Definitions
- the innovation relates to a floor stand made of cardboard or similar material, which is designed to be foldable or foldable from a use position into a non-use position and vice versa and has a receptacle for goods to be offered
- a substantially polyhedral preferably two side walls, a front and a rear wall having a foot part is arranged, the side walls of which are each provided with a longitudinal fold and the front and rear walls are connected by a top surface articulated to the upper edges thereof by means of a deflecting fold, which is divided into a first and a second partial area by a bending fold parallel to the deflecting folds and is fastened with the first partial area to a partial section of the underside of the receptacle.
- a floor stand of this type is known from practice, the receptacle of which consists of a flat floor and four surrounding walls of relatively low height.
- the foot part is hollow on the inside with parallel bottom and top edges and, due to the inward-directed longitudinal middle folds of its side walls, has the shape of two trapezoids assembled with their narrow sides.
- the base of the receptacle lies on the horizontal upper edges of the foot part.
- the top surface which connects the front and rear walls of the foot section, is essentially stretched. Their two partial areas separated by the bending fold are approximately of the same length.
- the first partial surface facing the rear wall is fastened to the rear part of the receptacle bottom. This makes it possible to fold the receptacle upwards about the rear deflecting fold, the front wall of the foot part being pulled up to abut against the rear wall by means of the second partial surface.
- the rear wall of the foot part is arranged in one plane with the bottom of the receptacle. The foot section is folded up.
- the foot part In order to completely fold up the entire floor stand, the foot part is folded into the receptacle around the rear deflection fold for abutment against the rear wall of the receptacle and, if appropriate, around a further fold associated with the upper edge of this rear wall.
- the floor stand is thus completely folded up and takes up as little space as possible during transport.
- the floor stand can even be shipped with a filled receptacle -
- the unfolding and the installation of the floor stand is just as easy, only in reverse order as the folding just described.
- the receptacle In the position of use on the foot part, the receptacle is secured against unwanted folding essentially only by the weight of the filled goods.
- the receptacle is essentially wedge-shaped or pyramid-shaped and has two opposing inclined surfaces which run at an angle to a tip or narrow side and which form at least a part of the underside of the receptacle, the front and the rear wall of the foot part is assigned, the tip of the receptacle being arranged below the deflecting fold in the position of use, and the second partial surface being designed as a link plate chain with at least three plates separated by a total of two bending folds.
- the center of gravity of the receptacle can be attached correspondingly deep inside the foot part, so that the receptacle is still in a stable equilibrium position even when it has been folded out around a larger wrap.
- the tilting moment increases when the receptacle is folded out up to a fold-out angle of 30 °, i.e. until the center of gravity passes through the horizontal through the tilt axis. If it is folded out further, the tilting moment is reduced and, after an opening angle of 60 °, it reaches the same size as the initial tilting moment in the use position.
- the design of the second partial surface as a link plate chain with at least three plates separated by a total of two bending folds enables the receptacle to be folded in and out into or out of the foot part in a simple manner in that the length of the second partial surface during this folding process by kinking the Tabs around the folds are shortened either outwards or inwards. In the latter case, the link plate chain rolls on the inside of the front or rear wall of the foot part.
- the folding or unfolding process of the receptacle is particularly easy if the tabs each have a length in the ratio of approximately 2: 2: 1, the shortest tab being assigned to the bending fold.
- the object can also be achieved in that the second partial surface is designed as an articulated link chain with two link plates separated by a bending fold, the bending folds of which are arranged in an area arranged at the same distance from each end of the link plate chain, the distance being essentially half Length of the top surface minus half the shortest distance between the two deflection folds corresponds.
- a certain self-locking of the flap process can be achieved.
- the folding and unfolding process can only be carried out in a certain area using force. This means that the receptacle is locked with the foot part in the use position.
- the inclined surfaces of the receptacle in the use position are designed to abut the upper edges of the rear and front walls of the foot part.
- the receptacle is ripped between the upper edges of the front and rear walls of the foot part.
