Zur Ausführung der Weithubbewegung und der Druckanstellbewegung ist das Schaltventil überbrückt, während bei der Druckabstellbewegung den Druckmittelzylindern Druckmittel über das Schaltventil in der Weise zugeführt wird, daß dieses am Ende der kurzhubigen Druckabstellbewegung die Druckmittelzufuhr zu den Hubkammern der Druckmittelzylinder sperrt. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung ist die Druckabstellbewegung beendet, wenn das Schaltventil den Durchfluß des Druckmittels sperrt oder wenn sich das Schaltventil auf einen Gleichgewichtszustand zwischen dem Gewicht des Presseurs, seiner Lager und der Kolben der Hubzylinder eingestellt hat, Es hat sich nun jedoch gezeigt, daß das Schaltventil den Presseur am Ende der Druckabstellbewegung nicht in einer genau definierten Stellung zu halten vermag, weil es mit dem vollen Druckmitteldruck beaufschlagt ist und es bei Druckschwankungen und infolge anderer Störeinflüsse zu einem geringfügigen unkontrollierbaren Druckmitteldurchfluß durch das Schaltventil kommen kann, so daß der Presseur in seiner Druckabstellung nicht ruhig steht, sondern in dem Maße auf- und abtanzt, in dem das Schaltventil den Durchfluß des Druckmittels wechselweise freigibt oder sperrt. Die Federdruck-Lamellenbremse wird zweckmäßigerweise durch das im System vorhandene Druckmittel betätigt, zu ihrer Schaltung können aber auch elektrische Signale verwendet werden. Zweckmäßigerweise besteht die Federdruck-Lamellenbremse aus einer Lamellenkupplung, deren eine Hälfte an der Zapfenlagerung und deren andere Hälfte auf der Synchronisierwelle befestigt ist. Die Lamellenkupplung kann durch eine das Lamellenpaket belastende Feder einkuppelbar und durch einen der Federkraft entgegenwirkenden, mit einem Druckmittel beaufschlagbaren Kolben auskuppelbar sein. Zweckmäßigerweise ist bei der Weithubbewegung und bei der Druckanstellbewegung des Presseurs der Kolben mit dem Druckmitteldruck der Druckleitungen beaufschlagt. Bei diesen Bewegungen ist sodann die Synchronisierwelle frei drehbar. Bei Betätigung des Kolbens 28 mittels Druckmittel ist die Bewegung des Presseurs 1 und die Druckwalze 2 freigegeben. Das über den Kolben der Druckmittelzylinder 8, 9 stehende Druckmittel kann über Rückschlagventile 45, 46 abfließen. Unter Druck stehen jetzt die Leitungen 47 bis 50, so daß die Druckwerkszylinder 1, 2 weit vom Formzylinder 3 abgehoben sind. Wenn wieder "Druck an" (Fig. 4) eingestellt wird, kann das vor den Kolben stehende Druckmittel über das Rückschlagventil 51 abfließen.Fig. 5 shows the "Druckab" position. After switching the

Dadurch fließt Druckmittel über die Leitungen 53, 54 durch eine regelbare Drossel 55 zu einem Ventil 56, das entsprechend dem langsamen Zustrom an Druckmittel verzögert umschaltet. Die Umschaltzeit ist durch Regeln der Drossel 55 einstellbar. In Fig. 6 ist das Ventil 56 vor dem Umschalten gezeichnet. Von der Leitung 47 fließt also noch Druckmittel durch das Ventil 56 über die Leitung 50 zu dem Ventil 43. Die in Fig. 6 gezeigte Stellung des Ventils 43 gestattet.es, daß .Druckmittel vor dem Kolben 28 der Kupplung 25 steht, und diese durch den Druck offengehalten wird. Nach Umschalten des Ventils 56 wird die Leitung 50 drucklos und das Ventil 43 geht in seine andere Stellung nach links. Dadurch wird auch die Kupp- lung 25 drucklos und die Federn 29 sperren die Synchronisierwelle 17. Durch das Umschalten des Ventils 56 werden aber auch die Leitungen 48, 49 drucklos, so daß die Zylinder 8, 9 nach unten sinken müßten. Dies wird aber durch die Federdruck-Lamellenbremse 25 verhindert.
