Description

The invention relates to a coating wall for separating the black technical area from the gray production area of a coating pan.

The purpose of such a coating wall is to reduce the noise level in the room, in particular in the production area, to improve product hygiene and to prevent dust and spray mist in the room, in particular in the production area. The resulting noise is not only generated by the drive unit of the coating pan, but also by the movement of the raw dragees in the coating pan and the exposure to coating substances and ventilation there, which are carried out by means of probes. The exposure to coating substances in the coating pan also produces dust and spray mist, which have a tendency to emerge into the room from the coating pan opening.

To reduce the noise level, an outer coating of the coating pan with noise-reducing material has already been proposed. After all, each coating pan should be placed in its own box with doors using a conventional solution. This solution has the disadvantages that the motor, which is actually part of the black technology area, and the gearbox of the coating pan, as well as all supply hoses for the air and the probes, are installed in the gray production area. This adversely affects product hygiene. Furthermore, a considerable amount of cleaning work has to be carried out in order to maintain a constantly clean production area, in particular a coating pan which is always clean inside.

A coating wall has also already been proposed (see in "The Pharmaceutical Industry" 42, 3, 297-305, 1980), which runs parallel to the opening of the coating pan in the area. To do this, however, the probes then had to be guided across the gray zone through the coating pan opening into the coating pan. Since the probes are subjected to constant deflections and vibrations by the raw dragées in the coating pan, a perfect seal of the probe bushings cannot be achieved by a cover plate for the coating pan opening. Probes arranged in this way also hinder cleaning work in the coating pan. Therefore, a coating wall has already been proposed, the upper part of which is drawn vertically down into the coating pan opening. Behind the coating wall, the probes should then be inserted from above into the coating pan opening or coating pan, as is conventional. The disadvantage of such a solution, however, is that it covers a considerable part of the coating pan opening; this prevents cleaning of the coating pan. Finally, essential parts of the rear of the coating wall, which is pulled down into the coating pan opening, and of the probe parts running there are not directly accessible for cleaning work. All of this results in poor separation of the black zone from the gray zone and reduced product hygiene.

From FR-A-2 137170 a movable coating wall for separating the black technical area from the gray production area of a coating pan is known, the rotation axis of which, as usual, is inclined out of the horizontal and the coating pan opening lies in the plane perpendicular to the rotation axis and in that of At least one probe protrudes above, the coating wall having a coating opening part which is arranged in front of the coating pan opening. This means that the coating pan opening is no longer perpendicular to the floor of the production room, but is open at an angle upwards. Accordingly, the coating opening part is also inclined in front of the coating pan opening. If you disregard the fact that the coating part known from this state of the art does not reach the ceiling of the production room, it should be noted that it does not meet high hygienic requirements. According to this prior art, the probe feed lines are angled into the coating pan from above, in order to allow access to the coating pan at least in the lower part of the coating opening part. However, this access to the coating pan is not yet sufficient for all work purposes; rather, it is provided that the coating pan part can be completely pushed away from the coating pan together with the probe feed lines in order to completely clear the coating pan opening. To do this, however, the probe feed lines must be flexible. Such flexible lines meet all pharmaceutical requirements after night. For example, flexible plastic or rubber lines are regularly not clean and inert enough. Metal hoses, on the other hand, have to be designed like an accordion; therefore, they offer any kind of lounge for any kind of contamination.

The invention has for its object to provide a coating wall which leaves the coating pan opening fully accessible and thereby ensures a perfect separation of the black technology area from the gray production area in the coating pan.

This object is achieved according to the invention in the case of a coating wall of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 in that the coating opening part is more inclined than the coating pan opening and in that the probe (s) projecting from above into the coating pan in the region of the upper coating pan opening edge between the Coating opening part and the coating pan opening is (are). Since the inclination of the coating opening part is steeper than that of the coating pan opening, it is possible for at least one probe to be arranged vertically from above in the coating pan opening or coating pan in the region of the upper coating pan opening edge. The probe is then between the coating opening part and the dra yaw boiler opening arranged. The probe on the top of the coating wall can be connected to it by a holder.

