Claims (3)

1. Récipient comprenant:
une partie réceptrice intérieure (43), une partie réceptrice extérieure (40) et des moyens de fermeture (44, 46) avec un séparateur (45) entre les parties réceptrices intérieure (43) et extérieure (40), la partie réceptrice intérieure (43) étant fixée au séparateur (45) qui est lui-même fixé à la partie réceptrice extérieure (40);
caracterisé en ce que le récipient est réalisé de manière à contenir séparément deux composants d'une boisson panachée alcoolisée, à savoir un composant alcoolique et un composant gazéifié;
la partie réceptrice intérieure (43) est agencée pour contenir le composant dilueur gazéifié;
la partie réceptrice extérieure (40) est agencée pour contenir le composant alcoolique;
un obturateur de deuxième temps (44) est prévu pour la partie réceptrice intérieure (43), lequel fait partie des moyens de fermeture (44,46) et est capable de contenir et d'enfermer de façon étanche le composant dilueur gazéifié dans la partie réceptrice extérieure;
et en ce que les moyens de fermeture (44, 46) comportent en outre une fermeture de premier temps (46) qui, à la fois, ferme la partie réceptrice extérieure (40) et empêche d'avoir accès à l'obturateur de deuxième temps (44), l'ouverture de la fermeture de premier temps (46) permettant à l'obturateur de deuxième temps (44) d'être ouvert sans avoir à démonter les parties réceptrices intérieure et extérieure (43, 40) du récipient.
2. Récipient comprenant une partie réceptrice intérieure (22), une partie réceptrice extérieure (21) et des moyens de fermeture (25, 35) avec un séparateur (30) entre les parties réceptrices intérieure et extérieure (22, 21), la partie réceptrice intérieure (22) étant fixée au séparateur (30) qui est lui-même fixé à la partie réceptrice extérieure (21);
caractérisé en ce que le récipient est réalisé de manière à contenir séparément deux composants d'une boisson panachée alcoolisée, à savoir un composant alcoolique et un composant dilueur gazéifié;
la partie réceptrice intérieure (22) est agencée pour contenir le composant alcoolique;
la partie réceptrice extérieure (21) est agencée pour contenir le composant dilueur gazéifié;
un obturateur de deuxième temps (35) est prévu pour la partie réceptrice extérieure lequel fait partie des moyens de fermeture (25, 35) et est capable de contenir et d'enfermer de façon étanche le composant dilueur gazéifié dans la partie réceptrice extérieure;
et en ce que les moyens de fermeture (25, 35) comportent en outre une fermeture de premier temps (25) qui, à la fois, ferme la partie réceptrice intérieure (22) et empêche d'avoir accès à l'obturateur de deuxième temps (35), l'ouverture de la fermeture de première temps (25) permettant à l'obturateur de deuxième temps (35) d'être ouvert sans avoir à démonter les parties réceptrices intérieure et extérieure (22, 21) du récipient.
3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caracterisé en outre par le fait que le col de la partie réceptrice intérieure (43, 22) est engagé élastiquement par le séparateur (45, 30) lequel est lui-même engagé élastiquement sous le col de la partie réceptrice extérieure (40, 21).
