Abstract

Le procede de fabrication de rouleaux a dessins sans couture s'effectue sur la surface externe d'un noyau cylindrique positionne verticalement (1), lequel noyau comprend un enrobage exterieur d'un materiau elastomere et, eventuellement, une couche contribuant a l'adhesion; le procede consiste a appliquer un revetement uniforme sur ladite surface avec une couche d'un photopolymere liquide, ladite couche etant exposee uniformement et simultanement a une source (8) de rayons UV, effectuant ainsi une polymerisation partielle de la couche fraichement deposee, ce qui empeche l'affaissement du photopolymere; pendant le procede de revetement, le noyau cylindrique et la source d'exposition de rayons UV (8) effectuent une rotation relative. Ensuite, une seconde etape de polymerisation aux UV est effectuee par exposition a dessin de la couche respective, un masque constituant le negatif du dessin desire, sur quoi la couche exposee est developpee et sechee de maniere a laisser une image en relief ayant la forme desiree.