- the bilateral support of the receptacle ensures secure storage and thus increased stability and durability of the floor stand.
- the connection between the first partial surface and the underside of the receptacle, more precisely with a section of one of the inclined surfaces, is less stressed in the use position.
- the inclined surfaces of the receptacle converge at an angle of greater than approximately 60 ° in this point.
- the prestressed form-locking connection is sufficiently high for good locking on the one hand, but on the other hand allows this connection to be released easily Unfold the receptacle into the non-use position.
- the tip of the receptacle is advantageously arranged in half at approximately the projected distance of the deflection folds.
- the receptacle is symmetrically supported on the foot part.
- the deflecting folds it is also possible to cover the top edges of the front and rear wall of the foot part, i.e. the deflecting folds to be arranged at different heights, whereby an inclination of the opening of the receptacle is achieved.
- This enables, for example, a better view of the receptacle and thus a better presentation of the goods to be offered if the deflection fold of the first partial area is arranged at a smaller distance from the floor than that of the second partial area.
- the same is preferably designed such that its top opposite the tip is arranged in the use position above the upper edges of the foot part.
- the sloping surfaces projecting above the foot serve as a handle. At the same time, the capacity of the receptacle is increased.
- the bending fold is arranged in the area of the tip or the narrow side of the receptacle.
- the stress on the first partial surface that connects to the receptacle is reduced.
- the length of the second partial surface essentially corresponds to the length of the first partial surface.
- the floor stand folds up automatically, so to speak, when the receptacle is unfolded.
- the length of the second partial surface is advantageously longer than the length of the first partial surface. This makes it possible to fold the inclined surface attached to the first partial surface further out to a position with a greater gradient without causing the foot part to fold up, in other words, the improved pouring effect is achieved without reducing the stability of the foot part.
- the same method of removing the goods from the receptacle according to "the pouring effect" can be achieved according to another embodiment in that the bending fold is attached to the inclined surface of the receptacle associated with the deflection fold of the first partial area.
- the foot part is preferably pyramid-shaped.
- the side walls of the foot part starting from their upper edges, each have a substantially V-shaped incision, which is adapted to the inclined surfaces of the receptacle arranged below the upper edges of the foot part in the use position.
- the locking of the receptacle is further improved in that the receptacle at least partially rests on the inclined edges of the V-shaped incisions in the use position.
- the resistance to be overcome constitutes an additional locking mechanism.
- the weight of the receptacle and the filled goods are distributed over a larger area to the foot part.
- the receptacle preferably has approximately the same length and / or width as the base area of the foot part. As a result, the capacity of the receptacle is increased to a maximum without increasing the footprint of the floor stand and its space requirements during transport.
- a floor stand 1 made of cardboard which consists of a base part 2 in the form of a straight truncated pyramid and a receptacle 3 which is fastened on its top and designed in the form of a wedge.
- the inner hollow base part 2 has a front wall 4, 'an opposite rear wall 5 and two mutually opposite side walls 6 and 7 and is with the lower edges 8, 9, 10, 11 of these walls 4, 5, 6, .7 on the floor set up.
- the front wall 4 with an upper edge 12 has a somewhat lower height than the rear wall 5 with an upper edge 13.
- the side edges formed between the front wall 4 and the side walls 6 and 7 are provided with the reference symbols 14 and 15.
- Reference numerals 16 and 17 are used for the side edges formed between the rear wall 5 and the side walls 6 and 7.
- Each side wall 6, 7 is provided with a V-shaped incision 18 and 19, respectively.
- Oblique edges 20, 21 of the incision 18 and oblique edges 22, 23 of the incision 19 extend from the corner points formed by the upper edges 12, 13 and the side edges 14, 15 and 16, 17, respectively are, at an angle of approximately sixty degrees downwards to one incision tip 24, 25 each - the side walls 6, 7 are each formed over half the length of the side wall, extending vertically from the lower edges 10 or 11 to the incision tips 24 or 25 extending longitudinal folds 26 and 27, in the use position shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, slightly folded inwards.
