Description

The invention relates to an anchoring element for fastening covering layers according to the upper handle of claim 1.

For the manufacture and renewal of floors by industrial companies in particular, a method has been known for some time, according to which a load-bearing base is first built, preferably of a concrete material of sufficient thickness and thickness, and then a floor covering of substantially less layer thickness is applied. In particular for the repair of old, possibly also surface-damaged floors in industrial halls, the above-mentioned process has proven to be extremely advantageous, since it means the high work and time required to break up and dig out the old substrate and to incorporate the new concrete body , could be saved. The key problem with the applicability of the above method was primarily to find a suitable material for the relatively thin floor covering, which is sufficiently resistant to wear, impact stress, vibration and thermal stress.

Steel fiber-reinforced synthetic resin mortars are known to have proven particularly useful for the stated purpose, since they can be prepared, applied and incorporated quickly and easily and, moreover, are sufficiently resistant and wear-resistant even when applied in a thin layer. A particularly suitable steel fiber reinforced synthetic resin mortar composition is described in detail in HU-A-174 992.

With such and similar floor coverings, which may have been made from pure or filled plastic material, it has been shown that, in particular with larger surfaces, an anchoring of the cover layer, at least at certain intervals, i.e. of the floor covering in the subsurface can be useful, even necessary. It has also been found that known anchoring elements of different determination, such as those used, for example, as rod-shaped supporting elements for a plaster base from DE-A-30 29 062 or as fastening elements, contain anchors which can be anchored in masonry by means of a screw, nail or the like DE-A-30 51 697 are known, are unsuitable for the stated purpose.

It is also known from FR-A-2 352 130 an anchoring element for fastening wall cladding elements to unplastered or vertical walls that are left unplastered or generally left in the raw state or can be left, while maintaining a gap, with an anchor with an internal thread that can be anchored in a hole in the subsurface, and an inside Dowel anchored by a spreading effect to the base of the screw shaft, which is formed with a recess that is open on one side upwards, with its centrally pierced bottom part, lying on the base and provided with at least one radially outwardly projecting extension on the outer circumference, through its central hole protrudes in the bottom part of the screw shaft. The known anchoring element is fastened directly and immovably to the substrate by means of the screw shaft, so that it cannot execute any movements parallel to the surface of the substrate.

The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an anchoring element which enables a local attachment of relatively thin-layered, preferably made of synthetic resin mortar or filled with the latter, plastic floor coverings on a substrate, in particular made of concrete, such that in the applied covering by a local attachment that meets all requirements Stress peaks caused by thermal expansion do not occur, although the covering is anchored in the subsurface at the required intervals in a manner that prevents bulging.

To solve this, an anchoring element, based on the last-mentioned embodiment, is characterized according to the invention in that the base body is arranged coaxially around the screw shaft and is braced against the substrate by means of a preferably flat, disk-shaped clamping nut screwed onto the screw shaft, such that the outer edge the clamping nut is spaced on all sides in the radial direction from the inner wall of the recess of the base body, and that the base body or the recess is closed off by a disk-shaped cover in order to achieve a surface which is flat with the covering layers to be anchored.

It was recognized that the above requirements can be met at the same time by creating and using an anchoring element which allows at least limited movement of the applied floor covering relative to the subsurface when certain, in particular, thermal stresses in the covering are only in the floor plane, movements of the covering in completely prevented in the direction perpendicular to the floor level.

In particular, it can be advantageous according to the invention in the case of slightly uneven old substrates, which may need to be renewed, that a flexible to elastic washer is also present between the base part of the base body and the substrate. A particularly inexpensive easy assembly and fastening option of the Anchoring element according to the invention results from the fact that initially a screw with a threaded shaft extending to the screw head is used and the threaded shaft is cut and / or ground in an already aligned state of the anchoring element in a plane aligned with the end face plane of the clamping nut facing away from the ground, and that The depth of the one-sided recess in the base body is greater than the height of the clamping nut. Sufficiently flat anchoring elements for, in particular, thin-layer floor coverings can be designed in a constructive and also assembly-technically advantageous manner if the clamping nut is provided with at least two openings, diametrically opposite one another on a circumference of a part circle, for receiving appropriately shaped claws of a clamping tool. For manufacturing reasons, embodiments of the anchoring element according to the invention have proven to be favorable, in which the radially outwardly projecting extension is formed as a disk-shaped ring flange on the outer circumference of the base body, which is formed both at a distance from the underground level and from the outer cover level and, if appropriate, also with Breakthroughs and / or is provided with radial slots. Both in terms of production and for reasons of easy assembly, it is advantageous if the cover is designed with a preferably turned peripheral edge facing the base body and is fitted with a tight fit onto the correspondingly turned outer circumference of the base body. The anchoring element according to the invention is primarily suitable for the local fastening of floor coverings to preferably prepared, at least cleaned substrates, by embedding the clamped base body provided with a cover in a floor covering, preferably made of steel fiber reinforced synthetic resin mortar, which is applied to the surface and is at least flush with the outer cover plane becomes.

