- a suitable plaster profile strip should be specified for this purpose.
- plaster profile strips which are provided with a profile edge designed as a pull-off edge and, for attachment to a wall to be plastered, have at least one fastening leg extending from this profile edge and provided with transversely extending recesses or perforations, for the production of level plasters with a predetermined minimum plaster thickness for plaster surfaces with a large width, by dividing the wall to be plastered into sub-areas of limited width by attaching plaster profile strips at predetermined distances from one another and then removing the plaster compound applied over the pull-off edges of the plaster profile strips.

- the strip-shaped sections 12, 13 of the profile edge 11, which run in their planes are dimensioned very short, so that when the molding compound is sprayed on or fired onto a structural wall wall equipped with such a cleaning profile strip, the cleaning compound is substantially unhindered by the wide-mesh expanded metal fields and also largely completely backfills the area 16 covered by the profile edge 11.
- the opening angle 17 between the two legs 14, 15 is approximately 30 ° in the embodiment shown.
- two spaced-apart plaster profile strips 10 are shown schematically at a distance from one another at 22, which after the plaster 21 has been applied, in particular an insulating plaster, remain in the plaster and in view of the material accumulation as a result of the wide-meshed expanded metal fields of the legs 14, 15 as well as the correct backfilling of the plaster profile rails does not cause any noticeable change in the concealed layer.
- the fastening legs as wide-mesh expanded metal fields, there are no significant thermal bridges in the area of the profile strips.

Abstract
Description
In view of dimensional deviations, in particular unevenness, which occur in the case of structural walls, plaster layers applied to the structural walls can in part have very different thicknesses and thicknesses that also fall below the required plaster strengths. Of particular importance is the compliance with predetermined plaster thicknesses in the so-called insulation plasters, which are in the interest of improved thermal insulation of buildings Layer thicknesses of up to ten centimeters, in special cases also in even thicker layers, can be applied.
As is known, before plastering wall surfaces, so-called plaster profiles, which are provided with pull-off edges, are properly grouted on the corners of the structure and in the area of door and window reveals, and then the plaster, which is frequently sprayed on, with the help of so-called straightening strips over the profile edges designed as pull-off edges Removed plaster profile strips. However, this is no longer possible if the width of the plaster surfaces is greater than the lengths of the straightening logs which are limited for reasons of manageability. In such cases, the skill and experience of the plasterer entrusted with the plastering work is left to create a more or less flat plaster surface, which of course can only be achieved approximately.
Inaccuracies can still be compensated for by subsequently applied finishing plasters, since the plasters applied in the manner described above are only so-called plasters, but this naturally leads to plasters of different thicknesses, which in certain weather conditions, such as moisture penetration the finishing coat, can be easily seen.
While in the case of conventional plasters, falling below the required minimum plaster thickness and compensating for such minimum thicknesses through the application of top layers of plaster only leads to a change in the structure of such plaster surfaces, in the case of insulating plastering, the required minimum plaster thicknesses are partially undershot level thermal insulation is no longer guaranteed, even if reinforced plaster layers are applied in such areas, which, however, cannot make a compensatory contribution with regard to thermal insulation.
The invention is intended to remedy this deficiency and to show a possibility of how, even with large plaster surface widths, the production of flat plaster surfaces and, in addition, compliance with predetermined minimum plaster thicknesses succeeds, which is particularly important for insulating plasters to be applied in large layer thicknesses. In addition, a suitable plaster profile strip should be specified for this purpose.
This task of the invention is solved by the use of plaster profile strips, which are provided with a profile edge designed as a pull-off edge and, for attachment to a wall to be plastered, have at least one fastening leg extending from this profile edge and provided with transversely extending recesses or perforations, for the production of level plasters with a predetermined minimum plaster thickness for plaster surfaces with a large width, by dividing the wall to be plastered into sub-areas of limited width by attaching plaster profile strips at predetermined distances from one another and then removing the plaster compound applied over the pull-off edges of the plaster profile strips.
The invention is thus based on the consideration that in order to achieve absolutely flat plaster surfaces and predetermined minimum plaster thicknesses, which should also not be undercut in part, two spaced and appropriately aligned pull-off edges are required, via which, in a known manner, can be pulled off using a straight edge.
With regard to the plaster profile strip to be created for the aforementioned use, the object of the invention is achieved in that, from the profile edge designed as a pull-off edge, two legs, which can be fastened to a building wall, in particular mortarable, are extended, including an acute angle of less than 90 °, the distance from the profile edge Ends after attaching to a building wall to be plastered, rely on the latter and therefore, even with the large plaster thicknesses required for insulating plasters, the pull-off edge held at a considerable distance from the wall to be plastered provides sufficient support, so that they withstand the stresses occurring when the plaster is removed without deformation can withstand. An opening angle of approximately 30 ° between the two fastening legs has proven to be expedient, the recesses or perforations extending transversely through these fastening legs allowing largely complete backfilling of the plaster profile strips attached to flat wall surfaces for their subdivision in width. It has proven to be particularly advantageous to strip the profile legs which can be fastened to the building wall, at least in the regions adjacent to the profile edge Equipped shaped expanded metal springs with a large mesh size, so that with sufficient stability of the plaster profile strip in view of the largely unimpeded continuity of the plaster compound through such an expanded metal field large mesh size, a perfect backfilling of the plaster profile strip is ensured. Of course, instead of strip-shaped expanded metal strips along the profile edge serving as the pull-off edge, the fastening legs as a whole can also be designed as expanded metal fields with a large mesh size.
In schematischen Ansichten zeigen:
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a section of a suitable and certain plaster profile strip for use according to the invention and
- Fig. 2 shows a cross section through a building wall with plaster profile strips mounted in the correct position at a distance from one another and an insulating plaster applied to the building wall and pulled off via the pull-off edges of the plaster profile strips.
When using such
After the subdivision of plastered surfaces, the width of which is greater than the length of the straight edge that can be handled, the plaster is applied to the
It can be seen that, in the manner described above, it is unproblematic to produce plasters which are completely flat and also do not fall below predetermined minimum plaster thicknesses, even with plaster surfaces which have a large width. It is, of course, a prerequisite that the plaster profile strips are installed in the correct position on a building wall to be plastered before the plaster is applied, but this is known and is possible without difficulty.
