Description

The present invention relates to furniture which can be closed by a door and has a built-in holder for a rubbish bag, according to the preamble of independent patent claim 1.

The disposal of waste in households and also in certain businesses, such as hairdressing salons, restaurants, etc., repeatedly encounters difficulties. Once the trash can was replaced with the disposable bags, various holders for these rubbish bags were developed and offered for sale.

According to CH-A-533 038, it has been proposed to pivotally attach a lower support body to a side wall inside a box. This lower support body consists of a bottom surface with a peripheral ring. An upper support body has a horizontal ring with a rectangular cross section. This ring is also pivotally attached. A lid is suspended by means of a cable or rope at a point distant from a hinge, such that when the sack holder is pivoted when the door is opened, it lifts off the upper supporting body in order to freely open the garbage bag held on the upper supporting body by folding over the edge of the sack give. A disadvantage of such an arrangement is that the garbage bag can bulge and thus be removed between the two supporting bodies, making it impossible to conveniently close the bag which is held in the holder. The exposed sack wall can be rigid. Items are easily perforated and waste then falls through this opening out as this usually fine-grained waste, the body must then be ewischt around the pivoted out of the furniture garbage bag around on g, so that the housewife double the work, also has, the only a garbage bag attached to the upper support body can detach itself from it if it bulges due to an excessive filling and can then fall out and empty onto the floor.

A piece of furniture according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from US ― A ― 2 247 232. An open-topped container is fastened there on a slide which can be moved horizontally with rollers on the bottom on a pair of pull-out rails running perpendicular to the door opening. The sledge is connected to the door by a linkage. A lid is pivotally attached to the container. A chain is connected on the one hand to the rear wall of the furniture and on the other hand to the lid. With this solution, the removal of the container is cumbersome. The door should be opened fully to open the container.

From CH ― A ― 541 944 a piece of furniture is also known, in which a container is fastened in its tiltable manner in the furniture along its lower front edge. It is connected to the door by a linkage at the top, so that it is tilted forward when the door is opened. The level of the upper edge of the container forms an angle with the base. A lid is pivotally attached along the top edge of the door opening. With this solution, the removal of the container is cumbersome.

Finally, from CH-A-515 159 a piece of furniture is known in which the door can be tilted around a hinge along its lower edge. A frame-shaped bag holder is attached to the door. A lid is arranged in the furniture so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axis. This piece of furniture has the disadvantages mentioned in connection with CH-A-533 038.

The object of the invention is to develop a piece of furniture according to the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art are eliminated. Das Küchenmöbel gemäss Fig. 1 bis 3 stellt ein Element eines handelsüblichen Küchenkombinations-Möbels dar, beispielsweise eines Elementes mit Abwaschtrog.1 to 3 represents an element of a commercially available kitchen combination piece of furniture, for example an element with a washing-up trough.

Such an element consists of two side walls 10, 11, a bottom wall 12 and a worktop 13 into which a washing trough 14 can be inserted. Since this washing trough is of no importance for the invention, it was drawn in with a broken line. At the front, the element is closed with a door 15 and at the rear the building wall serves as an end. The door 15 is not shown in Fig. 1.

In the cavity 16 of the element there is a rectangular container 17 which has an opening 18 at the top and a bottom 19 at the bottom. At the bottom, rollers 21 of a pair of pull-out rails 20 are attached to the container 17. The plane in which the edges of the opening 18 lie and the floor plane intersect a position behind the element, ie the edge of the opening 18 is higher at the front of the door 15 of the element than at the rear.

A cover 30 is suspended by means of two rings 31 from a holding rod 32 which crosses the cavity 16. The two rings 31 are on a line in front of the straight line parallel thereto, through the center of gravity of the cover 30, so that the cover 30 is inclined backwards and downwards in the floating state, as is shown with solid lines in FIG. 7.

