Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transformator, inbesondere Hochspannungstransformator, mit einer in einen Becher eingegossenen Spule, mit über die Becheröffnung herausragenden Spulenanschlußstiften, und mit einem Hochspannungsanschluß, der durch den Becher nach außen geführt ist.The invention relates to a transformer, in particular a high-voltage transformer, with a coil cast into a cup, with coil connecting pins protruding beyond the cup opening, and with a high-voltage connection which is guided through the cup to the outside.
Der Hochspannungsanschluß, der üblich durch ein mit den geeigneten Wickelenden der Spule kontaktiertes, isoliertes Hochspannungskabel erfolgt, bereitet in elektrischer und konstruktiver Hinsicht erhebliche Schwierigkeiten. Aufgrund der auftretenden hohen Spannungen - z.B. beträgt die Prüfspannung 30 kV - wird die Kontaktstelle des Hochspannungskabels mit den Wickelenden entweder in das Becherinnere des Transformators-mit eingegossen oder es wird bei einer steckbaren Kontaktierung eine ausreichend große Isolierstrecke von z.B. 30 mm Luftabstand festgelegt.The high-voltage connection, which is usually carried out by means of an insulated high-voltage cable contacted with the suitable winding ends of the coil, presents considerable difficulties in electrical and structural terms. Hierzu ist i.ü. keine Vakuum-Vergußanlage nötig. Es genügt z.B. ein geeignetes, z.B. bei Zimmertemperatur aushärtendes Harz, das mittels einer Dosierpistole in die Wanne eingespritzt wird.This version offers considerable advantages. geöffnete Wanne 8 einstückig angeformt ist. Im Becherinneren ist eine Spule untergebracht, bestehend aus einem in mehrere Kammerunterteilten Spulenkörper 2 mit Wicklungen 3 undAnschlußstiften 4, die mit ihren freien Enden über die Becheröffnung hinausragen. Die Wicklungen 3 undAnschlußstifte 4 sind über ggf. auf Leiterplatten angeordneten, mit 5 bezeichneten Dioden, Widerständen und dergl. mit einem Drahtstift 7 elektrisch kontaktiert. Der verbleibende Hohlraum des Bechers 1 ist mit Gießharz, insbesondere Epoxidharz vergossen.
