soumettre la partie supérieure du câble à une tension supérieure au poids de la nacelle lorsque la partie inférieure (7) du câble est fixée à un point d'ancrage, lesdits moyens de tensionnement permettant une variation de la distance entre ledit organe d'accrochage de l'extrémité supérieure du câble et la nacelle (3) et des moyens (12, 14) permettant, sur commande, d'agir sur lesdits moyens de tensionnement de façon à ce que la distance entre l'organe d'accrochage (4) de l'extrémité supérieure du câble et la nacelle (3) ne puisse plus se raccourcir sans interdire son allongement. 2/ Nacelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens permettant de soumettre la partie supérieure du câble à une tension supérieure au poids de la cabine et permettant une variation de la distance entre l'organe d'accrochage et la nacelle et les moyens permettant, sur commande, de faire en sorte que cette distance ne puisse plus se raccourcir comporte un vérin hydraulique (9) comportant à chaque extrémité une poulie (23, 24) sur lesquelles est mouflé ledit câble (6), le vérin étant relié à un accumulateur (10) de gaz sous pression comportant un piston libre (16) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite (22) comportant une vanne (12) permettant d'ouvrir ou de fermer ladite conduite, cette conduite étant munie d'une conduite en parallèle (27) comportant un clapet
