Der Nachteil der bekannten Ausführung ist, daß jede Lagerbrücke individuell angefertigt ist, so daß ein Austausch oder die Verwendung von Serienteilen eventuell auch für unterschiedliche Zylinderdurchmesser nicht möglich ist. Die Aufgabe wird gemäß den Erfindungsmerkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Mit dieser Lösung lassen sich serienmäßig hergestellte Lagerteile, Tragkörper und Zylinderkörper verwenden, deren Herstellkosten wesentlich geringer sind trotz hoher Fertigungsgenauigkeit. Auch unterschiedliche Zylinderdurchmesser benötigen lediglich Distanzstücke mit entsprechender Dicke. Die Lagerhaltung derartiger Distanzstücke ist platzsparend und kostengünstig. Ausserdem lassen diese sich auf einfache Weise so genau herstellen, daß Abweichungen in der Parallelität oder in der Umschlaggenauigkeit bei zwei oder mehreren Steuerteilen ausgeglichen werden können.The object is achieved according to the inventive features of

Die noch nicht zerschnittene Papierbahn 1 wird über Zugwalzenpaare 2, 3 und 4 dem Zylinderteil des Falzapparates 5 zugeführt. Der Messerzylinder 6 schneidet mit seinem Messer 7 die Papierbahn 1 auf bestimmte Abschnittlängen. Das Messer 7 arbeitet hierbei mit zwei Gummischienen 8 im Falzmesserzylinder 9 zusammen. Die beiden Falzmesser 10 des Falzmesserzylinders 9 wiederum arbeiten mit den beiden Falzklappen 11 des Falzklappenzylinders 12 zusammen. Die von den Falzklappen 11 gefalzten Exemplare 13 werden danach einem Schaufelrad 14 zugeführt, das die Exemplare 13 auf einer Bandleitung 15 ablegt, von der sie aus dem Falzapparat heraustransportiert werden (Fig. 1).The
Der als Tragkörper ausgebildete Zylinderkörper 16 des Falzmesserzylinders 9 ist auf der Achse 17 gelagert und trägt über zwei Distanzstücke 18 die Lagerbrücken 19 für die Falzmesserspindel 20. Die Lagerbrücken 19 und die Distanzstücke 18 sind hierbei mit dem Zylinderkörper 16 verschraubt. Der Zylinderkörper 16 und die beiden Lagerbrücken 19 sind einheitliche Serienbauteile. Die Distanzstücke 18 sind in ihrer Dicke entsprechend dem jeweiligen Zylinderdurchmesser ausgelegt, so daß das Maß zwischen Falzmesserspindel 20 und Mittelpunkt der Achse 17 sehr genau eingehalten werden kann. In gleicher Weise sind auch die im Falzmesserzylinder 9 vorhandenen Punkturspindeln gelagert, die jedoch wegen der Übersichtlichkeit nicht dargestellt wurden.The
Auf der Achse 21 des Falzklappenzylinders 12 sind beiderseits Zylinderkörper 22 angeordnet, auf denen die Lagerbrücken 23 über Distanzstücke 24 verschraubt sind. Auch hier läßt sich über die Distanzstücke das Abstandsmaß zwischen der Spindel 25 der Falzklappe 11 und der Mitte der Achse 21 über die Distanzstücke 24 sehr genau festlegen. Der Zylindermantel selbst kann im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einfachen Stegen bestehen, auf denen sich die gefalzten Exemplare 13 ablegen.On the

daß die Lagerbrücke (19, 23) und der als Tragkörper ausgebildete Zylinderkörper (16,22) als einheitliche Bauteile für alle Zylinderdurchmesser vorgesehen sind und daß zwischen beiden entsprechend dem jeweiligen Zylinderdurchmesser ein Distanzstück (18, 24) angeordnet ist.1.