A catch hook 40 is located at the bottom of a side wall 23, which is on the right as viewed from the front, as shown in FIG. 1, and a catch hook 50 is attached to a corresponding location on the door 15. These two parts are shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. The catch hook 40 consists of a lever arm 44 which is rotatably supported on an axis 41, which can be the shaft of a screw with a head 52 and a screw nut 43, with a hook part 45 directed vertically downward at its end. A retaining pin 46, also the shaft of a screw Head 47 and nut 48 serves as a stop for the lever arm 44 in order to support it in an at least approximately horizontal position. A protective plate 49, which is fastened by means of the screws 41, 46 mentioned, serves to protect the lever arm 44, for the purpose that the lever arm 44 is not rotated by other devices or objects which are accommodated next to the container 17 in the cavity 16, can be prevented. In addition, the protective plate 49 also serves to guide the lever arm 44 when opening the door when moving on the catch hook 50 ..

The overrun hook 50 on the door 15 essentially consists of a curved overrun plate 51 and two spacers 52, 53. The overrun plate 51 is screwed onto the door 15 by means of two screws. The bend of the casserole plate 51 is such that when the casserole hook 40 and the casserole plate 51 move relative, the casserole hook 40 is raised with the hook part 45 and can finally fall and hook behind the casserole plate 51. The exact functioning is explained further below.

First, for example, a fastening of the support rod 32 between the side walls 10, 11 of the installation element according to FIG. 6 occurs. Accordingly, the holding rod 32 is a tube 34 with a cylindrical insert 35. A sleeve 36 is guided on the side wall 11 by means of screw 37 and pin 38. The sleeve 36 has the same inside diameter as the insert 35. A coil spring 39 is inserted between the tube 34 and the sleeve 36 in order to press the two parts 34 and 36 mentioned away from one another. Such an arrangement can be provided on both sides of the support rod and, in addition to later assembly, serves to accommodate structural differences between the elements.

Fig. 7 shows the relative position of container 17 and lid 30 when the container 17 is pulled out in solid lines and when the container 17 'is pushed in and the lid 30' placed thereon in broken lines. As can clearly be seen, the cover 30 hangs somewhat to the rear. Thus, the container 17 touches the lid 30 with its rear lower edge 24 on the associated edge 25. As a result, the lid 30 is folded onto the container in a manner similar to that in the hinged lid.

In Fig. 8 three positions of door 15, namely two half-open doors 15 'and 15 ", and container 17, namely two half-pulled or pushed positions 17' and 17" are shown. On the door 15 there is an insertion wedge 54 in addition to the ramp plate 51, which can also be seen in FIG. 5.

When the container 17 "is in position 111, it can be pushed in through the door 15" which is closed by approximately 40 °. If the container is relatively narrow, the hook part 45 would come to lie on the inner surface of the door 15 "and would have to exert a force on the container at an unfavorable angle with respect to the parallelogram of forces. To improve these force relationships, the insertion wedge 54 is provided, onto which the hook part 45 "hits in position.

Stellung 11 zeigt die Lageverhältnisse, wenn der Hakenteil 45' das Auflaufblech 51 hintergreift und Stellung 1 zeigt schliesslich die Anordnung bei geschlossener Tür 15.Position 11 shows the position when the hook part 45 'engages behind the ramp plate 51 and position 1 finally shows the arrangement with the door 15 closed.

When opening the door 15 in position 1 and rotating it to position II, the container 17 is brought into the position shown with the container 17 ', where the hook 45' slides out laterally behind the ramp plate 51 'and thus the door 15' is separated from the Container 17 'can be opened.

The container 17 'can be pulled out on the handle 22 (FIGS. 1, 2) as far as the pull-out rails 20 allow it to either insert a garbage bag 70 or to tie the filled garbage bag 70 and remove it from the container 17.

If the container 17 is wider than that shown in FIG. 8, the hook part 45 can already hit the ramp plate 51 "in the door position 15" and is raised above it by the shape according to FIG. 4 and then hooks in when it is pushed in.

With this arrangement, the container can be easily lifted out of the pair of pull-out rails 20 and carried as a garbage can in other rooms.
