Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von starren, eine stäbchenförmige Form aufweisenden Elementen in eine Maschine, mit einem Zuführschacht (1) zum Aufnehmen eines Stapels paralleler Stäbchen (3); mit einer beweglichen Aufnahmevorrichtung (7), die zum Aufnehmen von Packungen, die jede eine Gesamtheit von zueinander parallel angeordneten Stäbchen (3) beinhalten, bestimmt ist, wobei die gesamte Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) durch eine in der Höhe bewegbare Ausrüstung (27, 28, 30) getragen ist; mit Antriebsmitteln (33, 32, 34) für die Aufnahmevorrichtung, die geeignet sind, letztere über dem genannten Stäbchenstapel anzuordnen; mit Betätigungsorganen (24, 26), die geeignet sind, die genannte bewegbare Ausrüstung (27, 28, 30) anzutreiben, um die Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) auf einer Höhe über derjenigen des Stapels zu halten und in eine Aufnahmestellung zu bringen, welche sich unmittelbar über dem Stapel befindet, wenn die Höhe des letzteren einen minimalen voreingestellten Wert erreicht; mit einem ausziehbaren Führungsmechanismus (15, 14, 17) der zum Einschliessen der Stäbchen des genannten Stapels in der Höhe verstellbar und unabhängig von der bewegbaren Ausrüstung der Aufnahmevorrichtung ist; mit Detektions- und Auslösemitteln (42) um die Aufnahmevorrichtung in die richtige Stellung zu bringen und die Leerung der Packung in den Zuführschacht zuzusichern, wenn die Höhe des Stapels den genannten voreingestellten minimalen Wert erreicht; und mit einem mit dem Führungsmechanismus (15, 14, 17) gekoppelten Stapelhöhendetektor (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsmechanismus (15,14,17) seine eigenen, von den Betätigungsorganen (24, 26) der bewegbaren Ausrüstung (27, 28, 30) unabhängigen Abtriebsmittel aufweist, dass der mit dem Führungsmechanismus (15, 14, 17) gekoppelte Detektor (20) auf die Antriebsmittel dieses Mechanismus einwirkt um ihn automatisch auf eine Höhe zu bringen, die den Stapel der Stäbchen (3) im Zuführschacht (1) bis zu seinem oberen Ende einschliesst, und dass die Betätigungsorgane (24, 26) der bewegbaren Ausrüstung mindestens einem anderen Detektor (43), zum Detektieren der Stäbchenstapelhöhe im Zuführschacht (1) unterworfen sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuführschacht (1) eine Rückwand (9) und zwei daran angebrachte Seitenwände (10, 11) aufweist, dass die genannten Führungsmittel einen horizontalen Rahmen (15), der den Zuführschacht umgibt und eine ausziehbare Vorderwand (14), deren oberes Ende mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist, aufweist und dass der Detektor (20) so eingerichtet ist, um den genannten Rahmen (15) ständig auf eine Höhe zu bringen, die dem oberen Ende des Stäbchenstapels entspricht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) eine auf einer horizontalen Achse (32) montierte Platte aufweist, die zwischen einer abgesenkten Stellung zur Aufnahme von Packungen (36) und einer aufgestellten Stellung zum Leeren der Pakkungen in den Zuführschacht schwenkbar ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkbare Platte (7) mit Rückhaltemitteln (37) ausgerüstet ist zum Halten der in eine umgedrehte Lage über den Zuführschacht (1) gebrachten Packung (36), wenn sich die Platte in der aufgestellten Stellung befindet.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rückhaltemittel (37) einen Sauger zum Halten durch Ansaugen der gegen die Platte gelegten Packung oder zum Abwerfen der Packung durch Lufteinstoss, aufweisen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung mit einem verschiebbaren Verschluss (38), der zwischen einer vorderen Stellung und einer zurückliegenden Stellung bewegbar ist, ausgerüstet ist, wobei der Verschluss (38) in der vorderen Stellung eine offene Seite einer auf der Aufnahmevorrichtung liegenden Packung (36) wieder abdeckt, während in der zurückliegenden Stellung des Verschlusses die offene Seite der Aufnahmevorrichtung unbedeckt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (26, 24) der genannten bewegbaren Ausrüstung (27, 28, 30) so gesteuert sind, um die letztere automatisch auf eine Höhe, auf der sich der die zurückliegende Stelle aufweisende genannte Verschluss (38) befindet, und die leicht über derjenigen des Stapels liegt, zu bringen.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsorgane (26, 24) der genannten bewegbaren Ausrüstung im weiteren durch Betätigung eines zum Detektieren des genannten minimalen Wertes der Stapelhöhe bestimmten Anschlages (42), durch den Führungsmechanismus (15, 14, 17) gesteuert sind.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Detektoren eine horizontale elektromagnetische Strahlungsquelle und eine elektrooptische, für die genannte Lichtstrahlung empfindliche Zelle aufweisen, wobei die Strahlung unterbrochen ist, wenn sich der Stäbchenstapel über die Quelle und über die Zelle erstreckt.