If a steel fiber-reinforced synthetic resin mortar known per se, for example in accordance with HU-A-174 992, is used for the floor covering to be produced, it is advisable to provide thermal expansion gaps every 50 to 70 m 2 . The surface elements of the floor covering, which are provided in this way and are divided in a cassette-like manner, are to be fastened to the subsurface at least in each corner area by using anchoring elements according to the invention. As a result, the possibility of thermal expansion of the floor covering surfaces is guaranteed, while a bulge is sufficiently prevented.

The invention is described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawing, which shows an exemplary anchoring element in section.

A steel dowel 30, known per se, preferably of the HILTI MKD-M12 type, is firmly anchored by means of a screw 32 in an existing concrete base 1 of sufficient thickness and load-bearing capacity in a bore 10 and firmly anchored by means of a spreading effect. This is done by first inserting the dowel 30 into the bore 10 after making the bore 10 with the aid of a hard metal stone drill with a diameter of 15 mm and using an impact drill. Thereafter, a soft-elastic washer 35, preferably made of rubber sheet, and then a base body 31 with its base part 311 provided with a central bore 314 are placed approximately coaxially to the bore 10 on the surface of the substrate 1, preferably prepared by cleaning. A flat disk-shaped clamping nut 33 is then loosely screwed onto the threaded shaft 321 of the screw 32 up to the head. Thereafter, the screw 32 is screwed into the internal thread of the dowel 30, and the screw 32 is tightened as tightly as possible, as a result of which it is firmly anchored in the base 1 in a manner known per se by the spreading action via the dowel 30. Following this, the base body 31 is clamped to the surface 1 with the aid of the clamping nut 33 against the surface of the base 1 (with the soft-elastic washer 35 clamped in between). To tighten the clamping nut 33, a target tool provided with claws (not shown) is expediently used, the claws of which can engage in bores 331 of the clamping nut 33 which are diametrically opposed to one another. When the clamping nut 33 is tightened in the above manner, the threaded shaft 321 of the screw 32 is expediently cut off in a plane which is directly aligned with the upper end plane of the clamping nut 33 and / or is preferably ground off with the aid of a corner grinding machine. Thereafter, a cover 34 with a snug fit is formed on the upper edge of the base body 31, which is turned to fit along its outer circumferential surface, and has a peripheral edge 341 which is also turned to fit on its inner surface. This creates an anchoring element 3, which shows the following features and properties in the sense of the invention.

In the vertical direction according to the drawing, the base body 31 is connected to the base 1 without play, ie without a degree of freedom of movement. Furthermore, the base body 31 has a circumferential annular flange 313 which projects radially on its outer circumference and extends both from the surface of the substrate 1, as well as extending from the outer, according to the drawing upper cover level by a distance, and is preferably provided with openings or with radial slots in order to facilitate filling of the clear space below with the mortar mass of a floor covering 2.

The tightening nut 33 tightened around the cut-off threaded shaft 321 is seated in an indentation 312 of the base body 31, which was originally opened on one side (upwards in the drawing) and is now closed with the cover 34, with a sufficiently large surrounding space since, on the one hand, the diameter of the indentation 312 greater than that of the clamping nut 33, on the other hand the depth t of the recess 312 is greater than the clamping nut height h. Thus, on the one hand there is a circumferential clear annular gap around the clamping nut 33, and on the other hand there is a clear distance (which, however, can be negligibly small) between the upper end face of the clamping nut 33 and the inner end face of the cover 34 which practically forms a unit with the base body 31. The result of this is that a floor covering 2, preferably made of steel fiber-reinforced synthetic resin mortar, which is embedded on the substrate 1 and embeds the anchoring element 3 or more of the same according to the invention, can only move freely in all directions in the floor plane, which in particular to compensate and absorb thermal expansion in order to avoid the occurrence of stress peaks in the covering, which could possibly lead to cracks and breaks, is an advantage, even often required. The thickness of the floor covering 2 is to be selected at least so that the smoothed surface of the covering is at least flush with the upper surface of the cover.
