Claims (1)
- Dispositif de refroidissement pour moteurs à combustion interne à refroidissement liquide,- dispositif constitué d'un échangeur thermique (1 ) et d'un thermostat (10'), pour la régulation de la partie du débit dépendant de la température du liquide de refroidissement à travers l'échangeur thermique (1), et d'une dérivation de court-circuit (tubulure de raccordement 11) branchée en parallèle sur l'échangeur thermique (1).le thermostat (10') comportant un boîtier (10) venu d'une seule pièce avec la paroi d'une chambre d'eau de retour (4) de l'échangeur thermique (1 ), avec un orifice d'entrée (24 ou bien 28) desservi alternativement à partir de l'échangeur thermique (1 ) et à partir du court-circuit (tubulure de raccordement 11),- le boîtier (10) du thermostat (10') et le couvercle de fermeture (18) pour l'ouverture de montage, constituant une chambre d'entrée (23),- laquelle est reliée par l'intermédiaire d'orifices radiaux (24) dans le boîtier (10) avec l'intérieur de la chambre d'eau de retour (4),- l'orifice d'entrée (28) à partir du court-circuit (tubulure de raccordement 11), une ouverture de montage (chambre d'entrée 23), placée en face de cet orifice (28), avec un couvercle de fermeture (18), et un équipement thermostatique interposé (13) sont disposés co-axialement,- une tubulure de sortie (12) se raccordant extérieurement est formée d'une seule pièce sur la paroi de la chambre d'eau de retour (4) au voisinage du boîtier (10),- entre les appendices axiaux (21), traversant la chambre d'entrée (23), du couvercle de fermeture (18) et un épaulement radial du boîtier (10) est bridée de façon étanche, la bride radiale de fixation (14) d'un équipement thermostatique courant du commerce (13),- qui comporte sur sa bride de fixation (14) une tête de soupape de radiateur (16) pour un orifice traversant associé et une tête de soupape de court-circuit (17) associée à l'orifice d'entrée (28) de la tubulure de raccordement de court-circuit (11 ) dispositif caractérisé:- en ce que le boîtier (10) du thermostat (10') est de forme à peu près cylindrique, et, avec son axe longitudinal à peu près parallèle à l'écoulement de l'air à travers le panneau de refroidissement (2) de l'échangeur thermique (1) parcouru par l'air, il est formé sur une caisse d'eau (4) constituant la paroi de la chambre d'eau de retour,- en ce que la chambre d'entrée (23) pourvue du couvercle de fermeture - vue selon le sens du courant d'air traversant - est formée sur une face frontale de la caisse d'eau (4) tandis qu'une tubulure de raccordement de court-circuit (11 ) est formée sur une face frontale de cette caisse.- en ce que la chambre d'entrée (23), la chambre de mélange (26), et la tubulure de raccordement de court-circuit (11) sont constituées par des tronçons de cylindres co-axiaux dont les diamètres décroissent selon la succession ci-dessus.