In a preferred embodiment, a collar which extends over the entire circumference of the coating pan opening as far as it is arranged on the coating opening part. To explain the identification of this preferred embodiment, it should be stated that the opening in the coating opening part corresponds to the coating pan opening. It can thus also be said that the collar is arranged to extend over the entire circumference of the opening in the coating opening part. The collar now shields a cylindrical, wedge-shaped part of the space between the coating pan opening and the coating opening part. The probe is guided through the collar in the area of the upper collar edge. The probe can be made rigid; this gives the probe an additional hold.

In a further preferred embodiment, the lower part of the coating wall is arranged inclined inwards under the coating opening part.

  • a) rostfreies Eisen- oder Stahlblech,
  • b) Füllschaum,
  • c) verzinktes Blech,
  • a) 1 mm rostfreies Eisen- oder Stahlblech,
  • b) 68 mm Füllschaum,
  • c) 1 mm verzinktes Blech,
  • d) 10 mm Zellgummi mit geschlossener Oberfläche.
To reduce the noise level in particular, the individual elements of the coating wall are designed as multilayer panels, which consist of the following layers:
  • a) stainless iron or steel sheet,
  • b) filling foam,
  • c) galvanized sheet,
  • d) Cellular rubber with a closed surface. The aforementioned locations have the following strengths in particular:
  • a) 1 mm rustproof iron or steel sheet,
  • b) 68 mm filling foam,
  • c) 1 mm galvanized sheet,
  • d) 10 mm cellular rubber with a closed surface.

In order to meet the highest demands on the separation of the black technical area from the gray production area, the edge of the collar is designed as one half of a labyrinth seal to accommodate the edge of the coating pan formed as the other half of the labyrinth seal.

In particular, the sealing gap of this labyrinth seal in the collar is at least partially covered by an elastic strip and exposed to air. A strip made of rubber or elastic plastic is particularly suitable as the elastic strip. Because air is applied to the sealing gap and is at least partially covered by the elastic strip when the collar is used, the air is preferably driven out of the sealing gap of the labyrinth seal to the outlet of the labyrinth seal in the black technical area. This prevents dust particles or germs from moving from the black technology area to the gray production area.

To collect any coarse particles, such as broken raw dragées, which have accidentally fallen into the sealing gap of the labyrinth seal, a collecting container can be arranged on the lower collar edge on a collecting line. The coarse particles thus fall into this collecting container.

Dies wird noch anhand von Figur3 näher beschrieben werden.FIG. 1 shows a cross section through a coating pan and the coating wall according to the invention. The cross section passes through the rotation axis of the coating pan and runs vertically between the ceiling 3 and the floor 15 of the room. The black zone is identified by the reference number 1 enclosed in a circle; the gray zone is identified by the reference number 2 enclosed in a circle. In the black zone 1, the drive unit 14 with the coating pan 10 on the axis 11 a and the probe 5 are arranged. The probe 5 is arranged in one piece on the upper part 4 of the coating wall with a holder 6. The upper part 4 of the coating wall runs vertically between the ceiling 3 and the floor 15, as does the probe 5 located on the back in the black zone 1. The probe 5 extends through the coating pan opening 12 into the coating pan 10. The coating opening part 11 of the coating wall is arranged in front of the coating pan opening 12 so that it is inclined accordingly. However, the inclination of the coating opening part 11 is steeper than that of the coating pan opening 12, so that the probe 5 remains in the area of the upper coating pan opening edge 9 sufficient space. With the probe 5, the interior of the coating pan 10 can be charged with coating materials and compressed air. In the area of the lower coating pan opening edge 9 ', the vertical central part 12a is arranged on the coating opening part 11. Subsequently, the lower part 13 is arranged at the bottom, which is inclined inwards under the coating opening part 11. Finally, the foot part 16, which closes the coating wall to the floor 15, is arranged under the lower part 13. An operator can thus stand with his feet under the lower part 13, so that the operator's knees can be arranged adjacent to the central part 12a. Thus, the operator can stand as close as possible to the coating opening part 11, as required for cleaning. Since the coating opening part 11 is inclined correspondingly to the coating pan opening 12, more specifically than this, the distance between the coating pan opening 12 and the coating opening part 11 is as small as possible. Thus, the operator is able to penetrate the coating pan 10 as far as cleaning requires. The opening in the coating opening part 11 can be at least as large as the coating pan opening 12. As is customary during operation of the coating pan 10, the opening in the coating opening part 11 is covered by a closing plate toward the gray zone 2. Such a closure plate usually consists of hard-elastic, transparent plastic. The space corresponding to the cross section of the coating pan opening 12 or the coating opening part 11 is separated from the black zone 1 by a collar 8 over the entire circumference of the coating pan opening 12. The collar 8 is thus a cylindrical wall which is wedge-shaped in height, namely the narrower part of the wedge lies in the area of the lower collar edge 7 'or the lower coating pan opening edge 9', the wider or higher area of this wedge-shaped collar 8 then lies in the area of the upper collar edge 7 or the upper coating pan opening edge 9. The probe 5 is guided through the collar 8 adjacent to the upper collar edge 7. The implementation can be rigid, so that there is no play in the probe 5 in the collar 8. The collar 8 is connected in one piece to the coating wall according to the invention, in particular the coating opening part 11. Thus, the above-described spatial area between the coating opening part 11 and the coating pan opening 12 is correctly assigned to the gray zone 2 and separated from the black zone 1. As shown in the figure, the seal between the coating pan opening edge and the collar edge can be designed as a labyrinth seal. This will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 3.

