Abstract

Verfahren zur Beschichtung von metallischen Substra­ ten in mehreren Stufen mit wärmehärtbaren Kunstharzen mit funktionellen Gruppen aus der Gruppe der hydroxylgrup­ penhaltigen Polyester, vernetzbaren Acrylatharze oder Epo­ xidharze, wärmestabilserten Ethylen-Copolymerisaten und gegebenenfalls Polyolefinen, bei dem in der ersten Stufe ein Pulvergemisch aus diesen Komponenten auf ein metalli­ sches Substrat bei einer Vorwärmtemperatur, die Über dem Schmelzpunkt der Harze (A) liegt und für ihre Vernetzung ausreicht, aufgetragen wird und auf das heiße, beschichtete Substrat in zweiter Stufe eine Schicht eines Olefin-­ Polymeren aufgebracht wird. Die metallischen Substrate sind Rohre, große Formteile, Behälter und Bauelemente, wobei die beschichteten Rohre vorteilhaft als Rohrleitungen für Erdöl und Erdgas verwendet werden.
