Claims (8)

1. Rütteltisch zur Aufnahme von blattförmigen Gegenständen (F), besonders Sätzen von Papierblättern, die in einer Stapelbildungszone (ZF) gestapelt werden sollen, wobei die Blätter von einer beliebigen umlaufenden Zusammentragmaschine und anderen zugeführt werden und der Rütteltisch eine Rüttelaufnahme für die von der Maschine nacheinander zugeführten und auf die Stapelbildungszone (ZF) fallenden blattförmigen Gegenstände hat und ein Detektorelement aufweist, das auf eine charakteristische Größe des in Bildung befindlichen Stapels anspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abnahmezone (ZE) auf dem Rütteltisch (10) neben der Stapelbildungszone (ZF) des Stapels ausgebildet ist und daß der Tisch eine Transfer-vorrichtung (25) aufweist, die vom Detektorelement gesteuert ist, das, wenn die charakteristische Größe einen vorbestimmten Wert erreicht, den Stapel von der Stapelbildungszone (ZF) zur Abnahmezone (ZE) bewegt, wobei der Stapel die Stapelbildungszone innerhalb der Zeitspanne bis zur Ankunft des nächsten blattförmigen Gegenstandes verläßt.
2. Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 1 mit einer Tischplatte (20) mit einem vorderen Anschlag (21) und einem seitlichen Anschlag (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abnahmezone (ZE) auf der Tischplatte (20) ausgebildet ist.

Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Transfer-vorrichtung einen Kettenförderer mit Endlosketten aufweist, der unterhalb einer Tischplatte angeordnet ist und dazu dient, einen Schieber während eines Vorwärtslaufes oberhalb der Tischplatte in einer wirksamen Stellung und während eines Rücklaufes unterhalb der Tischplatte in einer unwirksamen Stellung anzutreiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber aus Greifern (26) besteht, die bei ihrem Weg oberhalb der Tischplatte (20) durch Schlitze (60) eines vorderen Anschlages (21) hindurchtreten.

Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (26) an einem beweglichen Wagen, der sich durch Verschiebung auf von der Unterseite der Tischplatte entfernten Schienen (37, 38) bewegt, mittels Schwenkachsen (32, 33) befestigt sind, so daß die vom Wagen getragenen Greifer (26) die eine oder andere ihrer wirksamen und unwirksamen Stellung einnehmen können.

Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen eine Platine (27, 28) aufweist, die an einem Ende die Greifer (26) und am anderen Ende eine Traverse (29) trägt, welche seitlich Arme aufweist, die einen Winkel mit zwei Schenkeln (29A, 29B) bilden, wobei die Arme ihrerseits bezüglich der Platine nach unten abgebogen sind und die erwähnten Schwenkachsen (32, 33) im Knie der Winkelschenkel angeordnet sind, während das freie Ende der Arme durch Gelenke (40, 41) mit einer endlosen Förderkette verbunden ist.
6. Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelarme (29A, 29B) jeder durch die erwähnten Achsen (32, 33) mit einem Schlitten (35, 36) verbunden sind, der auf einer entsprechenden Schiene (37, 38) beweglich ist.

Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine und/oder der andere der Schlitten (35, 36) mit Steuerelementen (70, 71) zusammenwirken, von denen das eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Stapelbildungszone (ZF) und das andere im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Stapelabnahmezone (ZE) angeordnet ist.
8. Rütteltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischplatte (20) in der Stapelabnahmezone (ZE) zur Aufnahme eines Steuerelements (55) ausgebildet ist, das die Abfahrt des Wagens zur Stapelbildungszone steuert, sobald der in der Abnahmezone befindliche Stapel abgenommen worden ist.