In Figure 2, the section of a plate element of the coating wall according to the invention is shown in cross section. The plate element is designed as a multilayer plate. On the side of the gray zone 2 there is the rustproof iron or steel sheet 30. This is followed by a layer of filling foam 29 towards the black zone 1. This filling foam is a known sound-absorbing foam. This is followed by galvanized sheet 28. The filling foam 29 is thus enclosed between the steel sheet 30 and the galvanized sheet 28. Finally, a layer of cellular rubber 34 is arranged on the galvanized sheet 28 towards the black zone 1. The connection of two individual elements or plate elements of the coating wall can also be seen in FIG. 2. For this purpose, the galvanized sheet 28 is bent away from the black zone 1 towards the gray zone 2; two edges thus formed are encompassed by a holding element 31 on the side of the filling foam 29. The cellular rubber 34 is extended from the black zone 1 to the gray zone 2 to prevent dirt bridges. Correspondingly, the steel sheet 30 is bent from the gray zone 2 into the black zone 1 and is arranged over the bent edge of the galvanized sheet 28. The two individual elements are spaced apart by a counter element 33. The gap between the two individual elements is covered toward the gray zone 2 by the cap 32 with cellular rubber 34.

In diesen Sammelbehälter 23 können grobe, von der Luftströmung nicht in die schwarze Zone mitgerissene Teilchen fallen.FIG. 3 shows a detailed view of the labyrinth seal between the collar 8 and the edge of the coating pan. For this purpose, the guide wall 20 is molded on the collar 8 vertically outwards from the collar opening to the collar jacket. A fan 18 is arranged on the guide wall 20 via the air duct 19. The fan 18 acts on the sealing gap 35 with air. Again, perpendicular to the guide wall 20, the baffle wall 21 is molded parallel to the wall of the collar 8. This baffle 21 is then molded parallel to the guide wall 20 inwards to open the collar 8 as a counter wall 24; then the counter wall 24 is again shaped parallel to the baffle wall 21 to the outside to open the collar 8 in the rear wall 27. Towards the collar 8, the sealing gap 35 is at least partially covered by an elastic strip 17. The bar 17 must be elastic, since the coating pan 10 always evades its rest position due to different loads and therefore sometimes requires considerable play. The strip 17 prevents the air from escaping from the sealing gap 35 towards the coating pan opening or into the collar 8 and thus into the gray zone. Instead, the air must escape to black zone 1. To complete the labyrinth seal, the coating pan opening edge, in the illustration the bottom coating pan opening edge 9 ', is molded from the coating pan 10 outwards to the collar 8. The outer wall 25 is then formed perpendicularly from the lower coating pan opening edge 9 'or from the coating pan opening edge, which in the rest position is aligned parallel to the guide wall 20 on the collar 8. The outer wall 25 is then spaced from the baffle wall 21 and molded parallel to the inner wall 26. The path of the air emerging from the fan 18 in the sealing gap 35 is indicated by arrows. At the bottom of the bend between the counter wall 24 and the baffle wall 21, the collecting container 23 is arranged on the collecting line 22. Coarse particles which are not entrained by the air flow into the black zone can fall into this collecting container 23.

The bar 17 is flush with the coating pan edge. Instead of the individual air duct 19, a ring line for the air supply can be arranged over the circumference of the labyrinth seal, from which the air can be distributed over many individual air ducts 19 over the entire circumference Air is blown into the seal gap.
