Nach der vollständigen Eindeckung wird die Abdichtung an den Stößen aufgebracht. Hierzu wird die Deckschiene an der Außenfläche der Platten über den Stoß gelegt. Von der Innenseite der Platten her wird dann in das als hinterschnittene Rille ausgebildete Verbindungsprofil 2 der Deckschiene 3 die Halteplatte 4 mit ihrem entsprechenden, als hinterschnittene Verbindungsleiste 5 ausgebildeten Gegenprofil eingeklipst. Die Hinterschneidungen der Verbindungsprofile von Deckschiene und Halteplatte sind derart aufeinander abgestimmt, daß durch die ebenfalls schalenförmig gewölbte Halteplatte 4 nach dem Einklipsen eine Verspannung entsteht. Dadurch werden die Ränder der Deckschiene auf die Außenfläche der beiden Platten 1 gepreßt, so daß eine gute Abdichtung gegen Regenwasser erreicht wird.
