Abstract

Schrotmühle mit Mahlsteinen (7, 8), in deren verbrauch­ baren Mahlsteinbereiche Luftfurchen (15, 15a, 15b; 16, 16a, 16b) in der Mahlsteintiefe gestaffelt und mit einer auf die Staffelungstiefe bezogen solchen Luftfurchenweite ein­ gebracht sind, daß bei fortschreitender Abnutzung der Mahl­ steine (7, 8) stets Luftfurchen (15, 15a, 15b; 16, 16a, 16b) am Mahlspalt (17) ohne Nacharbeit freiliegen.
Eine Stelleinrichtung (12, 13, 14) für die Weite des Mahl­ spaltes (17), eine Dosiervorrichtung für das Mahlgut, eine Siebvorrichtung (43, 44) mit einer Rückführvorrichtung (41, 46, 47) zu groben Schrotes ist geoffenbart.
Vorteilhaft sind Armierungseinlagen und Borstenein­ lagen in den Mahlsteinen (7, 8) vorgesehen, und auf der Achse (1a) kann eine Quetschvorrichtung zentral in den Mahlsteinen (7, 8) montiert sein.
