Claims (5)

1. Gelenkig montiertes, oberes Beschlagteil für Bodenleitern und -treppen, bestehend aus mehreren, durch Aufeinandergleiten ausstreckbaren Abschnitten, wobei der obere Abschnitt in zusammengeklapptem Zustand die anderen Abschnitte trägt. Die Gesamtheit der Abschnitte ist, wenn sie zusammengeklappt ist, durch eine Luke hindurch einzeihbar. Beschlagteil, bestehend aus einem Trägerarm (1) auf jeder Seite der Leiter oder Treppe; jeder Arm (1) ist so montiert, dass er sich um eine nah am Lukenrand befindliche Achse dreht; die Arme (1) sind mit dem oberen Abschnitt der Leiter oder Treppe durch Gleitvorrichtungen (7) vom Typ Gleitstöck-Gleitschiene verbunden, die es dem besagten oberen Abschnitt erlauben, sich in seiner Ebene gemäss der Gleitrichtung der verschiedenen Abschnitte zu verschieben, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Arme (1) in Bezug auf den oberen Lukenrand durch ein Gelenk vom Typ mit einem waagerechten Bolzen (3) ausgeführt wird, der sich in zwei festsitzenden Bügeln (2) dreht, die ihrerseits mit einem Balken fest verbunden sind, der die Einfassung der Luke bildet. Das besagte Gelenk befindet sich an einem Ende der Arme (1), an einer beliebigen Stelle des Balkens, während das andere Ende der Arme (1) gelenkig auf zwei Gleitstücken (7) angebracht ist, auf denen sich die seitlichen Holme der Leiter- oder Treppenabschnitte mittels eines Bolzens bewegen, der die Gleitstücke miteinander verbindet (7).
2. Gelenkig montiertes, oberes Beschlagteil für einziehbare Bodenleitern und-treppen gemäss Forderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Trägerarme (1) auf ihrer Drehebene kleiner als die Abmessung der Lukenöffnung und grösser als die Gleitstücklänge (7) ist, so dass die einziehbare Bodenleiter oder -treppe in Ruhestellung gleichermassen auf der einen wie auch auf der anderen Seite zusammengeklappt werden kann. Diese besondere Anordnung erlaubt die Ausstattung der kleinsten Luken bis zum Mannloch mit einer einziehbaren Bodenleiter oder -treppe und dies auch, wenn die Nähe eines Hindernisses wie Wand, Balken, Dach usw... die Unterbringung der einziehbaren Bodenleiter oder -treppe auf der versperrten Seite untersagt. Die besondere Anordnung erlaubt ausserdem das vollständige Einziehen bei allen einziehbaren Leiter- oder Treppentypen ohne ein Überstehen in Bezug auf den Gelenkpunkt der mit dem Balken fest verbundenen Bügel.
3. Gelenkig montiertes, oberes Beschlagteil für einziehbare Leitern und Treppen gemäss Forderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Trägerarme (1) länger sind als die Dicke der Luke.
4. Gelenkig montiertes, oberes Beschlagteil für einzeihbare Leitern und Treppen gemäss Forderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der beiden Trägerarme (1) die Aufgabe eines Anschlags mit einem Sicherungsstift (12) gegenüber einer Sperrklinke (10) erfüllt und so die automatische Freigabe der Sperrklinke für das Gleiten der einziehbaren Bodenleiter oder - treppe auf den Gleitstücken (7) erlaubt.
5. Gelenkig montiertes, oberes Beschlagteil für einziehbare Leitern und Treppen gemäss Forderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine der beiden Trägerarme (1) mit einem Betätigungsgriff (6) ausgestattet werden kann, durch die der Benutzer die Leiter von der höheren Etage aus zusammenklappen kann.
