Claims (7)

1. Einrichtung zum Entfernen des Angusses bzw. der Massel von Gußteilen, mit einer Presse (1), die ein Werkzeug zum Entfernen des Angusses bzw. der Massel von Werkstücken (P) trägt, welch letztere an einer Bearbeitungsstation durch untere Positionierungswerkzeuge (16, 17, 18, 19) gehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Kreisförderer (4) mit sternförmig angeordneten Armen (5) besitzt, deren freies Ende zum Tragen der unteren Positionierungswerkzeuge (16, 17, 18, 19) durch gegenseitiges formschlüssiges Eingreifen ausgebildet ist, und daß die Anguß- bzw. Masselentfernungsstation ein Hebegerät (21) zum Anheben jedes Positionierungswerkzeugs in die Anguß- bzw. Masselentfernungslage aufweist, das derart ausgebildet ist, daß es die Belastung des Pressenwerkzeugs aufnimmt und den entsprechenden Arm des Kreisförderers entlastet.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Entnahmestation (35) zur Entnahme der bearbeiteten Werkstücke oder der von denselben abgetrennten Teile umfaßt, welche eine mit jedem unteren Positionierungswerkzeug (16, 17, 18, 19) zusammenwirkende Fördervorrichtung (36) aufweist, um dieses Positionierungswerkzeug in eine der Entfernung des Werkstücks bzw. des abgetrennten Teils entsprechende Lage zu bringen und in seine Lage auf dem entsprechenden Arm (5) des Kreisförderers zurückzuführen.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an der Bearbeitungsstation eine bewegliche Vorrichtung (47) zur Aufnahme der Angüsse oder entmasselten Werkstücke aufweist, die derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie an die eine oder die andere Seite des Endes eines jeden das untere Positionierungswerkzeug tragenden Armes (5) bringbar ist und die Arfgüsse oder entmasselten Werkstücke entfernt.
4. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebevorrichtung (21) einen hydraulischen Preßtopf (22, 24, 25) aufweist und ein für den Arbeitsvorgang des Anguß- bzw. Masselentfernens angeordnetes Gegenanlegkeilstück in der hohen Lage der Vorrichtung besitzt.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördervorrichtung (31) für die unteren Positionierungswerkzeuge einen in bezug auf die Arme (5) des Kreisförderers so weit nach außen und nach oben schwenkbaren Arm aufweist, daß das entsprechende Positionierungswerkzeug durch Schwerkraft entladen wird.
6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme-und Entnahmevorrichtung in bezug auf die Arme des Kreisförderers nach außen und nach oben kippbare und sich durch Schwerkraft entladende Rinnen (47) aufweist.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeughalter (7) der Presse und das Angußentfernungswerkzeug (2) durch Einstecken mit einander verbindbar und verriegelbar sind vermittels eines auf dem Werkzeughalter (71 angeordneten und mit dem eingesteckten Teil (8) des Angußentfernungswerkzeugs zusammenwirkenden beweglichen Keilstückes (11).
