Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Nahtausbildung zur Verbindung zweier Materialbahnen aus beschichtetem elastischem Kunststoff für die Herstellung von Bekleidung, insbesondere für Schutzbekleidung für den Wassersport, wie Surfanzüge, Segelanzüge oder dergleichen.The invention relates to a seam formation for connecting two material webs made of coated elastic plastic for the production of clothing, in particular for protective clothing for water sports, such as surfing suits, sailing suits or the like.
Bei Verbindungen zwischen Materialbahnen dieser Art besteht das Problem, eine möglichst wasserdichte und beanspruchbare Naht herzustellen. Dieses ist bisher alleine mit Nähten nicht möglich. Es werden deshalb die Materialbahnen auf Stoß geklebt und über ein aufgesetztes Band mittels einer Viernadel-Kettenstichnaht verbunden. Diese bekannte Ausbildung mit einer sogenannten Mauser-Naht ist relativ aufwendig, da zusätzlich zum Nähvorgang der Klebevorgang durchgeführt werden muß. Ferner muß berücksichtigt werden, daß die erforderlichen Stichlöcher der Naht eine Kapillarwirkung hervorrufen.With connections between material webs of this type, there is the problem of producing a seam that is as watertight and stressable as possible.
