Description

Ein derartiger Polstoff hat im konfektionierten Zustand als schlauchförmiger Bezug für den Trägerkörper von Malerrollen eine einwandfreie Nahtausreissfestigkeit auch noch nach längerem Gebrauch in nassem Zustand, wobei der für derartige Malerrollen-Bezüge übliche Rückenappret entfallen kann. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass schlauchförmigen Bezügen dieser Art noch gewissen Nachteile anhaften, denn das eingesetzte Fasermaterial ist verhältnismässig kostspieglig. Ausserdem ist es erforderlich, den bekannten Bezug auf den Trägerkörper der Malerrollen aufzukleben, was nicht nur umständlich und dementsprechend teuer ist, sondern auch den Nachteil haben kann, dass sich die Verklebung im Laufe der Zeit löst.In a known product of this type (DE-GM 76 28 024), the fiber material for the base fabric of the pile fabric is a modified copolyamide, the melting point of which is in a range from 110 to 120 ° C. Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Bezug wird das Grundgewebe des Polstoffes ganz oder zumindest teilweise aus thermoplastischen Fasern mit einem niedrigen Erweichungspunkt hergestellt, so dass Fasertypen unterschiedlichster Art, die auch in preislicher Hinsicht wesentliche Vorteile aufweisen können, eingesetzt werden können. Zu nennen sind hier Polyolefinfasern, d. h. Fasern aus Poyethylen oder Polypropylen, Polyvinylchloridfasern, auch als Co-Polymerisate beispielsweise mit Vinylacetat, ferner Polyurethanfasern, Polycarbonatfasern und dergleichen. Voraussetzung ist in jedem Falle, dass der Erweichungspunkt der Fasern in einem Temperaturbereich liegt, welcher bei Behandlung der Ware im Spannrahmen oder durch Infrarotbestrahlung der Rückseite des Polstoffes erreicht wird.According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1.
