Description

The present invention relates to a device for removing textile sleeves or textile bobbins, which are held at one end by pins attached to a movable conveying means and in which the sleeves carried by the pins are free of them by pushing them against the pins will.

It is, particularly in the field of spinning, e.g. B. from PCT publication WO 81/00264, known to hang sleeves with windings consisting of threads or roving on pegs, which are carried by a rotating conveyor, and to release them again. So-called "casablanca cones" are generally provided for this purpose. The pins are of such a type that the sleeve is automatically held when a sleeve is pushed over the pin. To release the sleeve, it is pushed against the pin again, whereby it is automatically released again by the pin. A casablanca cone is described in British Patent No. 1,093,949.

It is common today to remove the sleeves that have been attached to the pins, even if they are wound, by hand from the pins. The development in the textile field today moves in the sense of the production of ever larger and thus ever heavier bobbins. This makes manual removal of the coils more and more tedious, especially if they are still at an uncomfortable height for the operating personnel.

This disadvantage is to be eliminated according to the invention. This is characterized in that for releasing the sleeves from the pins there is a support body for the free ends of the sleeves, which is in the path of movement of the free ends of the sleeves moved by the conveying means, and in that an arrangement is provided for each on the support body, the free end of each sleeve to bring about a reduction in the distance between the pin holding the sleeve and the support body.

The invention thus has the advantage that it forms a further step in automation and thus in reducing manufacturing costs in the textile field.

The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of exemplary embodiments and the drawing. In the latter, FIGS. 1 and 2 are schematic representations of various embodiments of the device according to the invention.

According to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, an endless belt 11 serving as a conveying means is provided. Holders 12 are attached to this. Each holder 12 comprises, pivotably arranged, a pin 13, which is used to carry one coil 14 each. As can also be seen from the aforementioned British patent, the pins 13 are designed in such a way that when one end of the sleeve 15 is placed over the pin 13, the sleeve 15 is held by the pin 13 and by a subsequent pushing or pushing of the coil again 14, or sleeve 15 against the pin 13, this releases the sleeve 15 again. A typical example of such a pin 13 is the "Casablanca pin" already mentioned at the beginning: in FIG. 1 only the one semicircular reversal point and the adjacent parts of the upper and lower run of the endless belt 11 are shown. At this reversal point, the holders 12 move from the upper to the lower run of the belt 11.

Below the semicircular turning point there is a support body 16 fastened to the machine frame and comprising a stop 17. The latter is located in the movement path 18 given by the free, lower ends of the sleeves 15 during operation of the device, these free lower ends of the sleeves 15 hitting the stop 17 one after the other during operation of the band 11.

The release of the sleeves 15 takes place when the same is placed on the stop 17, so that the location at which the sleeves are located, i. H. where the lower of the two drawn coils 14 is located, hereinafter referred to as the release point. A slide 21 is located directly on the contact body 16. This slide serves to intercept and move the sleeves 15 or coils 14 that are released from the holders 12 intended. The slide 21 can also be designed to be tiltable under the weight of the coils 14. Such an embodiment is obtained, for example, by the chute 21, as shown in FIG. 1, being tiltable about an axis 23.

During operation of the device, the coils 14 or sleeves 15 are carried along by the belt 11. They hang down due to their weight and the pivotable attachment of the pin 13. Their free ends move along the dash-dotted line of motion 18. When they arrive in the release position, the lower free end of the sleeves 15 comes into contact with the stop 17 of the support body 16. As a result, the sleeve 15 can no longer move downward. This is equivalent to a process in which the sleeve 15 is pushed against the pin 13, the upper end of the sleeve 15 being pushed even further over the pin 13. This releases the bracket provided by the pin 13, and the sleeve 15 is released while simultaneously pivoting the pin 13. When the holder 12 moves further, the pin 13 is moved out of the sleeve 15. Through the Dash-dot drawn coil layers show how the coils 14 fall into the slide 21. It is a feature of this embodiment that, for the release process to run smoothly, the pins 13 define a movement path, the distance from the support body 16 decreasing in the direction towards the release point.

The free coil 14 is picked up by a transport device located directly on the support body 16 and is moved further by this. In the present example, this transport device consists of the chute 21. In order to prevent heavy coils 14 from sliding downward with excessive force, they are braked by means of the brake spring 22. On the other hand, a gentle transfer of the coils 14 to the chute 21 is obtained if one z. B. in the manner already mentioned, about the axis 23 tiltable. For the further treatment of the coils 14, any other transport devices can be provided.

A further embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. According to this, a chain 31, which moves from right to left in the direction of arrow 36 during operation of the device, serves as a conveying means. The chain 31 is provided with holders 12, which in turn each comprise a pivotable pin 13 of the type described above.

The pins 13 in turn serve to carry coils 14 suspended from them, which in turn are wound on sleeves 15. The free lower ends of the sleeves 15 move along the horizontal movement path 19. A body 32 is provided below the chain 31. This comprises three rollers 33, 34 and a belt 37 rotating in the direction of the arrow 35. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the mutual distance between the chain 31 and the upper run of the belt 37 in FIG. 2 is on the right side the part of the body 32 located on the roller 34 decreasing towards the roller 34.

Auch dieses Beispiel weist das Merkmal auf, dass der Abstand der Bewegungsbahn der Zapfen 13 vom Auflagekörper 32 in der Richtung gegen die Freigabestelle hin abnehmend ist.2, the free lower ends of the sleeves 15 come into contact with the circumferential belt 36 in the region of decreasing distance between the moving parts 31 and 37. During further movement, the sleeves 15 are thus lifted, causing them to move away from one another Holder 12, or from the pin 13, in the manner described with reference to FIG. 1. In this embodiment, the release point is located at the point where the bobbins 14 or sleeves 15 run against the roller 34. The bobbins 14 that are released come to rest on the belt 37 on the left side of the body 32 with respect to the roller 34 and are thereby removed conveyed so that the part of the body 32 located on the left of the roller 34 in FIG. 2 forms a transport device for receiving and moving the sleeves 15 or coils 14, while the part of the body 32 located on the right of the roller 34 forms a support body for releasing the sleeves 15 of the pin 13 forms. This example also has the feature that the distance of the movement path of the pins 13 from the support body 32 decreases in the direction towards the release point.

The belt 37 is generally given a somewhat higher speed than the chain 31. In this case, the spools 14 or sleeves 15 arrive at the release point in the position shown in FIG. 2, in which the spools 14 tip over when the spools 14 tip over Coil foot is located in front of the direction of arrow 35.

For the sake of completeness, it should also be mentioned that the movement sequences and devices shown with corresponding changes can be used for automatically fitting sleeves 15 onto the holders 12. This can e.g. B. be carried out in cooperation with a method according to the aforementioned PCT publication.
