Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gehäusekonstruktion, insbesondere zum Einbau von Geräten bei lufttechnischen Anlagen.The invention relates to a housing construction, in particular for installing devices in ventilation systems.
Die bisher verwendeten Gehäusekonstruktionen arbeiten weitgehend mit rollverformten Blechprofilen bzw. als Schweißkonstruktion mit Winkel- und U-Profilen im Werkstoff Stahl.The housing designs used so far largely work with roll-formed sheet metal profiles or as a welded construction with angle and U profiles in steel.
Gemäß der Erfindung wurde eine solche Gehäusekonstruktion entwickelt, wobei die Möglichkeiten und Eigenheiten von Strangpreßprofilen in Aluminium-Legierungen derart genutzt sind, daß die erforderlichen Funktionen, wie Klemmöglichkeit, verdeckte Schrauben und Beschläge, Ver- schiebbarkeit der innenliegenden Rahmen, kombinierbar mit eigenen Zwischenprofilen zur Montage von Paneelen, mitin- teqrierte Nuten für Dichtungen der-Paneele, mitgeführte, durchlaufende Markierungen für Bohrungen, Montagemöglichkeit der Rahmen untereinander.

Die für den Einbau der Filterkassetten erforderlichen Rahmen sind durch Einschiebeteile und eigene Strangpreßprofilschienen gebildet. Wie man aus der Zeichnung erkennen kann, besteht der Gerätekasten aus einem Profilrahmen, dessen Profile 1 durch eingeschobene Eckverbindungsstücke 9 verbunden sind, wobei die Eckprofile 1 des Profilrahmens rechteckförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen mit einer offenen Ecke, wobei dort die Wandungen als Flanschen rechtwinkelig nach außen gebogen sind und zur Befestigung von Zwischenprofilen 10 bzw. der Verkleidungspaneele 6 dienen. Die Verkleidungspaneele 6 werden unter Zwischenlage einer Dichtung 7 angeschraubt und bestehen vorzugsweise aus Sandwichplatten mit wärme- bzw. schalldämmender Zwischenlage. In die Eckprofile 1 passen nicht nur formschlüssig entsprechende Fortsätze 10 der Eckverbindungsstücke 9, sondern auch formschlüssig ausgebildete Fortsätze von Eckverbindungswinkeln 3 der Zwischenrahmenprofile 5. Diese Zwischenrahmenprofile sind als U-Profile ausgebildet mit nach einwärts stehenden Schenkelenden und werden mit den eingeschobenen Eckverbindungsstücken 3 durch Schrauben oder Nieten 4 verbunden. Sie dienen zur Befestigung von Einbauten, wie Luftfiltern, Luftbefeuchtern, Wärmeaustauschern, Ventilatoren oder Wärmepumpen und sind mit ihren Eckverbindungsstücken 3 in den Eckprofilen 1 stufenlos längsverschiebbar. Die Festlegung erfolgt durch durch die Eckverbindungsstücke 3 gesteckte Hammerkopfschrauben 2, welche mit ihrem Hammerkopf hinter Rippen 8 der Eckprofile 1 verankert sind und durch Klemmung die Zwischenrahmen feststellen. Um bei großer Abmessung des Gerätekastens die Paneelplatten 6 unterteilen zu können, werden Zwischenprofile 10 an den Eckprofilen 1 durch Schrauben 11 befestigt. Diese Zwischenprofile 10 sind als Hutprofile, nämlich U-Profile mit nach auswärts gebogenen Schenkelenden ausgebildet und besitzen eine Nut 13 zur Aufnahme und Verdrehsicherung der Muttern 12 der Schrauben 11. Sie dienen mit ihren auswärts gebogenen Schenkelenden der Auflage und Befestigung für die Paneelplatten 6. Sämtliche Profile sind als Leichtmetallstrangpreßprofile ausgeführt, besitzen Bohrrillen zur leichteren maßgenauen Anbringung der Schraubenlöcher, während die Eckverbinder 9 bzw. 3 aus Aluminiumguß- oder -preßteilen hergestellt werden können.Da sämtliche Verbindungen durch Schrauben oder Nieten herstellbar sind, erübrigen sich schwierige Schweißarbeiten und es können auch leicht Reparaturen und Änderungen nachträglich ausgeführt werden, wobei auch die Eckprofile 1 seitlich aneinandergeschraubt werden können, wenn ein weiterer Kasten anzuschließen oder der bestehende zu erweitern ist.As can be seen from the drawing, the equipment box consists of a profile frame, the
