Description

The invention relates to a material crane according to the preamble of claim 1.

For example, in DE-AS-2 356 904 a material crane of the generic type is described, in which the aim is that the actual gripper head, on which the gripper is arranged, adapts to the roof pitch, in order thus to reach a large mountain area. In the known arrangement, the telescopic components of the crane are curved in a certain radius to match the respective roof pitch, so that a one-off production is required for each application. In a modified embodiment, the required adaptation to the roof pitch is achieved in that the jib parts have straight outer sides and have a decreasing cross-sectional height from their outer end to the rear end, so that here, on the one hand, complicated production is required, and on the other hand, the safe and trouble-free Guidance of the boom parts is not guaranteed.

The invention has for its object to provide a material crane for agricultural purposes, which is arranged inside, for example, a barn or the like and which adapts in the simplest way to the roof pitch, so that the essential components of the material crane, in particular the telescopic Ausle- ` parts, can be mass-produced and still be adapted to the respective roof pitch by a layperson.

This object of the invention is achieved in that, starting from the preamble of the known device described, the rear end of the outer arm leads in a guideway carried by the chassis and the front end of the outer arm is supported by a steering support which can be pivoted about the chassis a horizontal axis is supported and has a roller at its end that comes into connection with the boom.

This measure makes it possible to produce components that are produced in series, whereby the adaptation to the different roof inclinations is carried out by the steering column, the inclination of which can be adjusted when the boom is extended, whereby according to one feature of the invention the inclination is limited by a load chain, whereby the inclination of the Boom parts is regulated.

Further advantageous configurations of the device according to the invention are explained in the subclaims.

An embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawings. The drawings show in
  • Figures 1 to 4 the material crane according to the invention in different working positions, the inclination of the outer boom is always the same, but the extension length is shown in different lengths.
  • In the drawing, 1 denotes an inner boom and 2 an outer boom. The booms are known construction.

The outer boom runs in a guideway 3 via corresponding guide rollers 9, while the inner boom 1 in the outer boom 2 leads at its rear end via a guide roller 8. The guideway 3 is supported on a bogie 19 by a bogie 21, which runs in rails 22, 20 of which are shown as bearings for the bogie 19.

The guide track 3 is angled downward at its rear end, as can be seen at 24, so that in the rest position shown in FIG. 1 the front end of the inner arm 1, which is referred to below as the gripper head 26, faces upward and on the other hand, when the inner boom 2 moves, the rear end of the inner boom first has to perform an upward movement, the inner boom 2 then lying parallel to the horizontal plane of the bogie 19 or the guideway 3, in order to then lower.

An end stop 11 is provided at the outer end of the bent part 24. A cantilever winch 16 is also carried by the guideway 3 and takes care of the movement of the cantilevers via a cantilever rope 15. The initial movement of the boom is achieved via the top-heavyness of the gripper head 26, the further migration of the telescopic boom parts 1 and 2 being braked by the boom winch, or the boom wind 16 and the boom rope 15 are used to pull in the telescopic boom parts.

A support strut 23 is carried by the chassis 21 or the bogie 19 or the guide track 3, at the lower end of which a steering support 4 connects via a horizontal axis 25, which is guided at its end via a guide roller 6 on the outer boom 2. The steering support 4 is freely pivotable about the horizontal axis 25 and is limited in its emigration movement by a load chain 5. The length of the load chain 5 is adjustable and as a result - as can be seen from the drawings alone - the desired inclination of the brackets 1 and 2 can also be set.

At the front end of the inner boom 1, a stop 12 is provided which comes into contact with the roller 6 of the steering support 4. Furthermore, a stop 13 is provided at the front free end of the outer boom 2, which can come into contact with a driver stop 14, which is arranged in the region of the gripper head and thus on the inner boom 1. A gripper 27 is moved from the gripper head 26 via a gripper cable 17 held, which is shown only schematically in the drawing and can correspond to any known embodiment.

Eine zusätzliche Halte - oder Verstärkungsstrebe 28 dient der erforderlichen Festigkeit der Haltestrebe 23 und der Lenkstütze 4.Finally, the inner arm 1 carries - as can be seen particularly clearly from FIG. 1 - a lifting winch 18 which serves to actuate the gripper rope 17. An additional holding or reinforcing strut 28 serves the required strength of the holding strut 23 and the steering support 4.

At 7, a guide roller on the boom 2 is shown for the boom 1, so that it can be seen that the two telescopic boom parts can be safely and properly guided into each other and thus have the required strength.

The working with the device according to the invention is as follows: In the rest position, the material crane is in the starting position shown in FIG. 1. If the boom winch 16 is released with respect to its rotational movement, the force of gravity, which acts on the front end of the inner boom 1, leads the rear end of the outer boom 2 in the beveled part 24 of the guideway 3 upwards and then the outer boom tilts down as long as until the load chain 5 is tensioned, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

If the boom winch is still released, the inner boom 1 can now move out of the outer boom 2 due to the force of gravity and thereby comes into the end position shown in FIG. 4. It can be seen that by adjusting the chain length 5, different inclinations of the material crane are now possible, i. H. it is possible to guide the gripper head 26 on the roof skin without it being necessary to design the different components forming the material crane differently, rather it is only necessary to adapt the length of the load chain 5 to the local conditions with regard to its length.