- the wedge-shaped receptacle 3 has, as wedge flanks, two inclined surfaces 28, 29 which extend at an angle of approximately sixty degrees to the cutting edge of the wedge, here referred to as tip 30.
- the end walls of the receptacle are identified by the reference numerals 31 and 32
- the receptacle 3 is formed with an open upper side a33, which is enclosed by the upper edges 34, 35 of the inclined surfaces 28 or 29 and the upper edges 36, 37 of the end walls 31 and 32, respectively.
- the width of the receptacle 33 that of its inclined surfaces 18, 19 is somewhat larger than the length of the upper edges 12, 13 of the front wall 4 or the rear wall 5. Its height is approximately twice as large as the depth of the V-shaped incisions 18, 19 - the underside of the receptacle 3 is designed in such a way that in the use position with a part of the inclined surfaces 28 and 29 respectively designated here as the incline 38 and 39, the inclined edges 20, 22 and 21, 23 of the incisions 18 and 19 up to their incision tips 24 and 25 and the upper edges 12 or 13 of the front wall 4 or the rear wall 5.
- the receptacle 3 is attached to the foot part 2 as follows.
- a top surface 40 connects the upper edge 12 of the front wall 4 to the upper edge 13 of the rear wall 5 of the foot part 2.
- the upper edges 12 and 13 are designed as deflection folds 41 and 42, respectively.
- a bending fold 43 is mounted parallel to these deflecting folds 41, 42 in the cover surface 40 and divides them into a first partial surface 44 assigned to the deflecting fold 41 and a second partial surface 45 assigned to the deflecting fold 42.
- Both partial surfaces 44, 45 are a continuation of the side edges 14, 15 and 16, 17 of the foot part 2 trapezoidal with the bending fold 43 on the narrow sides - both partial surfaces 44, 45 formed.
- the two partial surfaces 44, 45 on the bending fold 43 and / or on one or both deflection folds 41 or 42 can be added together. sticks, but also be made in one piece with the front and rear walls 4, 5.
- the side walls 6, 7 can also be glued together with the front wall 4 or the rear wall 5 or be in one piece with the same.
- the bevel 38 of the receptacle 3 is fastened to the first partial surface 44 of the top surface 40 of the foot part 2 by means of an adhesive connection, for example, i.e. the bending fold 43 is arranged at the tip or cutting edge 30 of the receptacle 3. Accordingly, the receptacle 3 is mounted around the deflection fold 41 of the first partial surface 44 or the upper edge 12 of the front wall 4 as an axis into the V-shaped incision or can be pivoted or folded out of it.
- the length of the first partial surface 44 corresponds to the length of the bevel 38 and the length of the bevel edges 20, 22 between the upper edge 12 up to the incision tips 24, 25 of the V-shaped incisions 18, 19.
- the length of the second partial surface 45 is such that the receptacle 3 can be folded out to the non-use position shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. In this position, its inclined surface 28, more precisely, its part 46 arranged between the deflection fold 41 and the upper edge 34, bears against the front wall 4 of the foot part 2.
- the tip or cutting edge 30 of the receptacle 3 in the non-use position must lie on an imaginary extension of the front wall 4 up to the imaginary pyramid tip. Since in the present exemplary embodiment this cutting edge 30 is arranged on this imaginary extension in the non-use position, but below the pyramid tip, the length of the second partial surface 45 must be a corresponding amount greater than the length of the first partial surface 44.
- Both partial surfaces can only be of the same length if the cutting edge 30 of the receptacle 3 is arranged in the imaginary pyramid tip in the non-use position. Likewise, the difference in height between the two deflection folds 41 and 42 must be taken into account in the length of the second partial surface 45.
