Claims (22)

1. Acier comprenant, en poids:
de 0,001 à 0,005% de C, pas plus de 0,5% de Mn,
de 0 à 0,1% de P,
de 0 à 0,005% de N,
de 0,016 à 0,35% d'O,
de 0 à 0,005% de B,
de 0 à 0,08 de Nb,
de 0 à 0,1% de V,
la différence en Fe et impuretés, l'O et au moins une partie du Mn se présentant sous la forme d'oxydes dispersés pratiquement uniformément dans tout l'acier.
2. Acier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la teneur en P n'est pas supérieure à 0,01% en poids.
3. Acier selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel la teneur en N n'est pas supérieure à 0,0025% en poids.
4. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la teneur en 0 est de 0,016 à 0,03% en poids.
5. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la teneur en B est de 0,0001 à 0,005% en poids.
6. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la teneur en Nb est de 0,003 à 0,08% en poids.
7. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la teneur en V est de 0,005 à 0,1 % en poids.
8. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la teneur en C n'est pas supérieure à 0,002% en poids.
9. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel S est présent en tant qu'impureté en quantité ne dépassant pas 0,005% en poids.
10. Acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, qui se présente sous la forme d'une tôle d'acier laminé à froid.
11. Procédé de fabrication d'une tôle d'acier comprenant les opérations de:
(i) façonnage par coulée continue d'une brame d'acier comprenant:
de 0,001 à 0,005% de C, pas plus de 0,5% de Mn,
de 0 à 0,1% de P,
de 0 à 0,005% de N,
de 0,016 à 0,035% d'O,
de 0 à 0,005% de B,
de 0 à 0,08% de Nb,
de 0 à 0,1% de V,

la différence en Fe et impuretés,
(ii) laminage à chaud de la brame d'acier résultante en vue de façonner une tôle d'acier;
(iii) décapage de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud;
(iv) laminage à froid de la tôle d'acier décapé, et
(v) recuit de la tôle d'acier laminé à froid.
12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le recuit est effectué par recuit au passage continu ou par recuit en caisse.
13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le recuit est effectué par recuit au passage continu à une température comprise entre 600 et 770°C ou par recuit en caisse à une température comprise entre 550 et 680°C.

16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, dans lequel la teneur en N de la brame d'acier n'est pas supérieure à 0,0025%.
17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 16, dans lequel la teneur en O de la brame d'acier est de 0,016 à 0,03%.
18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 17, dans lequel la teneur en B de la brame d'acier est de 0,0001 à 0,005%.
19. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 18, dans lequel la teneur en Nb de la brame d'acier est de 0,003 à 0,08%.
20. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 19, dans lequel la teneur en V de la brame d'acier est de 0,005 à 0,1%.
21. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 20, dans lequel la teneur en C de la brame d'acier n'est pas supérieure à 0,002% en poids.
22. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 21, dans lequel S est présent dans la brame d'acier en tant qu'impureté en quantité ne dépassant pas 0,005% en poids.
