An dem Kuppelstück und dem Saugmundstück ist ferner jeweils eine Klemmschraube vorgesehen, über die das starre Rohrteil sowohl am Kuppelstück als auch am Saugmundstück festgeklemmt werden kann, so daß eine starre Verbindung zwischen dem Saugmundstück und dem Ansaugstutzen besteht, die ein Führen des Staubsaugers von dem als Handgriff gestalteten Saugmundstück aus erlaubt. Das zusätzliche Saugmundstück dient zum Reinigen von Kanten und Ecken bzw. von hochgelegenen Stellen, wie Tür- und Fensterrahmen und dergleichen mehr. Um das relativ schwere Gehäuse beim Transport von einem Raum zum anderen oder zum Abstellraum nicht tragen zu müssen, ist eine Ankopplungsmöglichkeit für das Saugmundstück und das Saugrohr geschaffen worden, um das Gehäuse mittels der an dem Staubsaugermundstück vorgesehenen Fahrrollen transportieren zu können. Für das Ankoppeln des Saugmundstückes ist in einer Seitenwand des Gehäuses unmittelbar über dem Gehäuseboden eine Nische ausgebildet, in welche das Saugmundstück eingeschoben und mittels eines Federbügels festgeklemmt wird. Darüber hinaus wird noch das Saugrohr an der entsprechenden Seitenwand des Gehäuses mittels eines Schnappverschlusses befestigt. Somit besteht zwischen dem Saugrohr und dem Gehäuse eine starre Verbindung. Zum Transport des Topfstaubsaugers wird das Saugrohr etwas gekippt und dadurch das Gehäuse vom Boden abgehoben. Mit dem auf das Saugrohr aufgesteckten Saugmundstück kann man mühelos die durch die am Gehäuse sitzende Saugdüse nicht erreichbaren Stellen des Fußbodens absaugen. Indem man das Saugmundstück mittels der Haltebügel am Gehäuse befestigt, kann der Staubsauger mittels des Saugrohres nach Art eines Bürstsaugers geführt werden. Beim Arbeiten mit dem auf das Saugrohr aufgesteckten Saugmundstück ist der Staubsauger als vollwertiger Bodenstaubsauger hinsichtlich Saugleistung und Handhabung anzusehen.
