Auch treten eventuelle Verquetschungen insbesondere der Radialdichtung bekannter Bauart, die gelegentlich ein Wiederlösen des Überwurfrings und das neue Einsetzen des Dichtringes in die ordnungsgemäße Lage erforderte, nicht mehr auf. Die Herstellung der Fassung, insbesondere des Überwurfrings, ist sehr einfach. In der Praxis geschieht dies derart, daß zunächst in der Spritzgießform der Überwurfring aus einem relativ hart eingestellten Kunststoff gespritzt wird, woraufhin die Formkerne gegen solche ausgetauscht werden, die das Anformen des Dichtkörpers gestatten. Während der Überwurfring 10 in der Form verbleibt, wird der für die Herstellung des Überwurfrings 10 erforderliche Kern gegen einen solchen ausgetauscht, der die Gießhohlräume für den Dichtkörper 35 aufweist.
