Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Temperaturschalter zur Überwachung elektrisch beheizter Geräte, welcher eine sichere Halterung der Bimetallscheibe auf der Kontaktfeder gewährleistet, auch wenn der Temperaturschalter durch äussere mechanische Einwirkung beeinflusst wird. Die Bimetallscheibe wird einerseits durch L-förmige, aus der Kontaktfeder ausgestellte Lappen und andererseits durch die an den Längskanten der Kontaktfeder befindliche abgewinkelte Fortsätze gehalten. Im Bereich der Längskanten der Kontaktfeder sind geschlossene Längsschlitze eingearbeitet, wodurch die abgewinkelten Fortsätze beim Anbringen der Bimetallscheibe an der Kontaktfeder federnd nach aussen gebogen werden. Die L-förmig aus der Kontaktfeder ausgestellten Lappen sind mit den zum Zentrum gerichteten Schenkein schräg nach oben gebogen, sodass die dadurch vergrösserte Öffnungsweite zwischen den Schenkelenden und der Kontaktfeder ein zügiges Einschieben der Bimetallscheibe gewährleistet.The invention relates to a temperature switch for monitoring electrically heated devices, which ensures a secure mounting of the bimetallic disc on the contact spring, even if the temperature switch is influenced by external mechanical action. Auf dem Isolierkörper 1 ist mittels eines Nietes 2 eine Kontaktfeder 3 einseitig befestigt. Der Gegenkontakt 5 ist gleichzeitig als Kontaktniet ausgebildet, mittels dessen der elektrische Anschluss 6 am Isolierkörper 1 gehalten ist. Ebenso ist auch der zweite elektrische Anschluss mittels des Nietes 2 befestigt.A