- the length of the top surface 45 is greater than the distance between the deflection folds 41 and 42 due to the wedge-shaped design of the receptacle 3 To unfold and unfold the To be able to handle the receptacle 3 smoothly, the second partial surface 45 is designed as a link plate chain with three plates 47, 48 49. The length ratio of these tabs is approximately 2: 2: 1, the shortest tab 47 being assigned to the bending fold 43. Between . Tabs 47 and 48 have a bending fold 50 and a bending fold 5i is formed between the middle tab 48 and the end tab 49. These bending folds are necessarily parallel to the folds 41, 42 and the bending fold 43. The gel link chain kinks at the bending folds 50 and 51 while the receptacle is being folded in and out and thereby shortens its length — to the extent that the folding process is not hindered .
- the receptacle 3 and the second partial surface 45 are shown in different stages of folding in and out.
- the deflection folds 41, 42, the bending fold 43 and the bending folds 50, 51 are marked by dots.
- FIG. 3 shows the position of use in which the receptacle 3 with its bevels 38, 39 is arranged within the V-shaped incisions 18, 19. Its bevels 38, 39 lie at the bevel edges 20, 22 and 21, 23 from the incision tips 24, 25 up to the upper edges 12, 13. Due to the already described greater length of the second partial surface 45 compared to the bevel 39, the second partial surface 45 is bent around the bending folds 50 and is freely suspended in the foot part 2. The first partial surface 44 is fully stretched because it is attached to the bevel 38. It is easy to see that the bevel 38 has a length which is somewhat larger than the shortest distance between the deflection fold 41 and the beveled edges 21, 23.
- FIG. 4 shows the receptacle 3 in a first position during the unfolding process from the foot part 2.
- the angle alpha enclosed by the tabs 47 and 48 is somewhat reduced in comparison to FIG. 3.
- An angle beta enclosed between the bevel 38 and the bevel edges 21, 23 is less than ninety degrees.
- the receptacle 3 is further expanded from the foot part 2.
- the angle beta is slightly less than ninety degrees. It is easy to see that during the folding process from the position shown in FIG. 4 to the position shown in FIG. 5, namely when the angle beta is ninety degrees, the side walls 6, 7 of the foot part 2 are stretched by a certain amount. This can be explained from the fact already mentioned that the bevel 38 has a length which is somewhat larger than the shortest distance between the deflection fold 41 and the beveled edges 21, 23. The resistance that occurs during this section of the fold-out process contributes to the good locking of the receiving container 3. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the link plate chain 45 can either buckle inwards and roll on the inside of the rear wall 5 as shown by the solid line.
- FIG. 6 shows the further unfolding process up to the non-use position shown in FIG. 8.
- the receptacle 3 lies with its part 46 of the inclined surface 28 against the front wall 4 of the foot part 2.
- the second partial surface 45 designed as an articulated link chain is fully stretched. Due to this fact and the pyramid-shaped design of the foot part 2, this is equally stretched when not in use and in the use position or folded around the longitudinal folds 26, 27 of the side walls 6 and 7 - this means that the receptacle 3 without reducing the stability of the foot part 2 as far as can be unfolded from the foot part 2 that goods to be removed can be poured from the receptacle into a bag, for example, which is kept ready.
- the front wall 4 is pressed against the rear wall 5 until they rest against one another. It is advantageous to arrange the bending folds 50 at a distance from the deflection fold 42 which is approximately the length of the corresponds to the first partial surface 44. This prevents the greater length of the second partial surface 45 compared to the first partial surface 44 from preventing the foot part from being fully folded. The excess length of the partial surface 45 is accommodated in this position between the bending fold 43 and the bending fold 50 arranged above this fold:
- a further folding of the floor stand 1 into a transport position, not shown, is achieved in that a transverse fold 52 in the front wall 4, the rear wall 5 and the side walls 6, 7 parallel to the deflection folds 41 42 at a distance from the lower edges 8, 9, 10 , 11 is formed, in which the upper edge 34 of the receptacle 3 is in the non-use position.
- the deflection fold 41 can of course also be formed on the upper edge 13 of the rear wall 5.
