Claims (12)

1. Schutzvorrichtung für das Ausführen einer Dauerwelle im Haar lediglich in der Nähe der Wurzel desselben und zum Schutz des von der Haarwurzel entfernten Haares vor der Wirkung des Dauerwellenmittels, mit:
- einem starren oder halbstarren Teil (20), der eine rinnenförmig gekrümmte Form aufweist,
- einer weichen und undurchlässigen Folie (21) mit im wesentlichen rechteckiger Form, wobei ein erster Rand der Folie mit dem starren Teil verbunden ist,
- und einem absorbierenden Teil (23), der befähigt ist, das Dauerwellenmittel zu absorbieren, und der einem dem ersten Rand gegenüberliegenden zweiten Rand der weichen Folie zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter starrer oder halbstarrer Teil (22) vorgesehen ist, der eine rinnenförmig gekrümmte Form hat und mit einem seiner Ränder (erster Rand) mit der weichen Folie verbunden ist sowie den mit seinem gegenüberliegenden Rand (zweiter Rand) verbundenen absorbierenden Teil (23) trägt, und daß der zweite starre Teil (22) an oder nahe seinen seitlichen Enden zwei Klemmhaken (24) aufweist, die sich über einen Kreisbogen von zumindest 180° erstrecken und aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material bestehen.
2. Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Klemmhaken (24) Haltefinger (25) vorgesehen sind, die über den zweiten Rand des zweiten starren Teiles vorragen und ebenfalls aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material bestehen.
3. Schutzvorrichtumg nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der absorbierende Teil (23) mit dem zweiten starren Teil entlang des zweiten Randes desselben derart verbunden ist, daß er diesen Rand merklich überragt.
4. Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, durch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Klemmhaken (24) und gegebenenfalls die Haltefinger (25) einstückig mit dem zweiten starren Teil ausgebildet sind.

Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner ein Einstellorgan (26) in Form einer Rinne aufweist, die sich über einen Kreisbogen von zumindest 180° erstreckt, entlang eines ihrer Längsräder mit einem absorbierenden Teil (27) ausgestattet ist und aus einem elastisch verformbarem Material besteht, wobei dieses Organ in der Montagestellung um seine Achse drehbar ist, damit sein absorbierender Teil (27) in eine vorgegebene Winkelstellung bezüglich des Haares kommt.

Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsmittel für die Drehbewegung des Einstellorganes vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Führungsmittel zumindest zwei radiale Ansätze, die vom Einstellorgan oder von den Klemmhaken des zweiten starren oder halbstarren Teiles getragen sind, umd zumindest zwei langgestreckte Umfangsöffnungen zur Aufnahme der vom Einstellorgan bzw. von den Klemmhaken getragenen Ansätze aufweisen.
7. Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite jedes absorbierenden Teiles (23, 27) in ihrem hinteren Abschnitt für das Dauerwellenmittel undurchlässig ist und nur an ihrem vorderen Rand und/oder in der Nähe dieses Randes durchlässig ist.
8. Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Rand jedes absorbierenden Teiles (23, 27) ausgebaucht ist, um einen Wulst zu bilden, der sich in der Montagestellung elastisch gegen das Haar legt.

Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste starre oder halbstarre Teil (20) an seinen seitlichen Enden eine Dicke aufweist, die größer als die Dicke seiner zentralen Zone ist, und daß zwei gekrümmte Klappen vorgesehen sind, welche die dicksten Zonen verlängern und am starren Teil drehbeweglich angelenkt sind, derart, daß sie in der Montagestellung den Zwischenraum zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Rändern des starren Teiles schließen und in diesen Endzonen eine kontinuierliche Abstützung für die Folie bilden.
10. Schutzvorrichtumg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weiche Folie entlang ihrer Seitenränder bzw. in der ummittelbaren Nähe dieser Ränder zwei bandförmige Zonen größerer Steifigkeit aufweist.
11. Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Ränder des ersten und/oder des zweiten starren oder halbstarren Teiles mit einem kontinuierlichen oder diskontinuierlichen radialen Kragen versehen sind, der in der Montagestellung am Lockenwickler einen Axialanschlag bildet.
12. Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relativ steiferen Zonen entlang der beiden Seitenränder der Folie angeordnet sind und daß die Folie kontinuierliche oder diskontinuierliche seitliche Krägen aufweist, die in der Montagestellung am Lockenwickler einen Axialanschlag bilden.
