Abstract
Als Korrosionsschutzmittel in Schmierölen und Schmier fetten auf Basis von Mineralölen sind Monoamide von Adduk ten aus einfach oder mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren (C₁₆₋₂₂) und Maleinsäureanhydrid bzw. Fumarsäure bean sprucht, die durch Umsetzung der Säuren mit Ammoniak, pri mären oder sekundären Alkylaminen (C₁₋₂₂) zu Monoamido-di carbonsäuren hergestellt werden. Bevorzugt sind Umset zungsprodukte mit Alkylaminen (C₈₋₂₀), z.B. Dibutyl-, Ethylen hexyl-, Dodecylamine. As a corrosion protection agent in lubricating oils and lubricants greases based on mineral oils are monoamides from Adduk from mono- or polyunsaturated fatty acids (C₁₆₋₂₂) and maleic anhydride or fumaric acid bean says that by reacting the acids with ammonia, pri mary or secondary alkylamines (C₁₋₂₂) to monoamido-di carboxylic acids are produced. Implementation is preferred products with alkylamines (C₈₋₂₀), e.g. Dibutyl, ethylene hexyl, dodecylamines.