- the aforementioned pouring out of the goods from the receptacle to the front is not possible without reducing the stability of the foot part.
- the advantages of the innovation-appropriate training remain, especially the increased tilting moment. this also pulls the receptacle further folded out into the position of use and the enlarged area of the stable equilibrium position of the receptacle during the unfolding process, the positive and non-positive locking and the additional inhibiting effect which is achieved by the fact that the bevel 38 has a length, which is somewhat larger than the shortest distance between the deflecting fold 41 and the oblique edges 21, 23.
- the second partial surface 45 in particular the bending folds 50, 51, it can be achieved that the gel link chain buckles outwards when the receptacle 3 is unfolded and, as already described, requires additional force in the position of the unfolding of the receptacle, in which the angle between the slope 39 and the bracket 49 is ninety degrees.

Abstract
Description
Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Bodenaufsteller aus Karton oder ähnlichem Werkstoff, welcher von einer Gebrauchs- in eine Nichtgebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt klapp- bzw. faltbar ausgebildet ist und einen-Aufnahmebehälter für anzubietende Waren ' aufweist, der aufThe innovation relates to a floor stand made of cardboard or similar material, which is designed to be foldable or foldable from a use position into a non-use position and vice versa and has a receptacle for goods to be offered
einem im wesentlichen polyederförmigen, vorzugsweise zwei Seitenwände, eine Vorder- und eine Rückwand aufweisenden Fußteil angeordnet ist, dessen Seitenwände mit je einer Längsfalte versehen sind und dessen Vorder- und Rückwand durch eine an den Oberkanten derselben mittels je eines Umlenkfalzes angelenkte Deckfläche verbunden sind, welche durch einen zu den Umlenkfalzen parallelen Biegefalz in eine erste und eine zweite Teilfläche aufgeteilt und mit der ersten Teilfläche an einem Teilstück der Unterseite des Aufnahmebehälters befestigt ist.a substantially polyhedral, preferably two side walls, a front and a rear wall having a foot part is arranged, the side walls of which are each provided with a longitudinal fold and the front and rear walls are connected by a top surface articulated to the upper edges thereof by means of a deflecting fold, which is divided into a first and a second partial area by a bending fold parallel to the deflecting folds and is fastened with the first partial area to a partial section of the underside of the receptacle.
A floor stand of this type is known from practice, the receptacle of which consists of a flat floor and four surrounding walls of relatively low height.
The foot part is hollow on the inside with parallel bottom and top edges and, due to the inward-directed longitudinal middle folds of its side walls, has the shape of two trapezoids assembled with their narrow sides.
In the use position, the base of the receptacle lies on the horizontal upper edges of the foot part. In this position, the top surface, which connects the front and rear walls of the foot section, is essentially stretched. Their two partial areas separated by the bending fold are approximately of the same length. The first partial surface facing the rear wall is fastened to the rear part of the receptacle bottom. This makes it possible to fold the receptacle upwards about the rear deflecting fold, the front wall of the foot part being pulled up to abut against the rear wall by means of the second partial surface. In this position, the rear wall of the foot part is arranged in one plane with the bottom of the receptacle. The foot section is folded up.
In order to completely fold up the entire floor stand, the foot part is folded into the receptacle around the rear deflection fold for abutment against the rear wall of the receptacle and, if appropriate, around a further fold associated with the upper edge of this rear wall. The floor stand is thus completely folded up and takes up as little space as possible during transport. The floor stand can even be shipped with a filled receptacle - The unfolding and the installation of the floor stand is just as easy, only in reverse order as the folding just described.
In the position of use on the foot part, the receptacle is secured against unwanted folding essentially only by the weight of the filled goods.
It is the task of the innovation to further develop a floor stand of the type described above. that, while maintaining the advantages of the collapsibility, a secure holding of the receptacle in the use position on the foot part is guaranteed even under unfavorable conditions.
