking point (11) or such like.
4. Vessel according to any of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized by providing a further bottom (4a) outside the predetermined breaking point (11) and the vessel bottom (4) holding the closure (2).
5. Vessel according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized by the closure (20), gripping behind the reinforced rim of a can (21) by means of a clip-on protrusion (30), extends over the whole of the bottom area.
6. Vessel according to any of the aforementioned Claims, characterized by the closure (20) for the can (21) providing an internal wall section as sealing zone (23, 26) situated on the inside of the vessel (1), making contact with the beverage can (21).
7. Vessel according to any of the Claims 1 to 6, characterized by the clip-on protrusions (3) being formed by a preferably circular, crimp-like indentation, whereby their position in attunement with the sealing zone(s) is provided in such a way that the sealing surfaces lie against each other in the clipped-on position.
8. Vessel according to any of the Claims 1 to 7, characterized by the sealing zones (23) of the can closure (20) being provided in a circular manner in the rim area of the bottom (29) and hence also in the external rim area of the can lid (25).
9. Vessel according to any of the Claims 1 to 8, characterized by its bottom (29) providing an inward pointing, stopper-like projection (37) for close contact or penetration into the aperture created by opening the tear-off clip of the can (39).
10. Vessel according to any of the Claims 1 to 10, characterized by a plug-over stop on the vessel (1) being provided for limiting the plug-on movement onto the can (21) with simultaneous formation of a seal.
11. Vessel according to any of the Claims 1 to 10, characterized by having an inward turning bottom (29) providing for a sealing zone and/or a plug-on stop.
12. Vessel according to any of the aforementioned Claims, characterized by having a closure (20) for a can (21) as well as a closure (2) for a bottle (5) on the bottom (29).
13. Vessel according to Claim 12, characterized by providing a closure (20) for the can (21 ) as well as a closure (2) for the bottle (5) on the inside bottom (29) of the vessel (1).
