Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fassung und einen Sockel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches.The invention relates to a socket and a base according to the preamble of the claim.

Für mit hohen Fokussierspannungen arbeitende Bildröhren sind Sockel bekannt, bei wel--chen der Anschlußstift für die Fokussierspannung in einer Kammer, dem sogenannten Silo, angeordnet ist. Bei einem solchen bekannten Sockel dient ein Hochspannungsstecker mit einer das innere des Silos ausfüllenden Isolation als Zuleitung der Hochspannung aus dem Stromversorgungsteil. Ein solcher Hochspannungsstecker kann auch mit den weiteren Steckern der Fassung konstruktiv zu einer Einheit zusammengefaßt sein. Es ist dann die eine Hälfte des Sockels bzw. der Fassung für diesen einen Hochspannungsanschluß vorgesehen, alle anderen Anschlüsse befinden sich auf der anderen Hälfte des Sockels. Auf diese Weise sind ausreichend dimensionierte Luftstrecken und Kriechwege zwischen den Zuleitungen vorhanden, welche größer sind als die Schutzfunkenstrecke. Dies ist jedoch insofern nachteilig, als das Einbaumaß der Bildröhre durch die Fassung noch über den Sockel hinaus verlängert wird. Um die Tiefe des Gerätes, in welchem die Bildröhre eingebaut ist, so gering wie möglich halten zu können, muß ein Herausragen der Fassung über den Sockel vermieden werden. Der neue Sockel unterscheidet sich vom bekannten Sockel dadurch, daß ein Schlitz in der Außenwand des Sockels, welcher vom Rand des Silos her parallel zur Achse des Sockels verläuft, das Silo über 30-60 % seiner Länge öffnet. In diesen Schlitz wird beim Aufsetzen der Fassung die Zuleitung zum Hochspannungsanschluß eingeschoben, welche dann von der innen befindlichen Anschlußfeder aus radial nach außen verläuft. Durch diese Herausführung der Hochspannungszuleitung nach der Seite hin kann die Länge der Fassung so gering gehalten werden, daß sie einschließlich der für die Anschlüsse sämtlicher Zuleitungen notwendigen Abmessung noch kürzer ist als der Sockel selbst. Für die Ausbildung der Anschlüsse gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten, je nachdem, ob die Zuleitungen gedruckte Leiterzüge oder Kabel sind. Gemeinsame Voraussetzung für alle Arten der Zuleitung ist. daß die bei Sockel und Fassung eingehaltenen Luft- und Kriechstrecken beibehalten sind. Fig. 1 zeigt den Sockel 5 von der Rückseite der Bildröhre her mit aufgeschobener Fassung 9, 10 und der als gedruckte Schaltung ausgebildeten Platine 11 mit den Aschlußleitungen 8. Mit 12 ist der Masseanschluß und mit 13 sind die Schutzfunkenstrecken bezeichnet. Das Silo 4 besitzt einen Schlitz 2, durch welchen die Zuleitung 3 zur Anschlußfeder 6, welche den Kontakt zum Kontaktstift 7 herstellt, geführt ist. Die Kriechstrecke 15 verläuft vom Kontaktstift 7 zum nächstliegenden der anderen Kontaktstifte entlang der Oberfläche des Sockels ; wie in Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 gestrichelt eingetragen. Die Länge des Sockels 5 ist so bemessen und die Kontaktstifte sind derart in Nischen angeordnet, daß sich Kriechströme nicht ausbilden können. Eine der Kriechstrecke 15 entsprechende, auf der Fassung verlaufende Kriechstrecke 14 erstreckt sich entlang des. Bodenteils 10 der Fassung und ist in Fig. 1 und 2 als punktierte Linie eingetragen. Bei gleicher Oberflächenqualität der Werkstoffe von Sockel und Fassung hinsichtlich der Kriechstromfestigkeit braucht die für die Fassung kritische Kriechstrecke 14 nicht länger zu sein, als die für den Sockel maßgebende Kriechstrecke 15. Die Erfindung zeigt eine Anordnung, bei der durch Vermeidung einer überlänge der Kriechstrecke 14 eine kürzere Fassung verwirklicht ist, indem das Silo des Sockels nach außen hin zum Teil geöffnet ist. Es bieten sich dadurch konstruktiv günstige Möglichkeiten zur Ausbildung einer platzsparenden Fassung an, von welcher in den Figuren 2 bis 4 drei Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt sind. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, die Anschlußenden 19 der Zuleitungen zu den Anschlußfedern 6 so auszubilden, daß sie aus radialer Richtung in achsiale oder umgekehrt gebogen werden können. Eine Fassung aus Mantelteil 9 und Bodenteil 10 kann dann an unterschiedliche Platinen, Stecker usw. leicht angepaßt werden. Claims (1)

  1. A socket (9, 10) and base (5) with a hollow body structure (4) for a picture tube, characterized by the combination of the following features :