This is achieved in that the receptacle is essentially wedge-shaped or pyramid-shaped and has two opposing inclined surfaces which run at an angle to a tip or narrow side and which form at least a part of the underside of the receptacle, the front and the rear wall of the foot part is assigned, the tip of the receptacle being arranged below the deflecting fold in the position of use, and the second partial surface being designed as a link plate chain with at least three plates separated by a total of two bending folds.
As a result of the essentially triangular design of the receptacle in the side view; as a wedge, for example, and the arrangement of its tip or the wedge edge below the upper edges of the foot part in the use position, the center of gravity of the receptacle can be attached correspondingly deep inside the foot part, so that the receptacle is still in a stable equilibrium position even when it has been folded out around a larger wrap.
The receptacle is articulated via the first partial surface and its deflection fold on the upper edge of the front or rear wall of the foot part. This deflecting fold thus serves as a tilt axis for the receptacle during the unfolding and folding thereof from the use position into the non-use position and vice versa. A plane through the center of gravity of the receptacle is between the top edges of the front and rear walls, i.e. arranged at a distance from the tilting axis in such a way that a tilting moment about this tilting axis acts in the direction of the use position. If, for example, the center of gravity is located at an angle of 30 °, measured between the horizontal through the tilt axis and the connecting line of this tilt axis with the center of gravity, in the inside of the foot section, the tilting moment increases when the receptacle is folded out up to a fold-out angle of 30 °, i.e. until the center of gravity passes through the horizontal through the tilt axis. If it is folded out further, the tilting moment is reduced and, after an opening angle of 60 °, it reaches the same size as the initial tilting moment in the use position.
Furthermore, it is possible, in an extended position of the receptacle, in which the inclined surface attached to the first partial surface extends obliquely downwards from the tip or cutting edge, e.g. Confect to let it slide down this sloping surface and pour it into a provided bag, for example. This churning effect eliminates the laborious task of removing the confection by hand.
The design of the second partial surface as a link plate chain with at least three plates separated by a total of two bending folds enables the receptacle to be folded in and out into or out of the foot part in a simple manner in that the length of the second partial surface during this folding process by kinking the Tabs around the folds are shortened either outwards or inwards. In the latter case, the link plate chain rolls on the inside of the front or rear wall of the foot part.
The folding or unfolding process of the receptacle is particularly easy if the tabs each have a length in the ratio of approximately 2: 2: 1, the shortest tab being assigned to the bending fold.
According to the innovation, the object can also be achieved in that the second partial surface is designed as an articulated link chain with two link plates separated by a bending fold, the bending folds of which are arranged in an area arranged at the same distance from each end of the link plate chain, the distance being essentially half Length of the top surface minus half the shortest distance between the two deflection folds corresponds.
By arranging the bending folds near the ends of the specified area, for example, a certain self-locking of the flap process can be achieved. In other words, the folding and unfolding process can only be carried out in a certain area using force. This means that the receptacle is locked with the foot part in the use position.
Advantageously, the inclined surfaces of the receptacle in the use position are designed to abut the upper edges of the rear and front walls of the foot part. As a result, depending on the weight of the receptacle and the goods and the angle enclosed by the inclined surfaces, the receptacle is ripped between the upper edges of the front and rear walls of the foot part. There is a pre-tensioned positive connection, which locks the receptacle even better.
0The bilateral support of the receptacle ensures secure storage and thus increased stability and durability of the floor stand. In addition, the connection between the first partial surface and the underside of the receptacle, more precisely with a section of one of the inclined surfaces, is less stressed in the use position. 0
According to a further development of the innovation, the inclined surfaces of the receptacle converge at an angle of greater than approximately 60 ° in this point. In this area, the prestressed form-locking connection is sufficiently high for good locking on the one hand, but on the other hand allows this connection to be released easily Unfold the receptacle into the non-use position. In the position of use, the tip of the receptacle is advantageously arranged in half at approximately the projected distance of the deflection folds. Particularly in connection with upper edges of the front and rear walls arranged in a horizontal plane, the receptacle is symmetrically supported on the foot part.
