- the advantages obtained thanks to the invention essentially consist in that the blocking element, owing to the fact that it moves transversely with respect to the edge of the opening leaf and parallel to the action exerted on it by the integral unlocking means of the frame, is neither subjected to perpendicular thrusts, nor sensitive to variations in the clearance between the leaf and the frame. Any variation in the clearance between the opening and the frame only causes more or less wide contact between the locking element and the unlocking means secured to the frame. It no longer varies the length of the travel of the blocking element caused by the unlocking means integral with the frame.
