Procéde de remplissage aseptique, à froid, de récipients, en particulier en matières ne supportant pas le traitement thermique de pasteurisation, matières plastiques notamment - bouteilles ou analogues - par des jus de fruits et boissons, notamment à base jus de fruits, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste essentiellement à effectuer ce remplissage et le bouchage des récipients en atmosphère stérile dans un local fermé main­ tenu en surpression et alimenté par de l'air filtré.