However, it is also possible to cover the top edges of the front and rear wall of the foot part, i.e. the deflecting folds to be arranged at different heights, whereby an inclination of the opening of the receptacle is achieved. This enables, for example, a better view of the receptacle and thus a better presentation of the goods to be offered if the deflection fold of the first partial area is arranged at a smaller distance from the floor than that of the second partial area.
For easy folding and unfolding of the receptacle, the same is preferably designed such that its top opposite the tip is arranged in the use position above the upper edges of the foot part. The sloping surfaces projecting above the foot serve as a handle. At the same time, the capacity of the receptacle is increased.
According to a development of the innovation, the bending fold is arranged in the area of the tip or the narrow side of the receptacle. In this way, for example, the stress on the first partial surface that connects to the receptacle is reduced. In this context, it is advantageous if the length of the second partial surface essentially corresponds to the length of the first partial surface. As soon as
the receptacle is in the non-use position, more precisely with its inclined surface assigned to the deflecting fold of the first partial surface in a plane with the corresponding rear or front wall of the foot part, this foot part is also fully folded up.
The floor stand folds up automatically, so to speak, when the receptacle is unfolded.
In order to improve the already mentioned pouring effect, the length of the second partial surface is advantageously longer than the length of the first partial surface. This makes it possible to fold the inclined surface attached to the first partial surface further out to a position with a greater gradient without causing the foot part to fold up, in other words, the improved pouring effect is achieved without reducing the stability of the foot part.
The same method of removing the goods from the receptacle according to "the pouring effect" can be achieved according to another embodiment in that the bending fold is attached to the inclined surface of the receptacle associated with the deflection fold of the first partial area.
For easy unfolding of the receptacle, it is advantageous to design the top surface so that its width is less than the distance between the longitudinal folds in the area of the top surface longitudinal extension, which the longitudinal folds when unfolding and folding the receptacle from the use to the non-use position and reversely assigned. Here, a trapezoidal cover surface has proven to be advantageous.
The foot part is preferably pyramid-shaped. By coordinating the length of the second partial surface and the angle at which the front and rear walls of the pyramid-shaped foot section run, the inclined surface of the receptacle fastened to the first partial surface can be folded out until it lies firmly against the front or rear wall of the foot section.
This prevents the foot part from being inadvertently folded, for example, while goods are being poured out into a bag.
In this context, it is possible to produce the front and the rear wall with the assigned partial area as a blank with straight-line inclined edges.
Preferably, the side walls of the foot part, starting from their upper edges, each have a substantially V-shaped incision, which is adapted to the inclined surfaces of the receptacle arranged below the upper edges of the foot part in the use position. In this context, the locking of the receptacle is further improved in that the receptacle at least partially rests on the inclined edges of the V-shaped incisions in the use position. To release the receptacle from this positive connection with the V-shaped incisions, it is necessary to stretch the side walls slightly folded in the use position by a certain amount. The resistance to be overcome constitutes an additional locking mechanism. At the same time, the weight of the receptacle and the filled goods are distributed over a larger area to the foot part.
The receptacle preferably has approximately the same length and / or width as the base area of the foot part. As a result, the capacity of the receptacle is increased to a maximum without increasing the footprint of the floor stand and its space requirements during transport.
The innovation is described in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.

The
As already mentioned, the length of the first
The length of the second partial surface 45 is such that the
The length of the top surface 45 is greater than the distance between the deflection folds 41 and 42 due to the wedge-shaped design of the

In the figurer. 3 to 8, the
In contrast to FIGS. 1 and 2, the deflection folds 41 and 42 are arranged at the same height.
In Figure 5, the
In this position the
In order to be able to fold the
A further folding of the floor stand 1 into a transport position, not shown, is achieved in that a
In contrast to the exemplary embodiment just described, the deflection fold 41 can of course also be formed on the upper edge 13 of the
